用石墨炉原子吸收法测定了从事镉化工、镉熔炼作业人员的发镉，证实其污染严重，含量达９．３～２５．２μｇ／ｇ，为正常人的１００～４００倍。样品用ＨＮＯ３和ＨＣｌＯ４消解；加１％ＮＨ４Ｈ２ＰＯ４以改进基体，更好地进行灰化；用加钙标准曲线修正基体干扰。以此法测定人发标准样ＢＢＷ０９１０１，测定值为０．０９８±０．００４，与标准值０．０９５±０．０１２μｇ／ｇ相符，误差＜４％。     

棒曲霉UA—2木聚糖酶的蔗渣固态发酵

棒曲霉（Ａｓｐｅｒｇｉｌｕｓｃｌａｖａｔｕｓ）ＵＡ－２固态发酵蔗渣产木聚酶的培养基为每克蔗渣加营养液５ｍｌ，初始ｐＨ８．５．营养液的适宜组成为每升含：ＮＨ４ＮＯ３１０ｇ、Ｋ２ＨＰＯ４６ｇ、ＭｇＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ０．７５ｇ、ＣａＣｌ２０．７５ｇ、ＦｅＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ１１．２５ｍｇ、ＭｎＳＯ４·Ｈ２Ｏ３．７５ｍｇ、ＺｎＳＯ４３．０ｍｇ、ＣｏＣｌ２４．５ｍｇ．在上述培养基中接入其湿重１０％（Ｗ／Ｗ）的新鲜的ＵＡ－２种子曲，２８℃培养１０８ｈ，其木聚糖酶，滤纸降解酶和羧甲基纤维素酶的活力分别为２６９５．６、２８．５和４２．７ｕ／ｇ蔗渣．酶反应的最适ｐＨ５．０，最适温度５０℃；在ｐＨ４．０～１１．０内酶活性十分稳定．５０℃保温１ｈ，酶活剩余５５％，８℃下放置２３ｄ，活力几乎不变．磷酸盐，半胱氨酸对酶有激活作用，ＥＤＴＡ和对氯汞本甲酸对酶有抑制作用

提出了一种无氰电沉积光亮铜锡合金的新工艺，其溶液组成及操作条件为：Ｎａ３Ｃ６Ｈ５Ｏ．２Ｈ２Ｏ９０－１２０，Ｎａ２ＥＤＴＡ．２Ｈ２Ｏ２５－３５，稳定剂ＷＤＺ－９４３１０－１５?ＣｕＳＯ４．５Ｈ２Ｏ２０－４０，ＳｎＣｌ２．２Ｈ２Ｏ２０－４０ｇ．Ｌ＾－１；溶液的ｐＨ＝５－６，Ｄｋ＝１０－１５０Ａ．ｍ＾－２，Ｔ＝５０－６０℃，在上述条件下可获得含锡量为５％－１５％的光亮、细致、均匀的铜锡合金沉积层。     

野生木瓜营养成份及其对NO^—2消除能力的比较研究

野生木瓜营养成份测定结果为：１００ｇ鲜木瓜含有１７种氨基酸,总量为１３２９２２ｍｇ．其中Ｇｌｕ１７２４６ｍｇ,粗蛋白１８１ｇ;粗脂肪０３０ｇ,还原糖１４３ｇ;维生素Ｃ０２２ｍｇ,Ｂ族维生素２８３ｍｇ;主要无机元素Ｋ２１３ｍｇ,Ｎａ３４ｍｇ,Ｃａ１５６６ｍｇ,Ｆｅ２０４ｍｇ,Ｚｎ０７１４ｍｇ．研究结果表明,木瓜对ＮＯ－２具有较强的消除作用,消除量达到０４８ｍｇ／ｇ（ＦＷ）．     

黑曲霉AJ1958菊粉酶的产生和性质

从菊芋根际土壤中分离出一株菊粉酶（ＩｎｕｌｉｎａｓｅＥ．Ｃ．３．２．１．７）产生菌，经物理和化学诱变得高酶活黑曲霉突变株ＡＪ１９５８．该菌株在培养基（０．０７ｇ／ｍＬ菊芋提取液１０００ｍＬ，豆饼粉５ｇ，麸皮５ｇ，ＫＣＩ０．７ｇ，ＦｅＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ０．０１ｇ，ＭｇＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ０．５ｇ，ＰＨ５．０）中，于３０℃振荡培养３ｄ，酶活力可达６４μｍｏｌ·ｍｉｎ－１．酶水解反应的最适ＰＨ为３．０～４．０，最适温度为６０℃，在ＰＨ２．５～５．５的范围内和７５℃以下较稳定．适宜条件下，１０ｈ内０．０５ｇ／ｍＬ的菊粉溶液中之底物几乎１００％被酶水解．产物糖中果糖质量分数为９３％，葡萄糖质量分数为５．６％．该突变株产生的菊粉酶具有较满意的水解性和热稳定性．     

电位滴定法测定孕育剂中含钡量

本文研究了以银电极为指示电极，在ｐＨ７．５～８．５的介质中，在饱和Ａｇ２ＳＯ４存在下，以Ｋ２ＣｒＯ４为滴定剂测钡的方法。以在４０ｍｌ溶液中存在６８ｍｇＢａ２＋，进行精密度试验７次，相对标准偏差０．０８％，方法用于含钡的孕育剂分析，样品分析回收率在９８．５～１００．８％之间，结果令人满意。     

鸡堫菌菌丝体液体培养的研究

适合鸡菌菌丝体液体培养的培养基成分是：淀粉１０ｇ，蔗糖２ｇ，蛋白胨２ｇ，ＫＨ＿２ＰＯ＿４０．３ｇ，ＭｇＳＯ＿４·７Ｈ＿２Ｏ０．１５ｇ；最佳Ｃ／Ｎ为３０～４０：１；最适培养温度２６℃；ｐＨ６．４；振荡频率１４０～１４５ｒ／ｍｉｎ，继代培养周期８天．液体培养的鸡菌菌丝体氨基酸总量可达２７３ｍｇ／ｇ干重，其中４２．４１％为人体必需的氨基酸（未含色氨酸）．     

明矾制硫酸钾和氧化铝的研究

对明矾进行了ＴＧ、ＤＴＡ分析，选择了明矾焙烧制Ｋ２ＳＯ４与Ａｌ２Ｏ３的试验影响因素．用Ｌ２７３１３正交表筛选出温度８７０℃、焙烧时间２５ｈ、粒径０９ｍｍ的较优焙烧参数．经３次重复试验得Ｋ２ＳＯ４产品的纯度为９９％，得率为９７４３％；Ａｌ２Ｏ３产品的纯度为９７２８％，得率为９９％     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
