为了深入探讨WRS轧机的板形控制能力,采用正交设计的方法在WRS模拟机上进行了弯辊力与工作辊移动量对板凸度与边部减薄控制效果的双因素实验.试验结果表明,弯辊力是板形控制的显著因素,随着工作辊的移动其控制效果明显增强,因此WRS轧机比四辊轧机具有更强的板形控制能力.  相似文献

板带轧机的纵刚度和横刚度对于厚度控制和板形控制是十分重要的,在实际操作过程中,板厚和板形控制存在着耦合作用,研究轧机不同状态下的刚度变化规律对于实现板厚和板形的精确控制具有重要的意义·为此,采用压靠法和轧制法研究了带有中间辊横移的HC和UC六辊轧机的刚度特性·结果表明,六辊轧机中间辊横移对轧机的纵刚度和横刚度均有影响·给出了刚度值与横移量之间的定量关系,为厚度控制和板形控制量的调整提供了参考依据·  相似文献

针对冷连轧机带钢边降板形控制问题,研究了单锥度工作辊的辊形构成、特点和控制策略,建立有限元模型对比分析了单锥度、常规凸度和SmartCrown工作辊板形控制性能,并结合大型工业轧机调试实验分析了该板形控制新技术在实际生产中的使用情况.结果表明,应用单锥度辊可以有效降低带钢边降,减小带钢总凸度.  相似文献

针对UCMW冷带轧机板形控制中存在的两类耦合问题——边降与平坦度的控制耦合以及工作辊弯辊与中间辊弯辊的调控功效耦合,定义了描述耦合度的参数以量化其耦合程度,提出通过设计中间辊端部辊形实现对两类耦合问题的解耦思路,并以某1550UCMW冷连轧机为对象进行了中间辊端部辊形设计.仿真计算结果表明,利用所设计的中间辊端部辊形可以在一定程度上化解两类耦合问题的耦合关系,且可以进一步优化改善轧机的板形控制性能,达到提高实物板形质量的目的.  相似文献

针对二十辊轧机辊间压扁计算误差较大的问题,将轧辊视为有限长度的半无限体,基于边界积分方程法建立1个精确的辊间压扁模型;基于该辊间压扁模型、耦合轧辊弯曲模型,轧件塑性变形模型、建立更精确的二十辊轧机板形控制耦合模型。基于该二十辊轧机板形控制耦合模型,针对极薄带轧制工况,分析二十辊轧机第一中间辊锥度、轴向移动、不同压下量等因素对带钢出口厚度、轧制力分布、辊间压力分布等的影响规律,并通过实验方法验证该理论模型的正确性。研究结果表明:第一中间辊的锥度和轴向移动对板形控制具有较大的影响,而且辊缝形状的微小改变会引起板形产生较大变化。  相似文献

针对某1,700,mm宽带钢四辊冷连轧机在生产过程中易出现支持辊磨损严重且不均匀,轧机板形控制能力明显不足,第1、2架轧机的弯辊力经常达到最大值,带钢的边降控制波动较大等问题,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS9.0建立了轧机辊系与轧件一体化三维有限元仿真模型,研究了不同工况、不同辊型配置下的工作辊挠曲变形、带钢金属横向流动及工作辊和支持辊间的辊间接触压力分布等,对比分析并设计了用于带钢边降控制的辊型配置新方案,投入现场连续应用后,取得了比较明显的板形控制效果,带钢比例凸度由1.20降至1.05,板形平坦度由原来的15,IU降至9~10,IU,带钢两侧边降同时达到7,μm以内的比率为92.7%.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
