建立以高效液相色谱法测定人参花中绿原酸含量的方法.色谱柱为ODS—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(30:70),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为326nm,柱温为25℃.绿原酸在0.4~4.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9991);平均回收率为99.28%,RSD=1.46%(n=6).本法简便、准确、重现性好、可用于人参花茶的质量控制和评价.  相似文献

目的:采用HPLC法测定菊三七根部seneciphyllicacid和senecinicacid的含量.方法:建立HPLC法测定菊三七根部seneciphyllicacid和senecinicacid的含量.色谱柱为AcclaimC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸水(40:60,v·v-1),流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃,紫外检测波长为220nm.线性范围:Seneciphyllicacid为0.1~0.8mg·mL-1(相关系数r=0.9997);senecinicacid为0.1~1.5mg·mL。(相关系数r=0.9998).结果:测得菊三七根部seneciphyllicacid和senecinicacid的含量分别为2.9613mg·g-1、0.9542mg·g-1;RSD分别为1.34%、1.28%;平均回收率为98.84%、99.16%,RSD为1.94%、1.51%.结论:该方法快速、简便、准确度高,可为开发利用菊三七提供研究基础.  相似文献

目的:用反相高效液相色谱法测小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇:0.05mol/L醋酸铵溶液(15:85),检测波长为257nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在6-361.Lg/ml浓度范围内线形关系良好,r=-0.9999,平均回收率99.28%(n=5),RSD=0.62%(n=5)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,可以有效地控制药品质量。  相似文献

目的:建立人血草干燥全草中黄连碱和白屈菜红碱含量的测定方法.方法:采用反相HPLC法.色谱柱为YMC—PackODS—AA(4.6mm×250mm,5肚m),以乙腈一水(0.2%磷酸+0.2%三乙胺)体系梯度洗脱,检测波长280nm,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃.结果:黄连碱在13.24~264.8μg·mL叫质量浓度范围内面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);加样回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.1%(n=6).白屈菜红碱在6.36~127.2μg·mI.一质量浓度范围内面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);加样回收率为101.6%,RSD为1.2%(n=6).结论:本法简单、准确,重复性好,可用于人血草药材的质量.  相似文献

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定贯叶连翘中的金丝桃素、黄酮(槲皮素)的含量。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex LunsC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),检测波长分别为590nm和360nm,流动相分别为甲醇:0006mol/L磷酸氢二钠溶液(87:13)和甲醇:水:磷酸(55:44.8:0.2)。结果:线性范围分别在0.027-0.135μg和0.052~0.26μg内良好,回收率分别为:98.39%(n=5)和98.85%(n=5)。RSD分别为0.78%和1.02%。结论:方法能用于贯叶连翘中的金丝桃素、黄酮(槲皮素)的含量测定。关键词:贯叶连翘;槲皮素;金丝桃素;含量测定  相似文献

建立测定川芎中药配方颗拉中咖啡酸的高效液相色谱电化学分析法,并用该方法测定2种不同批号的川芎中药配方颗拉。采用反相高效液相色谱电化学检测法,以Zorbax SB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5.0m)为色谱柱;甲醇-4%醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL.min-1:检测电压为0.7V,柱温为30℃。结果:咖啡酸浓度在2.4-8.4μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)为98.9%(RSD=2.1%)。该法是一种快速,灵敏,准确的分析方法,可以为川芎中药配方颗拉的质量控制提供科学依据。  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱法,以叔丁基甲醚为内标,用Agilent DB-200毛细管气相色谱柱和氢焰离子化检测器.同时测定了头孢美唑中甲醇、乙醇、二氯甲烷、三乙胺、乙酸乙酯、苯甲醚等6种有机溶剂残留量.6种溶剂的线性范围分别为0~480μg/mL(r=0.9996)、0—800μg/mL(r=0.9994)、0~96μg/mL(r=0.9990)、0~800μg/mL(r=0.9993)、0~800μg/mL(r=0.9995)、0~800μg/mL(r=0.9993);平均回收率分别为100.1%、100.5%、101.2%、100.1%、100.7%和100.4%;相对标准偏差分别为0.90%、1.30%、1.18%、1.23%、1.52%、1.41%(n=9).  相似文献

采用HPLC法测定中药萝芙木中育亨宾的含量.色谱条件:C18(5um,14.6mm×150mm)色谱柱,以甲醇:水(0.004mol/L二乙胺)=(65:35)为流动相,检测波长278nm.结果表明:育亨宾在0.512~2.56ug质量范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为95.52%,相对标准方差RSD=1.18%(n=10).本法简便、快速,准确可靠,可用于中药萝芙木的质量控制.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
