目的:总结微螺钉种植体支抗在临床中治疗成人双颌前突的经验,评价微螺钉种植体在正畸治疗中作为强支抗内收前牙的有效性.方法:从临床病例中选择12例成人双颌前突患者,矫治设计均为拔除4颗第一前磨牙,在上下颌第一恒磨牙与第二恒磨牙或上下颌第一恒磨牙与第二前磨牙之间的颊侧根尖部植入微螺钉种植体作为强支抗,共48颗,以每侧200g力滑动法关闭间隙.在治疗前后均拍摄头颅定位侧位片及全颌曲面断层片,比较双颌前突患者治疗前后前牙内收情况及第一恒磨牙位置的变化.结果:12例成人双突患者面型均得到明显改善,应用微螺钉种植体支抗顺利完成正畸治疗,第一恒磨牙位置稳定.结论:微螺钉种植体支抗可避免上颌磨牙的前移,能为上下颌前突畸形的矫治提供有效的支抗.  相似文献

目的:研究口腔畸形患者使用微型种植体支抗的治疗效果。方法:以我院收治的56例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象。对照组使用非种植体强支抗方法进行治疗,实验组使用微型种植体支抗方法进行治疗。比较2组患者的口腔正畸治疗指标(观察磨牙位移、上中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差)。结果:实验组患者的微型种植体更加稳定,可以有效进行前牙覆盖。经过9个月时间的治疗患者磨牙位移、上中切牙凸距差以及上中切牙倾角差等参数都明显优于对照组。结论:使用微型种植体支抗治疗口腔正畸患者效果良好,患者满意度高,提高了固定效果,值得临床推广。  相似文献

探究青少年口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗的作用。将陇南市第一人民医院收治的98例青少年口腔正畸患者随机分为参考组(49例)和微型组(49例)。其中参考组给予常规治疗,微型组给予微型种植体支抗治疗。比较2组患者疗效指标(上中切牙倾角、磨牙移位、上中切牙凸距差),牙龈指标(牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数),咬合力、咀嚼率以及术后并发症发生情况。与参考组比较,微型组磨牙移位、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数等水平明显降低(P<0.05),上中切牙倾角、上中切牙凸距差、咬合力、咀嚼率明显升高(P<0.05);与参考组感染、浮肿、明显不适感等术后并发症发生率24.49%比较,微型组6.12%明显降低(P<0.05)。青少年口腔正畸使用微型种植体支抗治疗可有效提高患者疗效、咀嚼率及咬合力,改善牙龈情况,安全有效,推荐临床推广使用。  相似文献

目的:探讨通过正畸的方法牵引阻生的智齿,增强义齿的固位力.方法:通过手术暴露下颌阻生齿,在阻生齿上粘贴正畸附件,利用微螺钉种植体正畸力牵引阻生齿到合适的位置,把固位力不足的游离端义齿修复,转变为固定义齿修复或是双端均有基牙的可摘义齿修复.结果:通过5例利用正畸的方法牵引阻生的智齿到适合的位置后,进行固定义齿修复或可摘义齿修复,经过2~3年的临床观察,义齿固位良好,治疗效果满意.结论:利用正畸的方法牵引阻生的智齿,使无用的阻生齿成为有用的基牙,显著改善了义齿的固位力,取得满意的临床效果.  相似文献

目的:分析正畸治疗成人慢性牙周病错(牙合)畸形的临床疗效.方法:选择2014年6月~ 2016年8月在甘肃省中医院白银分院口腔治疗中心治疗的21例患有牙周病的错(牙合)畸形患者进行常规牙周治疗及正畸治疗,通过比较正畸治疗前后患者的牙周组织及咬合关系变化来评价正畸治疗成人慢性牙周病错(牙合)畸形的临床疗效.结果:21例患者平均疗程23个月,正畸治疗后牙龈无明显炎症、牙周袋变浅或消失、牙齿稳固、牙列整齐、患者的咬合关系均达到个别正常(牙合)[1],拍摄X线片显示:应用正畸技术矫治成人慢性牙周病错(牙合)畸形前后牙槽骨的高度未见降低.正畸治疗结束时患者的牙周情况及颜面美观较矫治前有明显改善.结论:正畸治疗改善了成人慢性牙周病患者的牙周环境及颜面美观,恢复了牙周病错(牙合)畸形患者的牙列功能,使患者的咬合关系均达到个别正常(牙合),恢复了牙齿之间的咬合平衡.对成人慢性牙周病的治疗有显著的疗效,为成人慢性牙周病的正畸治疗提供一定的参考依据.  相似文献

目的研究术前心理干预对高焦虑患者微种植体支抗植入术后疼痛程度的影响。方法在种植钉植入术前填写改良牙科焦虑量表(MDAS),评分大于11分的患者随机进入实验组和对照组。实验组进行心理干预,实验组及对照组均在术后2、6、24、48 h填写视觉模拟量表(VAS)以记录疼痛程度。结果实验组与对照组在术后各个时间点疼痛程度差异均有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论心理干预能够降低高焦虑患者微种植体支抗植入术后的疼痛程度。  相似文献

目的由于成人正畸治疗比例不断提高,现对成人正畸临床特点进行探讨.方法自2005年1月—2009年12月,对40例成人病例进行分析,并对成人正畸的治疗方法、临床特点进行分析讨论.结果 40例患者中显效31人,占77.5%;有效8人,占20.0%;无效1人,占2.5%.结论成人正畸在条件允许的情况下,配合先进的矫治技术和高效能正畸材料,能够取得良好的治疗效果.  相似文献

目的观察活动翼矫治器与标准方丝弓矫治器的矫治效果及疗程.方法选择临床需固定矫治器正畸治疗的患者20例,平均分成2组,分别用活动翼矫治器和标准方丝弓矫治器对其错畸形进行矫治,观察两组疗效与疗程的差别.结果两组矫治效果均能达到个别正常的矫治目标,活动翼矫治器组病例完成时间为6~12个月,平均为8.9个月,复诊5~12次,平均为7.8次.标准方丝弓矫治器组病例完成时间为14~25个月,平均为19.4个月,复诊次数14~26次,平均为20.1次.结论活动翼矫治器在保证矫治效果的同时能够明显缩短疗程,减少复诊次数.  相似文献

牙颌畸形的病因主要包括遗传先天因素、后天因素、生活习惯因素。牙颌畸形不仅会导致语言障碍,降低咀嚼效率,影响牙周健康,甚至能影响人的心理状况。而正畸矫治作为一种新兴的治疗方法,能够有效地改善病状。然而在正畸矫治过程中,医师的矫治方式不当和患者的依从性不高,将会直接影响到矫治的效果。该文在查阅大量文献资料的基础上对牙颌畸形的病因、危害、正畸方式、正畸后的保健进行综述,旨在为牙颌畸形患者了解牙颌畸形的病因和危害以及保健提供借鉴。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
