普陀区加强企业专利管理培训促进创新保护

黄岩区贯彻执行《专利法》的实践与探索

一、基本情况 截至2007年底,黄岩区累计专利申请量7526件,专利授权量5067件,其中发明公开425件,发明授权58件,实用新型1653件,外观设计3332件。其中“十五”以来黄岩区申请专利5656件,约占《专利法》实施20多年来专利申请总量的75％;授权专利3794件,约占授权总量的75％;发明授权专利40件,约占发明专利授权总量的69％。2007年度,全区专利申请达1165件,授权专利达894件（发明授权16件）。     

安徽省专利信息利用现状及思考

《中华人民共和国专利法》自1985年4月1实施以来，我国的专利事业发展迅速，专利法律、专利工作及专利执法等体系建设都取得了令世人瞩目的成就。截至2008年底，全国累计申请专利4853506件，授权2501268件，安徽省累计申请专利48885件，授权26379件。     

公众专利审核研究

正在科技竞争日益加剧、各种专利申请蜂捅而至、专利审查部门不堪重负的时代,公众专利审核应运而生,有利于获取充足的专利信息、提高专利审查速度、提升授权专利质量,对世界各国的专利审查制度产生重大且深远影响。2007年,美国专利商标局(USPTO)雇佣5800多名专利审查员,同年向其提交的专利申请有467243件,专利审查员难以及时对专利进行审查。高科技一、公众专利审核的产生与发展

海盐:三项措施力促专利工作海盐县2006年采取全面轮训、典型引路、政策支持等措施重抓专利工作取得显著成效。一是全面轮训。专门邀请了嘉兴市知识产权局、杭州天欣专利事务所和杭州杭诚专利事务所的有关专家授课,全县共有8个镇和开发区的分管领导和200多位企业负责人和技术人员参加了培训班。二是典型引路。广泛宣传嘉兴市友邦电器有限公司这一典型,引导海盐一大批企业积极抓好知识产权保护工作。2006年,全县共申请专利189件,已授权专利158件。全县“十五”期间共申请专利686件,在全省排名第28位,授权专利430件,在全省排名第26位。三是政策…     

关于企业知识产权质押贷款的探索

在国家自主创新政策指引下,安徽省专利申请量和授权量都有较快增长。据省知识产权局统计．2007年安徽省申请专利6070件．比上年增长29．7％,其中发明专利1602件,实用新型专利2554件．外观设计专利1914件。截至2007年底,安徽省累计申请专利38483件。2007年安徽省获得授权专利3413件．比上年增长52．7％,其中发明专利317件,实用新型专利2003件,外观设计专利1093件。到2007年底．安徽省累计获得授权专利22033件,     

实施知识产权强县战略提升繁昌科技创新能力

位列全省科学发展一类县和综合十强县的繁昌县，近两年来，以提高企业自主创新能力为核心，大力实施知识产权强县战略，采取多项举措，提高企业核心竞争力，引导企业由“繁昌制造”向“繁昌创造”转变，全县知识产权工作不断创新高。到2009年11月份，全县共有高新技术企业16家、高新技术产品26个：申请专利568件，其中发明专利184件，授权专利287件，人均申请和授权专利数位居全省县级首位．     

透皮促进剂对两种锌盐经皮渗透性的影响

以水难溶性锌盐(共轭亚油酸锌)及水溶性锌盐(葡萄糖酸锌)为目标药物,考察氮酮、油酸、二甲亚砜、尿素、谷氨酸钠5种常用透皮促进剂对形成凝胶剂、油溶性膏剂经皮渗透性的影响。制备两种锌盐的凝胶剂和乳膏剂,采用Franz扩散池和离体小鼠皮进行体外透皮吸收试验,测定一定浓度透皮促进剂下,10 h锌盐的单位面积累积透过量(Q)。结果 3%二甲亚砜对共轭亚油酸锌凝胶剂增渗比EF最大,为2.68;2%谷氨酸钠对葡萄糖酸锌凝胶剂EF最大,为2.19;而3%二甲亚砜对形成膏剂的两种锌盐促透效果最好,共轭亚油酸锌膏剂EF为2.65,葡萄糖酸锌膏剂EF为2.87。说明在水润湿的凝胶剂中,二甲亚砜为水难溶性锌盐的最佳促进剂,谷氨酸钠是水溶性锌盐的最佳促进剂;二甲亚砜为膏剂中锌盐经皮渗透性较佳的透皮促进剂。     

专利授权结构更加优化创新潜力依然巨大——2012年度杭州市专利分析报告

随着杭州市知识产权发展环境的不断优化,2012年杭州市专利申请受理和授权数量大幅增加,为杭州市促进自主创新能力的提升发挥了重要作用. 总体情况:专利授权结构更加优化,企业知识产权主体地位有待加强 杭州市专利申请和授权总量稳步增长.2012年杭州市申请专利53782件,同比增长31.53％;授权专利40652件,同比增长38.98％,授权量约是2002年的26倍;杭州市大力实施国家知识产权战略,大力培育核心技术和知识产权优势,专利申请与授权发展态势喜人,但相比苏州、无锡和宁波等城市专利量飞跃式发展趋势(注:苏州等城市近年来出台一系列有针对性的专利扶持政策),仍有较大差距.     

贵州多措并举促专利提质增效 五年来专利授权5.5万余件

正2013年～2017年,贵州省专利授权5.5万余件,年均增长21.5%,是上一个五年的3.4倍;万人有效发明专利从0.76件增加到2.35件,增长2.1倍。近年来,贵州省科技厅(省知识产权局)采取多项措施,完善专利资助政策,夯实专利工作基础,针对专利质量不高、专利工作基础薄弱等问题,修改完善专利资助     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
