为了提高羊绒纤维在运输过程中羊绒回潮率的质量稳定,避免不必要的贸易纠纷,采用自制控湿剂PS、PS-1对山羊绒进行控湿处理,通过测试处理后羊绒纤维的回潮率和控湿率判断控湿效果较好.研究控湿剂用量在不同的温度和湿度条件下,对山羊绒控湿作用的影响,并以羊绒手感和机械性能作为梳纺性能评价指标.结果表明,随着控湿剂用量增加,处理后山羊绒控湿性、回潮率逐渐下降,羊绒纤维断裂强力和断裂伸长率明显提高.综合控湿效果、断裂强力和断裂伸长率性能指标及经济环保等因素,选择控湿剂PS、PS-1用量为5%(o.w.f.)时,处理后的羊绒控湿性可达到最佳效果.  相似文献

水蓄冷系统能够提供满足热湿分控空气处理模式中新风除湿要求的低温水,将两者组合构成的复合系统,既能获得较好的室内空气品质,又能扩大蓄冷温差,达到更好的移峰填谷效果.文章对比分析了复合水蓄冷前后热湿分控空调系统的运行能耗和运行费用,并与2种常规空调系统进行了比较.结果显示,热湿分控空调系统能耗均低于常规热湿耦合空调系统,能耗分别为常规热湿耦合空调系统的95%和88%;由于存在蓄冷槽损失,各系统与水蓄冷槽组成复合系统后,能耗均略有上升,但运行费用均有明显降低,运行费用分别是原系统的81%、61%和48%,而且具有显著的移峰填谷效果;与复合蓄冷槽的常规热湿耦合系统相比,热湿分控空调系统能有效增加蓄冷槽的蓄冷温差,由传统的5℃温差蓄冷,变成15℃温差蓄冷.  相似文献

以改性壳聚糖吸水性衍生物为基质,与硅胶复合,通过筛选调湿基配方,得到调湿材料。考察了硅胶的种类、用量、合成方法、组方配比等在相对湿度为30%、50%、70%时对调湿材料湿控性能的影响。结果表明羧甲基壳聚糖复配硅胶混合物是较理想的调湿材料。  相似文献

为进一步解决常规空调系统采用热湿耦合空气处理模式,存在能耗高、易滋生霉菌、难以很好适应室内热湿比变化等问题,利用末端设备干工况运行的温湿度独立调节空调系统,以广州地区某医院门诊楼为例,分析了温湿度独立调节空调系统在热湿地区的应用。通过能耗模拟比较,获得了其节能效果。结果表明,采用双温冷源的温湿度独立调节空调系统在热湿地区的综合节能率为22.27%,节能潜力较大。  相似文献

基于系统周界的观控模型提出了人类活动影响的侵蚀分析方法,通过系统模型输出、内部状态以及输入之间的关系,导出了系统输出与输入、系统内部状态和人类活动影响强度的关系式。应用于陕西省榆林市子洲县西北部的小河沟流域的石畔峁坝坝控流域系统,以坝控流域上的四个侵蚀性降雨指标为输入集,以四种水保措施为内部状态集,以淤地坝层淤积量为输出集,并与传统系统分析方法进行了比较。结果表明:提出的模型方法较为合理,能更准确地分析出人类活动的变化趋势和系统内部状态对坝控流域土壤侵蚀的影响,从而说明了坝控流域系统的输出受到输入、内部状态以及人类活动的多重影响,拓宽了人类活动影响下的黄土高原土壤侵蚀研究思路。  相似文献

为提高液压挖掘机器人工作装置轨迹规划控制精度,减小按照理想模型进行控制的阀控缸系统存在的控制误差,获得更接近实际状况的阀控缸系统控制模型,采用RBF神经网络方法,建立含阀控缸系统待辨识参数及Jacobian信息的线性方程组.以挖掘机斗杆油缸为研究对象,经实验获得油缸进回油压力、斗杆倾角参数,辨识出阀控缸模型中阀的增益系数kq、体积模量Eoil和内泄漏系数Cli.最后通过对阀控缸系统进行力控制实验对比研究,验证了采用辨识参数的系统模型控制精度较好,有很强的鲁棒性.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
