深入分析云计算环境下虚拟机资源调度分配的调度结构及与之对应的调度策略和算法后,结合云计算资源分配的最新研究成果和发展趋势,研究出一种基于聚类算法和蚁群算法的虚拟机资源分配算法.该算法基于Map/Reduce框架提出,着眼于如何为众多不同的用户任务分配虚拟机节点,充分考虑云计算环境中物理机的地域差异.在一个物理机区域内寻找分配虚拟机资源时引入蚁群算法,能更好地确保用户任务的按时完成,任务执行时间跨度方面满足服务等级协议(SLA).  相似文献

针对传统的虚拟机调度方法中虚拟机申请时,调用相应负载均衡算法将虚拟机调度到相应的物理服务器上,不能达到整体效益最优的问题,提出了一种实时满足运营商资源最高效益的动态调度方法.每次新加入用户时,新加入的用户资源和先前分配的资源一起重新在所有服务器上规划,进行全局虚拟机调度,迁移那些能给系统带来足够效益部分虚拟机,完成全局最优的虚拟机部署.该方法对云中资源进行了合理的高效益规划,大大节约运营商成本,提高了云中资源利用率,降低了能耗.  相似文献

云环境下基于多属性层次分析的虚拟机部署与调度策略   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
针对云计算中物理服务器间的负载不均问题,提出一种基于多属性层次分析的虚拟机部署与调度策略。该算法将虚拟机按照资源的需求特点进行分类,主要由两方面构成:在虚拟机部署时,对虚拟机的资源进行热点分析并对其重要程度进行量化,根据量化后的权向量以及服务器资源的使用记录对各个服务器进行预测评价,选择最佳服务器进行部署;在虚拟机调度时,获得运行在超载服务器上的各个虚拟机的权向量,并按照一定次序对未超载服务器进行评价,查找是否有更适合的服务器,从而降低超负荷服务器的负载。与同类算法相比,该算法不仅实现了服务器各项资源的优化配置,而且降低了动态负载平衡导致的整体损耗。实验结果表明,当按同一次序在5台物理服务器上申请20台资源需求不等的虚拟机时,该算法到达平衡状态需要的平均动态迁移次数比随机均衡算法减少了80%,同时进入平衡状态后,各服务器的各项资源使用情况也更趋于平衡。  相似文献

针对云数据中心虚拟机分配物理机时存在负载不均衡的问题,提出了一种基于蚁群优化算法的资源调度算法.对问题场景进行了分析,提出了数据中心负载不均衡度以及物理机与虚拟机之间不匹配度的概念,并给出了问题的形式化描述.在蚁群算法选择概率规则中参考了用户对虚拟机资源的需求,尽量避免对相同类型虚拟机部署在一台物理机上,同时对信息素的初始化、信息素的更新进行了改进.通过CloudSim模拟平台进行仿真实验,并与其他的分配算法进行了比较,实验结果表明:该调度算法能够快速地完成虚拟机的放置,并且使云数据中心的物理机具有较低负载不均衡度,提高了资源的利用率.  相似文献

云计算是一种新兴的资源使用和计算交互模式,是目前商业机构和科研机构的研究热点之一.在云计算环境中用户需求和资源的分布对该环境中作业调度的影响很大,虚拟技术的使用使云计算环境中的作业调度与传统的作业调度存在很大的差别.针对云计算环境特点,根据用户的需求将作业进行分类,同时将资源分类,引入中间代理节点进行任务调度,形成多级映射作业调度算法,提高作业的并发度,使总任务完成时间缩短.通过实验验证多级映射作业调度算法是一种可行的作业调度算法.  相似文献

针对当前云计算资源调度方法存在的耗时长、开销大等难题,提出了改进布谷鸟搜索算法的云计算任务调度方法。首先对当前云计算资源调度研究现状进行分析,根据安全强度和用户需求分别赋予虚拟机和安全需求不同等级,其次采用改进布谷鸟搜索算法对云计算资源调度问题进行求解,最后在Cloud Sim平台上进行了仿真实验。结果证明,该文方法获得了理想的云计算资源调度方案,调度性能要优于其他云计算资源调度方法,验证了该文方法有效性和优越性。  相似文献

在虚拟机放置问题中,传统启发式方法不能完全适用于复杂的云计算环境,采用智能算法的研究又缺乏对时间开销的考虑。针对上述问题,提出一种基于Memetic算法的虚拟机放置(Memetic algorithm-based virtual machine placement MAVMP)方法。MAVMP方法针对云数据中心运营情况建立了最小化能耗、最小化运行时服务等级协议违例率(service level agreement violation time per active host, SLATAH)以及最大化资源利用率的多目标优化模型,将虚拟机按照资源请求情况进行分类,并利用该分类方法改进了Memetic算法,利用改进后的Memetic算法求解多目标优化模型,得到虚拟机放置方案。仿真实验结果表明,仿真数据中心利用MAVMP方法进行虚拟机放置后,其在能耗、资源利用率以及服务质量的评价指标上都有着良好表现。并且,MAVMP方法与已有的基于智能算法的虚拟机放置方法相比计算时间也大幅下降。  相似文献

虚拟机放置是云计算中的一个基本问题。通过将多台虚拟机聚集在单台物理机上,云计算可极大降低系统的资源以及能源消耗。虚拟机放置的目标之一是开启最少数量的物理机来满足所有虚拟机的资源需求。一个重要的挑战在于各虚拟机对不同类型资源消耗的比例往往与物理机所配备的各类资源的比例并不相同。一旦物理机上某类资源消耗殆尽,该物理机上其它类型的资源将无法得到利用,随之导致所开启物理机总数以及能耗成本增加。文中借助多种不同配置的物理机来解决上述问题。首先,虚拟机被划分为若干子集合。划分的约束条件是保证各个虚拟机子集合作为一个整体所消耗的各类资源恰与某一类型物理机各类资源的配置成比例。然后,利用同构环境的虚拟机放置算法,完成各虚拟机子集合在相应类型物理机上的放置。实验结果表明,文中算法能够协调各类资源的使用,从而有效减少物理机使用总量,降低能耗成本13.0%~57.6%.  相似文献

针对基础设施即服务(IaaS)模式的云计算应用系统,以减少宿主机使用数量、提高宿主机资源利用率为优化目标,研究了虚拟机集合向宿主机集合部署算法.分析了虚拟机部署基本原则,提出了扩展降序最佳适应(EBFD)算法,该算法将宿主机和虚拟机资源量化、排序,并引入初始长度的概念.对比了EBFD算法和其他装箱算法的基本性能;针对虚拟机部署,将EBFD算法和已有虚拟机部署算法进行比较,结果表明EBFD算法有较好的调度效果.  相似文献

随着云计算的逐渐发展,云计算下容易出现虚拟机负载不均衡和差异性资源调度时间长的问题,当前调度算法大多无法有效解决均衡负载问题,影响调度性能。为此,提出一种新的云计算下均衡负载的差异性资源调度算法,对云计算下资源调度问题进行描述,针对云计算下虚拟机差异性资源负载问题设定参数。设计蚁群优化算法,蚂蚁爬行的每一步代表指派的一个差异性资源任务,引入挥发因子对信息素更新规则进行改进,获取全局信息素。利用蚁群优化算法对云计算下负载的差异性资源进行均衡调度,给出详细实现过程。实验结果表明,所提算法有较好的收敛性,均衡负载效果好,且时间复杂度低。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
