为了有效地利用大数据中的无类别标签样本,将最小二乘支持向量机的思想和方法运用到半监督学习中,利用有类别标签和无类别标签样本构造支持向量机模型,通过Lagrange数乘法将其转化为一个线性规划问题,得到了一种适用于大数据的最小二乘半监督支持向量机.该算法有效地提高了支持向量机的测试准确率,具有较好的推广能力.  相似文献

提高人脸识别算法的识别率,提出一种基于半监督局部线性嵌入(Semi-Supervised Locally Linear Embedding,SSLLE)的人脸图像识别方法。针对局部线性嵌入(Locally Linear Embedding,LLE)算法非监督学习的缺陷,引入半监督思想,在构造邻域的时候利用部分样本的标签信息来重新调整距离矩阵;使用调整后的距离矩阵进行线性重建从而实现数据降维。在Yale和ORL人脸库上的实验结果表明,能有效的提高人脸识别的性能。  相似文献

针对单样本人脸识别问题,提出了一种结合小波低频子带的主成分分析方法.为了加强单样本图像的分类信息,该方法将原训练样本与其小波低频子带重构图相结合,然后对结合的训练样本进行主成分分析.在ORL人脸库上的实验结果表明,当训练集中每个人只有一幅人脸样本图像时,文中方法的识别率比标准特征脸法高3.6%,而所使用的特征脸个数减少14.8%.  相似文献

为提高人脸识别率,结合小波树和子空间分析中的二维主元分析,提出基于小波树和二维主元分析的人脸识别算法(WTMPCA).该算法先利用小波变换公式,在人脸图像上计算出一个小波近似分量和三个细节分量;分层次重组小波近似分量,得到新样本集;最后在此样本集上使用二维主元分析进行人脸识别.ORL和CAS-PEAL-R1人脸库的实验结果表明,与基于图像矩阵的二维主元分析(2D-PCA)相比较,WTMPCA方法的人脸识别率为96%,对光照条件、脸部表情变化有良好的鲁棒性.  相似文献

在兼顾实时性的情况下,为了进一步提高人脸识别的识别率,本文提出一种基于特征联合和支持向量机的人脸识别方法。首先,提取人脸样本的梯度方向直方图特征和局部二值模式特征,并将这两种特征进行联合形成样本的联合特征。其次,使用主成分分析法对样本联合特征进行降维得到样本的低维联合特征。最后,利用训练样本的低维联合特征训练支持向量机得到一个人脸识别器,并利用该人脸识别器对测试样本进行识别。基于ORL人脸库的实验结果表明,与现有方法相比,本文方法在取得较高识别率的同时也取得了较好的实时性。  相似文献

为克服线性判别分析(LDA)只能利用有标记样本的缺点,提出一种基于局部重构与全局保持的半监督判别分析(LRGPSSDA)方法.LRGPSSDA通过最小化局部重构误差来确定邻域图的边权值,在保持数据集局部结构的同时保持其全局结构,具有对邻域参数的选择不敏感、所得投影子空间的维数不受样本类别数的限制等特点.相较现有的半监督判别分析方法(如SDA和UDA),LRGPSSDA的分类性能更好.在YaleB和CMUPIE标准人脸库上的实验结果验证了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

利用多视图学习、流形学习以及协同正则化的多重惩罚处理,对含有大量无标签的类别数据提出一种多视图半监督学习的分类器构造方法.该方法由递归提升的方式对数据进行逐次多视图半监督学习,通过适当的标签化、均衡化处理改进每次集成的学习效率直到稳定.通过最小二乘和多分类SVM研究了新方法的性质,给出泛化误差的一个有意义上界,体现了新方法良好的泛化能力.模拟研究和实证分析显示,在有限样本情形下新方法具有良好的表现.  相似文献

针对当前人脸识别算法的运行速度和识别准确率的矛盾,提出一种基于双向主成分法(Bidirectional PCA,BD-PCA)和K近邻法K-NN(K-nearest neighbor)的人脸识别算法。在VC6.0平台下基于ORL人脸库进行实验,首先利用双向PCA算法对训练人脸样本和测试人脸样本进行方向和列方向降维并提取特征脸;然后用K近邻方法对特征脸进行人脸匹配。实验表明,提出的算法在有效降低运算时间的同时,又能取得很高的识别准确率,具有一定的可行性。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
