高山兀鹫的肾脏组织学研究

应用大体解剖技术、H.E和PAS染色法,对高山兀鹫的肾脏进行了组织学观察.结果显示:高山兀鹫肾脏被膜无脂肪囊,只有纤维膜.肾小叶皮质与髓质分界不明显,肾小体体积小,数量多,以小叶内中央静脉为圆心,环绕在其四周.肾小球毛细血管分支少,结构简单.肾小体与小叶间静脉之间分布有近曲小管,肾小体与小叶内中央静脉之间分布有远曲小管,肾小叶四周有小叶周集合管.肾小叶髓质有大量集合管和少量髓袢.肾小球血管极有肾小球旁复合体.     

泰和鸡肾脏的组织学和组织化学研究

本文采用H·E染色,PAS反应,PAS-AB反应及半薄切片甲苯胺蓝染色等方法,对泰和鸡肾脏进行了组织学和组织化学研究。结果表明:泰和鸡肾脏由数个肾小叶构成,每个肾小叶分为皮质和髓质2部分。肾单位包括肾小球、近曲小管、髓袢、远曲小臂和连接小管5部分。集合小管分为小叶周集合小管和髓质集合管2种,还观察到了球旁细胞和致密斑。对中性粘液物质和酸性粘液物质在肾脏内的分布作了初步描述。     

双峰驼肾脏的比较组织学研究

对成年双峰驼肾脏进行了详细的光镜观察和测定,结果表明,为了适应干旱多变的生存环境,其结构具有许多独特之处,双峰驼肾髓质宽厚,与皮质的厚试比为３：１,在肾盂周转常有大量的脂肪组织,肾被膜很厚（３４７μｍ）,主要由致密的胶原纤维构成,无平滑肌分布,肾小体的平均直径为２０３．５μｍ,皮质浅层（１７１μｍ）小于深层（２３６μｍ）,血管球平均产直径（１７２．５μｍ）大于象、牛、马等动物,近曲小管很长,在被膜     

鼠肾脏近曲小管细胞的分离

我们采用改良的胶原酶消化－－密度梯度离心法分离大鼠肾近曲小管细胞，从麻醉的鼠取肾脏置入ＫＨＢ（Ｋｒｅｂｓ－Ｈｅｎｓｅｌｅｉｔ－Ｂｕｆｆｅｒ）液中，去髓质，取出皮质，经胶原酶Ⅰ消化后，用３７％Ｐｅｒｃｏｌｌ分离液（２４０ｇ，５℃，离心１５ｍｉｎ）分离鼠肾近曲小管细胞，并采用ｆｕｒａ－２／Ａｍ测定肾近曲小管细胞浆内游离ｃａ＋＋浓度，其值为：２０１．２２±１４４．６０ｎＭｏｌ（ｎ＝１２）。     

豹猫肾脏的组织结构观察及AQP-1、bFGF和BMP-7在肾脏中的表达

利用切片法观察豹猫(Prionailurus bengalensis)肾脏的组织结构,应用免疫组织化学法检测水通道蛋白-1(AQP-1)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)和骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)在肾脏中的表达。结果显示:豹猫和大多数哺乳类肾脏的组织结构一样呈长而扁的菜豆形,表面有致密的结缔组织构成的被膜,肾实质可分为皮质和髓质,髓质和皮质之比为1.6∶1。肾实质由肾小体、肾小管和集合管构成。肾小体可分为出血管极和尿极,血管球由毛细血管缠绕形成,外包有肾小囊。近曲小管长且管腔不规则,刷状缘明显。远曲小管和集合管管腔较大,腔面无刷状缘,细胞界限较清楚。肾小管和集合管上皮细胞都呈AQP1和b FGF免疫反应阳性,肾小管、集合管上皮细胞和肾小球上皮细胞都呈BMP-7免疫反应阳性。结果表明:AQP-1、b FGF和BMP-7在调节肾脏水平衡、维持肾功能及保护肾脏方面可能具有重要作用。     

川金丝猴肾的组织结构观察及Bax蛋白的表达

为观察川金丝猴肾的组织结构及其相关蛋白Bax的表达,制作石蜡切片,采用H.E染色观察川金丝猴肾的组织结构特征,用免疫组织化学法检测Bax蛋白在肾组织中的表达.结果显示:川金丝猴和多数哺乳类肾的组织结构相似,外观呈蚕豆形,表面包以致密的结缔组织被膜,肾实质由外周的皮质和内部的髓质构成;肾小体数量较多,周围有很多近曲小管和远曲小管,近曲小管管腔不规则,有明显刷状缘,远曲小管则无刷状缘,集合管管腔较大,细胞界限清晰,肾小管和集合管上皮细胞都呈Bax蛋白免疫反应阳性;川金丝猴的肾主要由肾单位和集合管构成,Bax蛋白参与川金丝猴肾小管和集合管上皮细胞的凋亡,调控川金丝猴肾的发育过程.     

牛肾动脉血管分布铸型观察

牛肾为有沟多乳头肾，肾动脉入肾门后在肾窦内相继分支形成叶间动脉．叶间动脉在肾的髓质与皮质交界处延续为弓形动脉，由弓行动脉发出与肾表面近似垂直的小叶间动脉，小叶间动脉发出入球小动脉和直小动脉．每个区观察500个小球及出、入球小动脉：皮质外区的肾小球及出、入球小动脉的内径比皮质中间区大，比髓旁皮质区更大．直小动脉可由弓行动脉、小叶间动脉和出球小动脉发出，伸向肾的髓质．肾脏因动物的种类不同其血管分布各有差异。     

剑尾鱼肾脏的超微结构?观察

应用光镜和透射电镜对剑尾鱼肾脏的组织学和超微结构进行了观察。结果表明:与其它硬骨鱼类相似,剑尾鱼中肾由肾小体和肾小管组成,肾小体分布较分散;肾小管分为颈段、近曲小管、远曲小管和集合管。肾脏中散布大量淋巴样组织,电镜水平上可以区分淋巴细胞、单核细胞和黑色素巨噬细胞等类型。本文还讨论了肾脏作为鱼类体内一个具有多种生理功能复合器官的结构特点。

棕色田鼠和沼泽田鼠脑内部结构性二型的比较研究

对棕色田鼠和沼泽田鼠大脑中央视前区、终纹床核、杏仁核、大脑皮层、扣带回、海马、齿状回等进行了测量和比较,结果发现,雌雄沼泽田鼠终纹底核、杏仁核和中央视前区的差异,比棕色田鼠两性间更为显著,而棕色田鼠大脑皮层和海马显著大于沼泽田鼠．大脑皮层和海马是参与记忆痕迹的结构,且大脑皮层又与社会行为有关．因此,推测棕色田鼠和沼泽田鼠性二型的差异可能与两种田鼠的婚配制度有关．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
