拟蜒单齿螺 Monodonta neritoides 的实验生态与环境分布

研究报告了采自浙江舟山沿海的拟蜒单齿螺Ｍｏｎｏｄｏｎｔａｎｅｒｉｔｏｉｄｅｓ的生存生物学试验结果，经过４８ｈ的极限耐性试验，其耐温范围为０－２５℃，耐盐范围为１３．２３－４９．００‰，耐海水酸碱度ＰＨ＝４．０５－８．９８。温、盐度结合试验表明，其最佳生存水平Ｓ‰＝２２．１８‰，Ｔ＝２０℃。还报导了拟蜒单齿螺在干露状态下的存活能力。随着干露时间增长、温度升高，体重消耗率上升，出现死亡时的平均体重消耗率为１６．８０％，全部死亡时的平均体重消耗率为２１．７０％。最后，就拟蜒单齿螺对各理化因子的耐受性与其水平分布、垂直分布作了讨论，并与同科优势种锈凹螺Ｃｈｌｏｒｏｓｔｏｍａｒｅｓｔｉｃｕｍ和单齿螺Ｍｏｎｏｄｏｎｔａｌａｂｉｏ作了比较，对如何提高运输过程中的存活率作了进一步分析     

几种环境因子对不同发育阶段的泥螺Bullacta exarata的影响

本文研究报告了几种环境因子对不同发育阶段泥螺的生存、生长的影响。泥螺为广温、广盐性种类，适温范围为－１．５－３３℃。适比重范围，低限为１．０１０，高限随其发育程度而不同。在海水酸碱度ｐＨ＝７－８条件下，存活率最高，生长最好。泥螺耐干露能力，随着个体生长，忍耐能力逐渐加强，其干露后死亡的体重消耗率，成螺约为６９％左右。     

泥螺Bullacta exarata（Philippi）生态的初步观察

笔者于１９８９年５月至１９９０年７月对浙江沿海的泥螺生态进行了详细观察，结果表明：泥螺广布于浙江大陆沿岸到沿海岛屿的泥沙滩上，以中低潮带为多；成螺生存温度－１．５～３３℃，以１０－３０℃范围内较适，比重适宜范围在１．０２０以下，生存ｐＨ值范围３．７４－９．０９。以７．１３～８．０１为最适；春季耐干露能力较强，夏季较弱，死亡时的体重消耗率平均为６９％左右。泥螺营匍匐生活，依靠齿舌舐取滩涂表面的食物，饵料以底栖硅藻及腐植质为主，对种类没有明显的选择性。     

中华鳖幼鳖的能量代谢（Ⅰ）──水中呼吸及其与温度、体重的关系

测定了饥饿状态下中华鳖（Ｔｒｉｏｎｙｘｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）幼鳖在水中的呼吸代谢及其与温度、体重的关系。体重１６～１５０ｇ的幼鳖在水温２８℃下的个体耗氧率Ｒ可表示为：ｌｇ（Ｒ／ｍＬ·ｈ－１）＝０．６３１４ｌｇ（Ｗ／ｇ）－１．０５４９（Ｗ为个体湿重）；ｒ＝０．９１，ｎ＝２６，Ｐ＜０．００１，这时幼鳖的单位体重耗氧率Ｖ与体重呈如下负相关关系：Ｖ＝８８．１２５４Ｗ－０．３６８６；ｒ＝０．８０，ｎ＝２６，Ｐ＜０．００１．中华鳖能够正常活动、摄食的温度范围为２０～３５℃。２０，２４，２６，２８，３０，３２，３５℃下３０～６０ｇ幼鳖水中呼吸耗氧率的变动范围为２４．３７～３１．２０ｍＬ·ｋ－１·ｈ－１．ｔ检验表明温度对鳖在水中的呼吸没有显著影响．     

离子选择电极法测定蔗糖中Cu^2＋含量的研究

采用离子选择电极法测定蔗糖中铜的含量。方法简便、快速准确。标准曲线线性范围１．００×１０＾－６￣１．００×１０＾－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，平均回收率１０１．５％，ＲＳＤ＝２．４％（Ｎ＝４）。

东方铃蟾耐饥时间的研究

东方铃蟾的耐饥时间做了初步观察，雄性在繁殖期末的耐饥时间为１１４－１５２天，死亡时的体重平均为原体重的５６．４０％，冬眠结束不久的耐饥时间为９７－１１７天，死亡时的体重平均为原体重的６０．２３％；雌性在繁殖期末的耐饥时间为１２０－１４９天，死亡时的体重平均为原体重的４９．７０％，冬眠结束不久的耐饥时间为６７．８５，死亡时的体重平均为原体重的５４．３７％。     

状黄姑鱼行为习性及对水质因子耐受性的初步研究

本文探讨了状黄姑鱼Ｎｉｂｅａｍｉｉｃｈｔｈｉｏｌｄｅｓ的行为习性与对水质耐受性。初步得出状黄姑鱼喜静、爱集群，多栖于泥沙底质，食性杂，１１℃以下不摄食，适温范围８－３４℃，最适１５－３０℃，低于８℃出现死亡，适盐２．５－５０‰，最适１５－３０‰，溶解氧高于１．４２ｍｇ／１均能正常生活，在水温１５℃、空胃状况下，其正常活动耗氧率为６５．７３ｍｌＯ＿２／（ｈ．ｋｇ）。     

泥螺 Bullacta exarata 生长生物学的初步研究

本文研究了浙江沿海泥螺的生长特征。结果表明：泥螺出膜面盘幼虫１６５．６×１４４．０μｍ，日平均生长７．０μｍ，匍匐幼虫日平均生长８．７μｍ，幼螺日平均生长２５．８μｍ，从受精卵化出膜至幼螺约需３０－４０天。在自然海区当年１１月初产卵孵化的幼虫至翌年３月壳高可达０．４ｃｍ，５月底至６月初即可达壳高１．２ｃｍ以上的采捕规格。成螺壳高（Ｈ）与壳宽（Ｂ）、体重（Ｗ）之间的回归关系：Ｂ＝０．７２５７Ｈ－０．０５６６（ｒ＝０．９８２０）、Ｗ＝０．４８７３Ｈ２．６４３０（ｒ＝０．７４２０）。     

济阳拗陷高含CO2气藏的同位素特征和成因探讨

济阳坳陷无机成因ＣＯ２气藏多沿断裂呈带状分布,且与新生代玄武岩在空间分布上关系密切．它具有高的ＣＯ２含量（６４．５５％～９９．９６％,平均为８８．１７％）和高的δ１３ＣＣＯ２值（－７．５４‰～－３．３５‰,平均为－５．０３‰）,４０Ａｒ／３６Ａｒ（３１８～３０００,平均为１３５５）和３Ｈｅ／４Ｈｅ（４．６８×１０－６～３．５５×１０－６,平均为４．０１×１０－６）．这些特征表明,气藏中ＣＯ２为深部地幔来源ＣＯ２和地壳来源ＣＯ２按一定比例混合的产物．研究区内前第三系碳酸盐岩石的ＣＯ２含量及其δ１３Ｃ值的降低进一步表明,地壳来源ＣＯ２主要由碳酸盐岩石的脱碳反应形成．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
