建筑物地基的沉降对于正常使用有很大影响,应用分层总和法计算地基的最终沉降量与实测的最终沉降量往往有较大的差距,因此有必要从已有的建筑物沉降观测资料中探求建筑物最终沉降量与建筑物及地基参数的关系,并将这种关系表示为沉降经验公式,作为预测和控制建筑物沉降量的依据.本文从弹性力学半空间理论出发,提出了浅基础建筑物最终沉降量的影响因素及其预测公式,与实测资料相比较,结果表明所提出的预测公式可基本正确预测出浅基础建筑物的最终沉降量.  相似文献

对地基变形造成的危害进行了分析,阐述了地基基础设计中控制地基沉降的重要性及预防措施.在开展工程项目设计工作过程中,设计人员必须要充分重视地基沉降量和地基沉降差问题,正确地识别这两者之间的关系.对于出现超过规定标准值的情况,需要进一步分析产生的原因,保证建筑物在设计上和使用中的安全稳定.尤其是因为基础的不均匀沉降容易引发建筑物倾斜、倒塌等安全问题需要给予高度重视.该文通过对沉降计算的若干问题进行分析,进一步提出了一些减少不均匀沉降及其危害的措施.  相似文献

针对双层复合地基基坑降水过程中极易引发地基渗透破坏和基坑周边建筑物沉降等问题,为真实模拟现场双层地基三维渗流条件,自行研制了室内大型渗流试验装置,开展了双层地基基坑降水-防渗墙防渗-回灌井回灌的耦合模型试验.试验表明,相对于降水-防渗条件,增设回灌后,基坑外上排测压管水头抬升近10.7%,下排测压管水位抬升约3.1%;各测压管外侧水头比内侧平均高出约2.75%,说明在基坑降水-防渗的同时进行坑外回灌可以有效地提高基坑外回灌井底端土层以上区域的水头高度,减小基坑外建筑物的沉降.运用FLAC3D软件对坑外沉降进行数值计算,进一步印证了模型试验中降水-防渗-回灌耦合模型对沉降控制的效果.相关研究成果对复合地基降水过程中的渗透变形及地基沉降控制有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

结合大量现场实测数据,系统分析了基坑开挖过程中维护结构变形、地表沉降以及周围建筑物的变形规律,监测结果显示:维护墙体变形整体呈"纺锤"状,并具有明显的时空效应,随着开挖深度的不断加深,地下连续墙水平位移的最大值也不断向下移动;地表沉降曲线表现出明显的"沉降盆",在距离基坑边缘一定距离处达到最大值,并随着距基坑距离的不断增大,地表沉降逐渐减小,且深层土体的开挖对地表沉降的影响尤为明显;加强邻近历史建筑物侧的基坑维护和防水措施以及对历史建筑物地基的加固处理有效地控制了历史建筑物沉降.结论对在密集建筑群中软土地基上基坑设计和开挖具有一定的实用价值和借鉴意义.  相似文献

为研究风积土地质情况下建筑物的沉降特性,采用地基土体、建筑物基础与上部结构共同作用的分析方法,对一幢建于风积土地基上独立基础混凝土框架结构建筑物,建立风积土地基、混凝土基础和上部结构的有限元模型,数值模拟研究结构的沉降变形规律,并将阜新地区的实际观测值与数值模拟数据对比分析.结果表明:有限元整体建模方法能够很好地预测并反映风积土地基上建筑物的不均匀沉降情况.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
