Zusammenfassung Nach Injektion von3H-Testosteron wurde mit Hilfe der Trocken-Autoradiographie eine selektive Aufnahme und Speicherung von Radioaktivität in Kernen spezifischer Neurone im Hypothalamus, in der präoptisch-parolfaktorischen Region, im Septum, im Hippokampus und in der Amygdala beobachtet. Im Hypophysenvorderlappen war Radioaktivität in den Zellkernen von Basophilen nachweisbar. Die autoradiographischen Ergebnisse unterstützen das Konzept eines doppelten Androgen-Feedbacks auf der Ebene des Zentralnervensystems und der Hypophyse.

Zusammenfassung Durch autoradiographische Untersuchung wurde die Einlagerung von Radioaktivität in ein begrenztes Gebiet des Neocortex der Rattenweibchen nach einmaliger Verabreichung von3H-Östradiol im Alter von 5 bis 50 Tagen nachgewiesen. Summary Female rats were injected with3H-diethylstilbestrol. The pituitaries, oviducts, and uteri were removed and processed for autoradiography. Zusammenfassung Bei 2 Tage alten Ratten wurde markiertes Oestradiol-17 injiziert. Im Hypophysenvorderlappen waren weniger als 10% der Zellkerne markiert. Diese Zellen befanden sich vorwiegend in der Peripherie. Im Zwischen- und Hinterlappen fanden sich keine markierten Zellen. Eine Vorbehandlung mit nicht markiertem Oestradiol hemmte die nukleare Aufnahme der Radioaktivität, was beweist, dass diese mit Oestradiol oder dessen Metaboliten verbunden sein muss. 相似文献

This preliminary study has been performed on four young twin bulls, one pair aged 6 months and the other one aged 12 months. Plasma LH and testosterone were assayed from frequent blood sampling. Testosterone propionate (TP) following dexamethasone treatment did not significantly influence the LH response to gonadoliberin compared to the twin controls, although testosterone concentrations were high in those TP treated animals. 相似文献

Summary The effects of time and various doses of testosterone on the responsiveness of lactate dehydrogenase of pituitary of 7-, 38- and 78-week-old rats were studied. The activity of the enzyme increases in 78-week-old rats. Castration decreases the enzyme activity at all ages. Maximum increase in the enzyme activity is seen with 50 and 100 g of testosterone 4 h after administration of hormone to castrated rats. No further time and dose-dependent effect is observed. The magnitude of increase for the enzyme is higher at the age of 38 weeks and decreases in 78-week-old rats.To whom all correspondence should be addressed. The authors are grateful to Professor M.S. Labelling of ribosomal RNA peaks in the liver of rats after administration of tritiated fluorouracil
Zusammenfassung Nach i.p. Injektion von 5-Fluorouracil-3H wurde bei Ratten zu verschiedenen Zeiten die RNS-Neubildung der Leber bestimmt. Die Resultate sprechen dafür, dass Fluorouracil in die ribosomale RNA der Leber eingebaut wird.

Summary Large lymphoid cells and plasma cells in antigenically stimulated rat lymph nodes retain less label after injection of3H-CdR than after injection of3H-TdR.
