在聚乙烯酸(PVA)存在下,锇与铅酸铵和碱性染料(罗丹明B,了基罗丹明B,耐尔蓝)形成离子缔合物,不同碱性染料所形成的缔合物服从比耳定律的浓度范围和摩尔吸光系数分别是:0 ̄1.2μg/25ml和ε570nm=2.62×106L·mol-1·cm-1(罗丹明B体系),0 ̄1.0μg/25ml和ε570nm=2.86×106L·Cm-1(丁基罗丹明B体系);0~1.8μg/25ml和ε585nm=2.81×106L·mol-1·cm-1(耐尔蓝体系)研究了三个显色体系的光度特性和30多种共存离子的影响,方法用于一些催化剂和冶金产品中锇的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

研究了罗单明B-磷钼杂多酸离子缔合物体系的光谱特性,确定了用于分光光度法测磷的最佳条件.在非离子表面活性剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,缔合物的λmax=592nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε592=1.8×105L·moL-1·cm-1,缔合物中RhB∶P(Ⅴ)=4∶1.  相似文献

研究了在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,钯与钨酸钠和丁基罗丹明B(BRB)反应形成的有色离子缔合物用于痕量钯的光度法测定.最佳条件为:[H2SO4]=1.2mol·L-1,[WO2-4]=9.1×10-5mol·L-1,[BRB]=3.0×10-5mol·L-1.缔合物的最大吸收位于575nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.98×107L·mol-1·cm-1.钯量在0~10ng/25ml范围内服从比尔定律.体系至少稳定140h,检测限(3σ)0.048μg·L-1(n=10),对0.40μg·L-1Pd(Ⅱ)测定的相对标准偏差为3.39%(n=11).缔合物的摩尔比为Pd∶BRB=1∶4.考察了50多种共存离子的影响.本法已用于炭基和铝基钯催化剂中微量钯的测定,结果满意  相似文献

在磷酸介质中,在Mn(Ⅱ)和Twen-80存在下,DApBM与钒(Ⅴ)生成橙黄色化合物,产物至少可稳定3.5h.最大吸收波长为485nm.摩尔吸光系数ε=4.01×105L·mol-1·cm-1和ε=1.57×105L·mol-1·cm-1.钒(Ⅴ)量在0.5~3.0μg/25ml及3.0~10.0μg/25ml间符合比尔定律.该体系灵敏度高,选择性较好,用于中草药中痕量钒(Ⅴ)的测定,结果满意  相似文献

测定了RE(NO_3)_3-Ala-H_2O(RE=Sm,Gd,Er)三元体系在25℃时的溶解度和饱和溶液折光率,绘制了相应的溶解度图与饱和溶液折光率曲线。各体系的溶解度曲线与折光率曲线均由4支组成,分别与RE(NO_3)3.nH_2O(RE=Sm,Gd,n=6;RE=Er,n=5),RE(Ala)(NO_3)3·H_2O,RE(Ala)_4(NO_3)_3·H_2O和Ala的晶体相对应.  相似文献

本文报导了K〔FeⅢ(ida)2〕·3H2O(ida2-=氨基二乙酸根)配合物的合成及它的分子结构和晶体结构的测定.具体结果如下:正交晶系,Pbcn空间群,a=18.765(3),b=10.447(3),c=15.645(2),v=3067(1)3,单位晶胞中的分子数为8,Dc=1.78g·cm-3,Do=1.72g·cm-3,μ=1.314mm-1,F(000)=1688,对于2767个独立的衍射点,它的R和Rw值分别为0.052和0.047.其中〔FⅢ(ida)2〕-是一个N和N顺位的近似八面体结构.由此可知具有对称电子结构(high-spind5)的FeⅢ与被看成是edta4-(=乙二胺四乙酸根)去掉了CH2—CH2基团的双ida2-配体形成的配合物只能选择六配位的八面体结构  相似文献

研究了用大孔径聚丙烯腈树脂固定化葡萄糖异构酶的方法及固定化酶的性质.固定化酶活力达到4.6296×10-6mol·g-1·s-1左右.同时研究了固定化酶的反应动力学,测得其米氏常数Km=6.00mol·L-1,最大反应速度Vmax=1.40×10-5mol·g-1·s-1.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
