成就动机是要求取得优异成绩的动机,它是决定个体努力程度的动力因素,主要采用了《成就动机测量表》(简称AMS)对南京体育学院人体运动科学、体育教育和运动训练3个专业大学生的成就动机进行调查,分析该院大学生成就动机的倾向和差异。结果显示:南京体育学院大学生追求成功的倾向较明显;不同专业男大学生的成就动机不存在显著差异;不同专业女大学生的成就动机存在显著差异,成就动机在性别上也存在着显著差异性。  相似文献

通过自编的求知行为调查问卷,对重庆市296名大学生进行了调查.调查结果表明,大学生的学习动机由强到弱依次为内部动机、成就动机、社会动机和外部动机;在学习行为方面,低年级学生满怀理想却缺少实际行动,自主性和独立性不强;高年级学生趋于务实,想学更多的实用知识,以便为就业做好准备;大学生更为看重知识的个体价值,把促进自我的发展和完善以及取得事业成功作为衡量知识价值的重要标准.  相似文献

本文是根据动机理论的原理,设计“职业中学学生成就动机训练实验研究方案”,选择了镇江市机械专业班,以低成就需要水平学生作为研究对象,进行为期两年的学生成就动机改变的实验研究报告。研究结果表明该“方案”科学可行,符合教育性原则,效果是肯定的,同时指出学生成就动机培养需要教育工作者不懈地努力。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
