针对鲸鱼优化算法(WOA)收敛速度慢、收敛精度低、易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种基于自适应调整权重和搜索策略的鲸鱼优化算法(AWOA).设计一种随着鲸鱼种群变化情况而自适应调整权重的方法,提高了算法的收敛速度; 设计一种自适应调整搜索策略,提高了算法跳出局部最优的能力.利用23个标准测试函数,分别针对高维和低维问题进行测试,仿真结果表明,AWOA在收敛精度和收敛速度方面总体上明显优于其他多种改进的鲸鱼优化算法.  相似文献

针对蜉蝣算法(Mayfly algorithm)全局搜索能力差,搜索精度不高和自适应能力弱等问题,提出一种多策略融合的蜉蝣算法。首先,提出吸引力增强因子,同时引入自适应动态调节的重力系数,来平衡搜索和开发能力。其次,提出中值位置作为群体位置的一部分,加强种群交流,避免陷入到局部最优;最后,引入正弦余弦策略,增强全局搜索能力,提高收敛精度并增强稳定性。8种典型功能函数的仿真结果证明改进后的算法收敛能力提高、收敛精度加强。将改进后的蜉蝣算法应用于工程中,在供应链库存系统中调节PID参数,与其他算法相比,成本下降9.5%,证明该算法在工程上具有适用性。  相似文献

针对黏菌算法(slime mould algorithm, SMA)搜索效率低和陷入局部最优的问题,本文提出一种多策略改进黏菌算法。首先,通过Tent映射反向学习策略求得较优种群作为初始种群,提高算法收敛速度;其次,黏菌通过自适应权值策略和扰动策略更新位置,调整算法勘探能力和开发能力,避免陷入早熟并提高收敛速度;最后,与PSO、WOA、GWO、SMA等4种算法和相关改进SMA算法相比,对CEC测试函数的寻优结果表明:本文改进算法的搜索效率和避免陷入局部最优能力较强,算法能在较短时间内找到全局最优值,对测试函数的收敛速度和收敛精度均有不同程度提高。  相似文献

针对蝙蝠算法(BA)收敛速度慢、易早熟、寻优精度差的缺点,该文提出一种基于鲶鱼效应和新型搜索机制的改进的混沌蝙蝠算法。首先采用均匀性更好的Tent混沌序列产生初始种群,以增强初始种群多样性。设计了新型频度和速度更新函数,以更好地调节种群的聚集速度,提高全局搜索能力,缓解局部最优现象。将混沌扰动思想引入蝙蝠算法,提出一种新的局部搜索机制和变步长搜索策略,以提高局部搜索的效率和精度。设计了基于混沌鲶鱼效应的种群激活机制,增强了蝙蝠群体跳出局部最优和加速收敛的能力。典型函数的对比测试结果证明了该算法的有效性。  相似文献

针对基本鲸鱼优化算法在处理复杂全局优化问题时存在解精度低和收敛速度慢等缺点,提出一种收敛因子随进化迭代次数非线性变化的改进鲸鱼优化算法.该算法利用混沌方法替代随机方法初始化种群,使群体具有较好的多样性.受粒子群算法惯性权重启发,设计出一种随进化迭代次数增加而非线性变化的收敛因子更新公式,以平衡算法的全局搜索和局部搜索能力.对当前最优鲸鱼个体执行混沌扰动策略以扩大其搜索范围.选取6个高维标准测试函数进行数值实验,结果表明该算法具有较高的收敛精度和较快的收敛速度.  相似文献

针对基本人工蜂群(ABC)算法存在着收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优、求解精度低等缺点,提出一种基于Logistic模型的自适应人工蜂群(A-ABC)算法.首先,利用反向学习策略初始化种群个体以保证群体的多样性,为算法进行全局搜索奠定基础;其次,通过引入参数λ对ABC算法的搜索方程进行改进以产生新的候选个体,在进化过程中,λ的大小基于Logistic模型自适应调节,以协调算法的探索能力和开发能力;引入基于排序的选择概率以避免算法出现早熟收敛.对几个典型的Benchmark函数进行了测试,实验结果表明,与基本ABC算法相比,A-ABC算法具有更高的求解精度和更快的收敛速度.  相似文献

针对差分进化(DE)算法后期收敛速度变慢、收敛精度变低以及易陷入局部最优解的缺点,提出一种基于双种群自适应进化的改进差分进化算法。于算法初始化阶段同时初始化2个种群,2个种群分别采用不同的自适应变异算子、变异策略和交叉算子进行进化操作,在改进选择操作中选择2个种群的最优个体进入下一次进化过程。采用5个标准测试函数对改进算法进行测试,检验算法的改进效果。结果表明,改进DE算法比j DE算法与标准DE算法具有更好的全局收敛能力,更快的收敛速度以及更高的收敛精度。将改进DE算法与SVM算法结合应用于短期电力负荷预测,预测结果表明,改进DE算法比标准DE算法能够更好的寻找到SVM的最优参数组合。  相似文献

针对技能优化算法(Skill Optimization Algorithm,SOA)寻优精度不高、收敛速度慢等缺点,本研究提出一种多策略集成的改进技能优化算法(Multi Strategy integrated Skill Optimization Algorithm,MSSOA)。MSSOA采用佳点集策略初始化种群,提高初始种群在解空间内的分布质量;根据算法特点在全局搜索阶段采用自适应权重,改进个体行进的步长;根据不同个体采用不同的t-分布扰动方式,平衡全局搜索和局部搜寻的关系,增强算法后期局部搜寻能力。通过12个测试函数、2个工程应用问题对其性能进行测试,测试结果表明MSSOA有着理想的寻优精度和收敛速度,能够解决复杂的工程问题。  相似文献

针对粒子群优化算法容易出现早熟收敛和稳定性低的现象,提出一种自适应调节的粒子群算法.算法中通过自适应调节适应度值的均匀分布保持种群的多样性,该策略能够提高算法的全局搜索能力,同时可避免阈值对算法稳定性的影响.另外采用自适应周期性变异的惯性权重对粒子的速度进行更新,可改善算法的局部搜索能力和稳定性.使用多维标准函数对改进的算法进行仿真试验,结果表明,算法具有较好的全局搜索精度和稳定性,避免了早熟收敛.  相似文献

针对标准果蝇优化算法(FOA)收敛速度慢、容易陷入局部最优和寻优精度低等缺陷,提出了动态调整进化方向与策略的果蝇优化算法(FOADAEDS)。首先,种群初始位置由佳点集理论选取;其次,根据种群进化信息动态调整进化指导方向和搜索步长;最后,当算法陷入早熟时,改变搜索策略以跳出局部最优。对6个经典测试函数进行仿真运算,结果表明,本文提出的改进算法相比标准果蝇优化算法和其他几种改进算法,有较好的寻优精度和收敛速度。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
