为分析中国开放获取论文发表及开放获取期刊论文出版情况,重点研究了2017~2021年WoS核心数据库中的中国开放获取论文发表及开放获取期刊出版相关数据。研究发现,中国的开放获取论文发表及期刊出版数量在逐年上升,与国际开放获取论文及期刊的增长基本同步。建议我国积极融入全球开放科学的发展环境,结合国家科技政策,探索我国自主规范的OA出版模式,研发各类自主知识产权的学术资源开放平台,在全球开放学术交流体系中掌握主动权和话语权。  相似文献

随着科技的发展,全球开放获取的速度在不断加快,OA已成为未来学术出版发展的必然趋势。基于对重庆地区开放获取期刊发展现状的统计研究,从办刊数量、创刊情况、学科分类、主办及出版单位分布、出版周期和时间、出版费用、版权与知识共享许可协议、期刊影响力情况7个方面进行了分析。结果表明,重庆OA期刊的发展速度与国际水平相比仍处于初级阶段,存在学科发展不平衡、中文开放获取期刊数量少的问题,同时试图提出相应的发展建议,以期对重庆期刊开放获取的发展进程起到促进作用。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
