在常规培养条件下进行大花蕙兰试管苗培养,培养基支持体采用琼脂(CK)、Gellangum、蛭石、蛭石与珍珠岩的混合物(体积比为1∶1)和水草.结果表明:Gellangum和琼脂处理试管苗的株高、根数、根长等形态指标及地上部、根部、总体鲜干质量、叶绿素指标等显著高于其他处理;但Gellangum和琼脂试管苗之间的差异不显著.试管苗的根系活力以Gellangum最高,其次,水草、琼脂(对照)处理的根系活力相对较低,但水草处理试管苗的其它测定指标均显著低于琼脂处理;对蛭石和蛭石与珍珠岩的混合物处理试管苗来说,其叶片气孔密度或气孔大小和面积显著高于琼脂外,其它指标都显著低于对照处理.Gellangum可以替代琼脂作为大花蕙兰试管苗的培养基支持体,但水草、蛭石、蛭石与珍珠岩(体积比为1∶1)的混合物不适于作大花蕙兰培养基的支持体.  相似文献

To promote substantially the performances of red phosphorous (P) anode for lithium and sodium-ion batteries, a simple plasma assisted milling (P-milling) method was used to in-situ synthesize SeP2/C composite. The results showed that the amorphous SeP2/C composite exhibits the excellent lithium and sodium storage performances duo to the small nano-granules size and complete combination of selenium (Se) and phosphorous (P) to generate Se–P alloy phase. It was observed that inside the granules of SeP2/C composite the nanometer size of the SeP2 particles ensured the fast kinetics for Li+ and Na+ ​transfer, and the amorphous carbon wrapping the SeP2 particles relieved volume expansion during lithium/sodium storage processes and enhances electric conductivity. Therefore, the SeP2/C electrode retained reversible capacities of 700 ​mA ​h ​g−1 at 2 ​A ​g−1 after 500 cycles and 400 ​mA ​h ​g−1 at 0.5 ​A ​g−1 after 400 cycles as anode for LIBs and SIBs, respectively. The result proves that the amorphous SeP2/C composite can be a new type of anode material with great potential for lithium and sodium-ion batteries.  相似文献

The deformation mechanism of the fine structure composed of primary α phase (αp) and acicular secondary α phase (αs) on quasi-static mechanical properties is still not very clear. The main controversy is focused on the role of αp in the mechanical behavior. In this paper, the microstructure of the heat-treated near β-type Ti-4.5Mo-5.1Al-1.8Zr-1.1Sn-2.5Cr-2.9Zn alloy after tensile tests was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). And the results showed that in the slight deformation region the dislocations were accumulated at the intersection of αp and β matrix separated by αs, while only a few dislocations nucleated in β matrix. In the severe deformation region, a large quantity of dislocations in both αp and β matrix were observed. It can be inferred that αp deformed firstly and then activated the deformation of β matrix, that is, the thickness of αp and the inter-particle spacing of αs played a dominant role in the deformation process. The quantitative relationship between the yield strength and the microstructure parameters is consistent with this inference. By adjusting the solution treatment parameters and the subsequent aging treatment, three fine structures were obtained, and the corresponding mechanical properties were determined. Furthermore, the yield strength can be described by the mathematical model σy ​= ​756.4 ​+ ​135.6/hp1/2 +32.2/ds1/2, where hp and ds are the thickness of αp and the inter-particle spacing of αs, respectively.  相似文献

We developed an one-step hydrothermal method to synthesize carbon-nitrogen quantum dots(CNQDs) with oxygen-rich functional groups.The sample was characterized by TEM,AFM,FT-IR,XPS,UV-vis absorption and PL spectra.The 0/C and N/C atomic ratio of typical CNQDs with diameters of 3-6 nm are ca.0.4 and 0.2,respectively.Without noble metal cocatalyst,the photocatalytic H_2 production rate of CNQDs/TiO_2 nanofibers(NFs)(112.4 μmol h~(-1) g~(-1)) is 1.8 times higher than that of TiO_2 NFs.The good absorption of light contributes to the enhanced photocatalytic H_2 performance.The CNQDs could be promising in biomedical imaging,optical data recording storage and photo/electrocatalysis,etc.  相似文献

Perrhenate(ReO4-) was used as nonradioactive surrogate for the radionuclide pertechnetate(99TcO-4) to investigate the potential of using starch-stabilized zero valent iron(ZVI) nanoparticles for reductive immobilization of pertechnetate in soil and groundwater.Batch kinetic tests indicated that the starch-stabilized ZVI nanoparticles were able to reductively remove ~96% of perrhenate(10 mg/L) from water within 8 h.XRD analyses confirmed that ReO 2 was the reduction product.A pseudo-first-order kinetic model was able to interpret the kinetic data,which gave a pseudo first order rate constant(kobs) value of 0.43h-1 at pH 6.9 and room temperature(25℃).Increasing solution pH up to 8 progressively increased the reaction rate.However,highly alkaline pH(10) resulted in much inhibited reaction rate.Consequently,the optimal pH range was identified to be from 7 to 8.Increasing solution temperature from 15 to 45℃ increased k obs from 0.38 to 0.53 h-1.The classical Arrhenius equation was able to interpret the temperature effect,which gave a low activation energy value of 7.61 kJ/mol.When the ReO-4-loaded loess was treated with the stabilized nanoparticles suspension([Fe]=560 mg/L),the water leachable ReO-4 was reduced by 57% and nearly all eluted Re was in the form of ReO2.This finding indicates that starch-stabilized ZVI nanoparticles are promising for facilitating in situ immobilization of ReO-4 in soil and groundwater.  相似文献

In this paper, the diffusion behavior between MgO and Fe2O3 (the main iron oxide in pellets) is investigated using a diffusion couple method. In addition, the distribution regulation of MgO in MgO-bearing pellets is analyzed via pelletizing experiments. The results illustrate that MgO is prone to diffuse into Fe2O3 in the form of solid solution; the diffusion rate considered here is 13.64 μm·min-1. Most MgO content distributes in the iron phase instead of the slag phase. The MF phase {(Mg1-x Fex)O·Fe2O3, x ≤ 1} is generated in the MgO-bearing pellets. However, the distribution of MgO in the radial direction of the pellets is inconsistent. The solid solution portion of MgO in the MF phase is larger in the outer layer of the pellets than in the inner layer. In this work, the approximate chemical composition of the MF phase in the outer layer of the pellets is {(Mg0.35-0.77·Fe0.65-0.23) O·Fe2O3} and in the inner layer is {(Mg0.13-0.45·Fe0.87-0.55) O·Fe2O3}.  相似文献

Metallic nanoparticles loaded graphene nanocomposites have been widely studied for various scientific and technological applications. In this study, a facile method was reported to realize a straightforward growth of shape and size-controllable of metallic nanoparticles, and the subsequent hybridization with graphene in solution by strategically coupling wet-chemical route and laser ablation. By mixing graphene oxide(GO) with a tunable concentration level of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) in aqueous solution, Ag nanocubes with a face-centered cubic crystal structure were generated by pulsed laser ablation and then mounted on GO nanosheets with the assistance of PVP. The preferential adsorption of PVP to Ag(100) crystal face led to the production of Ag nanocubes with exposed(100) facet. The result showed that the morphological yield of spherical particles decreased with the increase in PVP concentration. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and UV–visible spectroscopy analyses confirmed that GO was partially reduced. In the reduction of CO_2 gas, the photocatalytic conversion rate could achieve 133.1 μmol g~(-1) h~(-1) in 6 hrs for cubic Ag-loaded reduced GO composites.  相似文献

The elastic constants,bulk modulus,shear modulus,Young’s modulus,Debye temperature,isobaric heat capacity and minimum thermal conductivity are estimated for NpO2 using plane-wave pseudopotential method within the local spin density approximation plus Hubbard U(LSDAtU) theory.The computed lattice constants are in good agreement with the available experimental results and then three independent elastic constants were computed by means of the stress–strain method.From the knowledge of the elastic constants,the values of Young’s modulus,Poisson,Debye temperature and minimum thermal conductivity are obtained and they are 218 GPa,0.288,453.5 K and0.99 Wm-1K-1,respectively.The obtained mechanical and thermal properties of NpO2 are in agreement with the previous experimental and theoretical data.Our investigations which are unobtainable from previous report can provide valuable reference in the future.  相似文献

The properties of the inward current of medulla terminalis-X-organ (MTXO) cells isolated from the Penaeus japonicus eyestalk were studied with the whole-cell clamp technique in the presence of Ca2+ and K+ channel blockers. The inward currents had a threshold at about −50 mV and peaked at −10 mV. The reversed potential (Vrev) was very close to VNa, the theoretical Nernst equilibrium potential for Na+. Vrev followed VNa when the external Na+ concentration was varied and the currents were entirely suppressed by 30 nM tetrodotoxin (TTX), indicating that it was carried by Na+. The smooth line of concentration-dependent inhibition of sodium currents by TTX represented the best fit with the Hill equation, yielding an IC50 of 2.1 ± 0.1 nM. The values of the half-maximal activation voltage Vh were −20.6 ± 0.5 and −19.3 ± 0.5 mV, respectively, in the absence and presence of 2 nM TTX. TTX had no significant effect on the voltage dependence of steady-state activation and inactivation of INa. Taken together, the results suggest that the inward current recorded under our experimental conditions was carried by sodium ions flowing through fast voltage-dependent Na+ channels.  相似文献

The distribution of a CP-asymmetric quantityA in the decay channelJ/ψπ + π ? π 0 is investigated. This dimensionless quantityA is constructed from the momenta of the π-meson final states, namely A=P x π + P y π ? -P x π ? P y π ?, whereP h,P x h andP y h are the module of the momentum of a hadron h, the x- and y-components of that momentum respectively, theJ/ψ particle is produced by e+ e? collision, and the direction of the momentum of e+ is taken to be the positive direction ofz axis. There would exists the violation under the combined transformation of charge conjugation and space reflection (CP violation) when the average ofA among a lot of events, 〈A〉, be examined to be nonzero clearly from data. In this way, 748 events are selected from the BES experimental data, and analyzed. The corresponding averageA-value is measured to be 〈A〉 = 0.010 39 ± 0.014 61 ± 0.015 2. Using titrimetric method, enzymatic behavior of lipase AK against fullerene end-capped polycaprolactone (C60-PCL) was studied for the first time, compared with polycaprolactone (PCL). The results showed that degradation of both C60-PCL and PCL by lipase followed Mechaelis-Menten equation, with the degradation parameters of PCL and C60-PCL were 0.75 mg mL–1 and 0.16 mg mL–1 for Km, and 0.90 mL h–1 and 0.43 mL h–1 for Vmax, respectively. C60-PCL had a slower degradation rate than PCL under the same conditions. These data indicated that the introduction of fullerene enabled PCL hard to be degraded by lipase.  相似文献

It is challenging to find a method to obtain a catalyst with low cost and efficient multifunctional performances. Herein, in order to obtain the electrode with high-performance water splitting and non-enzymatic glucose detection, the commercial graphite sheet (GS) with excellent durability and electroconductivity was used as substrate material, and the non-noble ternary component Ni–Co–P catalyst with hierarchical architecture was fabricated on GS via a co-electrodeposition. The catalyst only required low overpotentials of 44.6, 76.5 and 49 mV to drive the current density of 10 mA cm−2 alongside with the smaller Tafel slopes of 39.2, 44.8 and 112 mV dec−1 for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in 1.0 M KOH, 0.5 M H2SO4 and 1.0 M PBS solution, respectively. For oxygen evolution reaction (OER), the catalyst demonstrated a low overpotential of 304 mV to achieve the current density of 20 mA cm−2 with excellent Tafel slope of 89.8 mV dec−1 in alkaline solution. Furthermore, the Ni–Co–P/GS electrode serving as non-enzymatic glucose sensor exhibited the superior electrocatalytic activity with an ultrahigh sensitivity of 7400 μA mM−1 cm−2, low detection limit of 0.425 μM (S/N = 3), and wide linear range (1–1200 μM).  相似文献

The hot deformation behavior of the as-cast Ti–48Al–2Cr–2Nb alloy was investigated by isothermal compression tests at deformation temperatures ranging from 1000℃ to 1200℃,and strain rates from 0.001 s~(-1)to 0.1 s~(-1).The single peak stress features common to all flow curves indicate that DRX is the dominating softening mechanism.The calculated values of the hot deformation activation energy Q and stress index n are 296.5 kJ mol~(-1)and 3.97,respectively.Based on this,the Arrhenius type constitutive equation was successfully established.The DRX critical condition model and relationship among DRX volume fractions,deformation temperatures and strain rates were obtained to optimize the process.Combined with microstructure analysis,it's concluded that 1200℃/0.01s~(-1)is the optimization parameter.Besides,both DDRX and CDRX were observed in theγphase evolution.The deformation mechanism from the inter-grain dislocation motion to the grain boundary migration and grain rotation was discussed.  相似文献
