一种具有刺激红系细胞集落生成的螺旋藻（Spirulina platensis）蛋白

从螺旋藻体中通过ＤＥＡＥ纤维素层析、硫酸铵分部沉淀和葡聚糖Ｇ７５凝胶过滤得到一种具有离体情况下刺激红系细胞集落生成的功能蛋白质．ＳＤＳ—ＰＡＧＥ测分子量为１５０００道尔顿，等电点为４．８，含有藻蓝胆素．该蛋白命名为螺旋藻１５０００蛋白（Ｓｐｉｒｕｌｉａｐｌａｔｅｎｓｉｓ１５０００，ＳＰ—１５０００）．     

两种中草药的SOD活性测定及其对细胞体外培养存活时间的影响

分别以改良的连苯二酚自氧化法和极谱氧电极法测量了两种药用植物（祁州漏芦和女贞子）提取液ＭＰＥ－１和ＭＰＥ－２含有的超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性。检测结果表明，ＭＰＥ－１和ＭＰＥ－２的ＳＯＤ活性分别为１３１．３ｕ／ｍｌ和２９８．５ｕ／ｍｌ．以ＭＰＥ－１和ＭＰＥ－２为培养液添加物的人红细胞体外培养试验证实，这两种中药提取液均能稍微延长人红细胞体外培养的存活时间。     

祁州漏芦提取物（MPE—1）对人红细胞保护作用的研究

采用荧光分光偏振技术以及ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＰＡＧＥ）技术，研究了祁州漏芦提取液（ＭＰＥ－１）对人红细胞膜流动性的保护作用以及对细胞膜蛋白高聚物（ＨＭＰ）生成的影响。实验结果表明，ＭＰＥ—１具有超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）相似的保护人红细胞的良好作用。为今后研制开发祁州漏芦适应原药物提供了细胞学依据。

N,N′-双(N,N-二羧甲氨基)乙二胺的合成和性质

合成了一种新的多元氨羧酸化合物：Ｎ，Ｎ′－双（Ｎ，Ｎ－二羧甲氨基）乙二胺（简称ＢＤＥＤ），在元素分析、红外光谱、质谱、电子光谱及ｐＨ电位滴定的基础上讨论了它的性质．用Ｂｊｅｒｒｕｍ法求出它的各级离解常数的对数分别为：ｌｇＫａ１＝－２．９２，ｌｇＫａ２＝－３．５１，ｌｇＫａ３＝－６．５７，ｌｇＫａ４＝－７．４５，并进行了直接代数近似计算，最后进行了Ｃｕ２＋－ＢＤＥＤ水溶液体系的电位滴定研究．     

聚乙二醇活性酯的制备

本文研究了制备聚乙二醇活性酯的方法。首先将聚乙二醇（ＰＥＧ）转化为羧酸，然后活化成为活性酯，该活性酯用于修饰ＳＯＤ．此方法所用时间短，条件易掌握，与ＳＯＤ连接效果较好。     

小麦叶绿体psbA基因的克隆及表达

用ＰＣＲ直接从小麦叶绿体基因组扩增到完整的ｐｓｂＡ基因，并构建了ｐｓｂＡ基因的克隆ｐＴＤ１Ⅱ。为研究ｐｓｂＡ基因在Ｅ·ｃｏｌｉ中的表达，将完整的ｐｓｂＡ基因正向插入高表达载体ｐＫＫ２２３－３中构建表达克隆ｐＫＴＤ１。含有重组表达质粒的转化细胞经ＩＰＴＧ诱导后提取总蛋白，经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析，小麦叶绿体ｐｓｂＡ基因能在Ｅ·ｃｏｌｉ中表达３２ｋＤ的Ｄ１蛋白，表达的Ｄ１蛋白占细菌总蛋白的３％以上。     

层状金属氧化物的离子交换性能研究

本文利用ＸＲＤ，ＳＥＭ，ＤＴＡ及ＢＥＴ等现代仪器，研究了Ｋ－Ｚｎ－Ｔｉ层状金属氧化物（ＬＭＯ）经ＨＡＣ，ＮＨ４Ｃｌ交换前后的基本性能。结果表明：该ＬＭＯ具有良好的离子交换性能，其面网间距由０．７８ｎｍ分别增加到０．８６ｎｍ和０．８８ｎｍ．同时，比表面积由２７ｍ２／ｇ分别增加到３０ｍ２／ｇ和５９ｍ２／ｇ，可望作为大孔分子筛的制备原料。     

三角对称下d~（3，7）离子全组态EPR理论及其对激光晶体KZnF_3：Cr~（3＋）的应用

本文借助于完全能量矩阵和Ｎｅｗｍａｎ的叠加模型建立了ｄ（３，７）（Ｃ）离子的全组态ＥＰＲ理论，并应用它研究了ＫＺｎＦ３：Ｃｒ（３＋）晶体．通过各向异性ｇ—因子及ＥＰＲ零场分裂参量Ｄ的研究，预言了Ｋ＋空位最邻近的Ｆ（－１）离子分别偏离Ｃ３轴２．６６１°和—１．１４９°．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
