机车柴油机喷射系统的故障检测系统

介绍了一个通过检测高压油管压力波诊断机车柴油机燃油喷射系统故障的检测系统。系统采用外卡式压电压力传感器，以ＩＭＢＰＣ机为主机、８０９８单片机为从机的主从分布式结构。从机在主机的监控下完成对压力波的检测，并把结果传送给主机，主机通过对压力波进行波形分析和频谱分析，从而诊断出机车柴油机喷射系统故障，系统可以使用在机车综合参数检测试验台上，也可以另做一个专用的试验台。     

关于“集中警觉”状态的40HzEEG检测的新方法

40HzEEG活动的检测在认识功能障碍的诊断中是非常有用的。但40HzEEG阵发波信号的检测相当困难。在目前的文献中,无例外的采用了窄带滤波与定阈值的方法来识别阵发波信号。如果阈值选择不当,阵发波的误识和漏识的问题可能发生。本文提出了一种新方法。这种方法将自适应技术同AR模型参数识别相结合建立了一套40HzEEG信号检测,处理及分析的完整系统及方法。报告了20例受试者左、右大脑半球的40HzEEG活动的情况。初步的结果表明这种方法是有效的。     

非线性科学及其在医学中的应用

简要介绍了非线性科学中的分形维方法和信息熵方法及其用于房颤信息的处理和分析，计算了未房颤时P波的及房颤时f波的格子维和信息熵，特别是，比较了未房颤时和发生房颤时的相关计算结果的显著差别，从而很容易判断是否发生了房颤。     

一种新的房颤心电融合特征提取方法

心房颤动(简称房颤)是临床上最常见的心律失常之一。阵发性房颤的发作具有突发性、反复性且发作时间短暂等特点,因而临床上往往难以及时捕捉到房颤心电而造成误诊漏诊等现象。它在心电图上的表征主要为:①P波缺失,代之房颤波(f波);②RR间期绝对不规则。针对这两个表现,文中提出了一种新的房颤心电融合特征提取方法。首先对心电信号进行去噪处理,并对去噪后的心电信号进行可调品质因子小波变换;其次,对QRS波群频带的重构信号进行R峰的自动检测,并计算RR间期变异系数与子串长度概率分布熵;然后,绘制P波频带范围内小波系数的T-lag散点图,并提取置信散度距离和与置信散度指数;最后将这两类特征构成房颤心电融合特征,并结合MIT-BIH心房颤动数据库与超限学习机完成房颤的自动检测,以验证所提方法的可行性与有效性。文中所提方法的平均检测结果的准确率、敏感度和特异度分别为96. 36%,94. 64%,98. 15%,表明所提方法能够有效地完成房颤心电的自动识别。

介绍一种逆转录─聚合酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）的简单快速检测和定型脊髓灰质炎病毒（ＰＶ）的方法，无需提取ＰＶＲＮＡ，共用一种缓冲系统，将ＲＴ和ＰＣＲ试剂混合在２０μＬ反应体系中，整个操作可置于一不间断温度循环程度程序中完成。一步法ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ与常规ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ及中和抗体试验对ＰＶ的检测结果完全一致，它的检测敏感度可达５ＴＣＩＤ（５０）／ｍＬ。该法需要的时间，费用和污染的都大大减少，而且特别适于临床常规诊断和鉴别ＰＶ的需要。

SD大鼠房颤模型的建立

目的研究一种发病机制,病理改变与临床接近且造模周期较短的大鼠房颤模型制备方法与技术。方法大鼠连续给药,经尾静脉注射乙酰胆碱-氯化钙混合液,每次给药后记录房颤持续时间。寻找能诱发稳定房颤的给药剂量和给药时间。电生理学方法观察正常和模型大鼠心房不应期的变化。结果CaCl210 mg/mL,乙酰胆碱66μg/mL模型大鼠从第4 d起房颤时间缓慢增长,7 d后趋于稳定。与正常组相比,模型大鼠心房肌ERP显著缩短(59.3 ms±5.8 ms)。结论CaCl210 mg/mL+乙酰胆碱66μg/mL混合液连续给予7 d诱导产生的大鼠房颤模型,其电生理学的病理变化与临床房颤相似,适用于化合物抗房颤活性筛选研究。     

多普勒声谱图包络主波提取与特征识别

超声多普勒血流信号声谱图包络是声谱参数提取的基础，能为临床心血管疾病的诊断提供重要信息，基于格雷厄姆扫描算法提出声谱图包络主波提取的新方法，并用改进的角度探测方法进行包络特征的识别．临床试用结果表明，该方法能够自动、准确地获取超声多普勒血流声谱参数，从而为血流状态的临床检测提供了一种实用方法。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
