粉被虫草菌丝体多糖的分离纯化及其性质

粉被虫草菌丝体经沸水浸提，醇析，透析，Ｓｅｖａｇｅ法脱蛋白，再经ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素和Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ－Ｇ－１００柱层析纯化，得菌丝体纯多糖ｐｓ１和ｐｓ２．高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）检测ｐｓ１和ｐｓ２的为单一物质，凝胶过滤法测得ｐｓ１和ｐｓ２的分子量分别为２４０００和１３０００Ｄａｌ，气相色谱分析表明ｐｓ１的单糖组分有Ｄ－甘露糖，Ｄ－葡萄糖和Ｄ－半乳糖，ｐｓ２的单糖组分有Ｄ－甘露糖和Ｄ－葡萄糖，ＩＲ分析     

杜氏藻中多糖的化学研究（Ⅰ）

用０．２％稀碱溶液萃取杜氏藻提取出β－胡萝卜素后的残渣，经浓缩后用乙醇沉淀，得粗多糖，以Ｓｅｖａｇｅ法除去蛋白质，再经ＤＥＡＴ－纤维素及葡聚糖凝胶Ｇ－１００柱层析，得杜氏藻多糖（简称ＰＤＳ）．多糖经薄层层析、纸层析、气相色谱及经甲基化后的色谱／质谱分析，获知有５种糖，即半乳糖、木糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖，并测得各种糖的可能连接．     

沙棘果水溶性多糖Hn的分离纯化与抗病毒研究

沙棘果皮沸水煮提得到粗多糖，经纸层析及气相色谱分析，该粗多糖组成为Ａｒａ，Ｆｕｃ，Ｇａｌ，Ｍａｎ，Ｇｌｃ和ＧａｌＡ，粗多糖经酸性乙醇分级得四个级分，将对柯萨奇病毒Ｂ３有初步抑制作用的ＨＲ３用ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＡ－２５柱层析进一步分级，得到２个级分Ｈｎ和Ｈａ，Ｈｎ是由Ａｒａ，Ｇａｌ，Ｍａｎ和Ｇｌｃ组成的中性杂多糖，对柯萨奇病毒Ｂ３具有明显的抑制作用。     

螺旋藻水溶性多糖的分离纯化

螺旋藻干粉经乙醇脱脂后用水提取,乙醇沉淀,并经凝胶Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ－Ｇ柱层析精制,获得４种螺旋藻制多糖ＳＰＡ－１,ＳＰＡ－２,ＳＰＡ－３,ＳＰＡ－４,研究表明均为均一多糖组分。

棒束孢霉发酵上清液经减压浓缩、醇析、蛋白酶法与Ｓｅｖａｇ法结合脱蛋白、逆向流水透析和ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＡ－５０柱层析等步骤，获得了胞外纯多糖。用ＴＬＣ、ＧＣ及ＩＲ分析表明，该多糖链由Ｄ－甘露醇和Ｄ－半乳糖组成。

天门冬多糖的分离纯化及其部分理化性质

中药天门冬冷水提取物，通过脱蛋白、丙酮分级及柱层析纯化，得到三种级份多糖：ＰＡ－Ｗ、ＰＡ－Ｉ和ＰＡ－Ⅱ，凝胶柱层析测定，它们的分子量分别是１５８万、２１９万和２１９万。三种多糖中均含有葡萄糖，甘露糖和半乳糖，但各自的摩尔比相差很大。此外，ＰＡ－Ⅱ中还含有一种未知的糖醛酸。高碘酸氧化、Ｓｍｉｔｈ降解、红外光谱和１３Ｃ核磁共振谱表明，ＰＡ－Ⅱ含α和β两种构型，具有１→４和１→６两种糖苷键，二者比例为５～６：１，是一种具有高度分枝结构的半乳甘露聚糖。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
