阐述了一种未见报道的能对强酸性镀锡废液进行大规模集中回收处理的新工艺。这套工艺是在对废水进行预热的条件下,利用硫酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺作为聚沉剂和絮凝剂,便可在短时间内对大量的强酸性废液进行高效处理,最后经过压滤便可得含锡量高的锡泥。  相似文献

染黑工序所使用的染料BLACK使用一段时间后,其活性力下降,不能继续使用,如果作为废液直接排掉,会严重污染环境,给自然界和人类带来危害。采用"强脱色剂-絮凝沉淀"两步法来处理染黑废液,通过加入强除黑剂,进行初步脱色后,再加入硫酸亚铁沉淀剂和絮凝剂进行沉淀,最终实现脱色。研究了用"强脱色剂-絮凝沉淀"两步法对染黑废液进行处理的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:脱色率达98%,,COD去除率为96%,,达到了国家排放标准。其脱色效果明显,是值得推广的一项实用技术。  相似文献

随着核工业的发展,产生了大量的放射性废液。放射性废液必须经过处理达标后才能排放进入环境。在大型核设施运行单位一般均设置有固定式工艺的放射性废液处理装置。一些核技术应用单位产生的少量零星废液,以及固定式装置不便处理和无法处理的废液、核应急、核设施退役等领域,移动式放射性废液处理装置就显得尤为重要。该文通过对现有的国内外移动式放射性废液处理工艺进行研究,以期为移动式放射性废液的处理工艺的研究和开发提供借鉴和参考。  相似文献

进行了影响臭氧氧化法处理糖蜜酒精废液效果的多因素正交试验,探讨了pH值、处理气液比、处理时间和反应温度对CODcr和色度去除率的影响,得到了臭氧氧化法处理糖蜜酒精废液的最佳工艺条件组合:⑴废液的初始pH值为11.50;⑵处理气液比为0.270 mg.L-1;⑶处理时间为30 m in;⑷反应温度为35℃。在此工艺条件下,废液的CODcr去除率为26.4%,色度去除率达92.8%,脱色效果好。废液的初始pH值对CODcr去除率影响显著,对色度去除率影响极显著。  相似文献

目前 ,国内外处理含氢氟酸不锈钢酸洗废液的方法是化学法 ,即使 F- 以某种盐类析出 ,然后采用酸碱中和的方法将废液直接排放 .国内大中小企业几乎均采用此方法 ,显然这种处理方法对环境会造成严重污染 .本项目借鉴电解原理 ,对废液进行电解处理 ,通过筛选合适的电极及向废液中添加活性剂 ,最终达到在酸性废液中只有金属离子在阴极上析出 ,而不使 H+还原析出 .这样 ,若进一步向处理后的废液中补加酸 ,清洗液将可继续利用 ,解决了排放污染问题 .因为 F-氧化析出电位很高 ,故电解过程中不会有 F- 的氧化析出消耗问题 ,其始终存在于废液中 .不…  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
