感知求职进展对求职行为的影响:积极情绪的中介作用

针对大学毕业生这一群体, 利用295个毕业生的样本点, 分两个时间点进行数据收集, 并采用分层回归进行中介作用分析, 对求职行为的影响机制中的情绪这一路径进行研究。结果显示: 求职积极情绪对下一期求职行为存在着显著预测作用, 并且求职积极情绪在感知求职进展和求职行为之间起到完全中介作用。这一结果强调了情绪在求职过程中的核心作用。最后对大学毕业生和就业指导人员提出了建议。     

科技查新中Dialog CA Search与CA on CD检索效果的比较研究

以一个化学类科技查新检索实例,分别用Dialog CA Search和CA on CD进行检索,通过比较它们的检索效果,分析各自造成漏检的原因,得出CA on CD在查全率和查准率方面优于Dialog CA Search的结论。

取代肉桂酸异构体的稳定性和二阶非线性光学性质的DFT研究

采用量子化学B3LYP/ 6-31G*方法对6种取代肉桂酸异构体分子的几何构型进行优化,通过计算比较了其稳定性、前线分子轨道和二阶非线性光学(NLO)系数.结果表明:肉桂酸异构体分子Ⅰ-Ⅵ中,-NH2和-NO2与甲氧基处于间位的异构体最稳定;前线分子轨道能级差顺序为ΔEg(Ⅰ) >ΔEg(Ⅱ)>ΔEg(Ⅲ)和ΔEg(Ⅳ)<ΔEg(Ⅴ)<ΔEg(Ⅵ);6个肉桂酸异构体分子的|βμ|值与典型共轭有机分子相似,表现出良好的二阶NLO活性.由于甲氧基与引入基团的给、吸电子性质相互作用,-NH2和甲氧基处于邻位的异构体二阶NLO系数最大,而-NO2和甲氧基处于对位的异构体二阶NLO系数最大.

Different mechanisms between reactions of soot with gaseous and adsorbed NO2

The reactions of soot with gaseous and adsor- bed NO2 were tested over the K/MgA1O catalyst. After the reaction intermediates were identified by combination of in situ IR characterization and first-principles calculation, the different mechanisms were elucidated. It was found that the reactivity of adsorbed NOa is lower than that of the gas form. The adsorbed NOe reacts with soot in the form of nitrates, leading to the observation of two IR bands at 2,234 and 2,110 cm-1, which are ascribed to the vibration fre- quencies of cyanates on K sites and cyanides on the MgAlO support, respectively. On the contrary, the isocy- anates were confirmed as intermediates in the reaction of soot with gaseous NO2. Because the adsorbed NOe species （i.e., nitrates） are restricted by the electrostatic field of K＋, the cyanates are produced and readily cracked into cya- nides, which transfer to the MgAlO support. The gaseous NO2 favours the production of isocyanates due to their higher stability. The weaker reactivity of adsorbed NO2 at lower temperatures can be attributed to the restriction of the electrostatic field of K＋.

支持双向选择聚合的智能电网隐私保护方案

为了兼顾智能电网中数据可用性和隐私保护,基于双雾节点模型,提出了一种支持双向选择聚合和动态电价的智能电网隐私保护方案。利用支持双代理的代理重加密,以及支持动态计费的多区间聚合技术,能够实现双向聚合。雾节点作为服务提供者,不仅为控制中心聚合出用户维度的实时数据,还为用户统计出时间维度的电量值或者账单。新方案支持选择性聚合,对用户或者控制中心发起的统计询问,利用密文相关联的属性标签,有选择性地生成数据源并实现最大/最小值、平均、计数等统计。实验结果表明:所提方案利用雾计算的优势,降低了智能电表端的计算量,有较强实用价值。     

Effect of supporting materials on the electrocatalytic activity,stability and selectivity of noble metal-based catalysts for oxygen reduction and hydrogen evolution reactions

Carbonaceous and alternative supporting materials for platinum(Pt) and palladium(Pd) have been explored for the cathodic electrocatalysis in low-temperature fuel cells. Pd and Pt are widely used for catalysis owing to their remarkable electrocatalytic activity toward water splitting and fuel cell reactions. Supporting materials play a paramount role in defining electrocatalytic properties such as durability, selectivity, and activity. The conventional supporting material such as carbon black is unable to fit all the requirements under the severe operating conditions of fuel cells due to its poor corrosion resistance and limited mass transport of fuels to active catalyst sites. Nowadays the scientific research is being concentrated on devising different altered carbonic and carbonfree supporting materials for catalysts to improve the catalytic activity, stability, and selectivity of noble metal electrocatalysts. Lately, Pt, Pd and their alloy catalysts supported on modified carbonaceous and carbon-free materials have attracted solid interest owing to their prominent characteristics contributing to the remarkable fuel cell efficacy. Therefore, it is reasonable to explore this theme, regarding a variety of supporting materials,their advantages, drawbacks and future perspectives. In this mini-review, we selectively summarize recent advancements on several types of key supporting materials: carbon(graphene, carbon nanotubes, mesoporous carbon, and doped carbon nanostructures), non-carbon(transition metals oxides, borides, nitrides, and carbides)and hybrid nanocomposites.

多装置并行搜索单目标的最优方法

研究以b个天平为试验装置,如何用最少的试验次数从n个硬币中识别出所含的唯一轻币的并行搜索模型.这是对试验装置为一个天平的推广.论文构造出具有最少试验次数的最坏情况序列算法以及最坏情况预确定算法.此外研究了两个相关的模型,得到了精确的最少试验次数.     

Discrepancy between infrared and optical emission in some Be stars

An expanding ring model is put forward to investigate the original regions of Hα line emission and infrared excess emission in Be stars, by taking optical depth into account. We find that the two regions depend strongly on the physical properties of the envelope of Be stars such as the initial density and density structure. This model can be used to qualitatively interpret the disagreement between the near infrared excess and the equivalent width (EW) of Hα emissionline, as observed in some Be stars.     

氯甲苯同分异构体专用毛细管色谱柱的研制及应用

针对氯甲苯异构体体系,自制了有机皂土-34、M103液晶、全甲基-β-环糊精、2,3-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-叔丁基二甲基硅烷基-β-环糊精毛细管色谱柱。其中2,3-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-叔丁基二甲基硅烷基-β-环糊精对氯甲苯异构体的分离最好。对2,3-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-叔丁基二甲基硅烷基-β-环糊精毛细管色谱柱的制备和分析条件进行了优化,研制出适合分离分析氯甲苯异构体的专用毛细管色谱柱。色谱柱为0.25 mm×30 m×0.5μm,其中2,3-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-叔丁基二甲基硅烷基-β-环糊精占XE-60固定液的比例为25%,载气(N2)最佳线速度为14 cm/s,汽化和检测温度为200℃,柱温为125℃,分流比为200∶1,FID检测。
