水果黄瓜是近几年深受市场欢迎的蔬菜新品种。北方地区冬季气温低,农民采用传统日光温室生产有一定闲难,往往因为地温低、病害发生严重而造成减产甚至绝产、绝收。北京市密云县种植业服务中心连续两年在日光温室试验水果黄瓜高产高效生产技术,取得较好成效,值得北方寒冷地区借鉴。试验结果表明,冬季日光温室采用内外结合式秸秆生物反应堆技术。  相似文献

在日光温室中,对黄瓜渗灌效应进行了初步的研究。日光温室黄瓜的需水量在全生长发育期内的变化规律表现为前期较小、中期较大、后期较小的曲线变化规律,需水高峰出现在黄瓜的结果盛期。平均日需水量达5.54mm/d。  相似文献

在高效节能日光温室中,进行黄瓜酵素菌积肥 追肥与有机肥 尿素的对比试验。结果表明,施用酵素菌肥可使温室黄瓜采收期提前3-4天,延后8-10天;促进黄瓜生长,提高黄瓜品质;增强抗病性;具有明显的增产、增值作用,增产率达10%以上,亩增值769-865元。  相似文献

应用日光温室及塑料大棚进行蔬菜生产,能有效地解决高寒地区吃菜难问题,缓解鲜菜供需矛盾。笔者在三种类型棚中,进行了四种栽培模式的比较试验。结果表明,根据光学、热学原理设计建造的I型、Ⅱ型日光温室在最冷月1月份最低温度也保持在5℃以上。四种栽培模式中以A(卷心白→黄瓜→套种生菜→花菜)和D(芹菜→黄瓜→套种生菜→花菜→青椒)两种效益料好。  相似文献

对马房营旱黄瓜栽培群体的早熟性性状,节成性,商品瓜性状的瓜色、瓜长、瓜把长、瓜粗,种瓜性状的瓜长、瓜把长、瓜粗、中心腔等主要经济性状进行了分析,结果表明:第一雌花节位不同,节成性较差,商品瓜瓜色严重混杂、可分为8种瓜色,瓜长不整齐,瓜把长短不一,瓜粗细不均。为从中选育旱黄瓜新品种提供理论依据。  相似文献

A bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) library consisting of 19,200 clones with an average insert size of 105 kb has been constructed from a cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) inbred line S94, derived from a cultivar in North China. The entire library was equivalent to approximately 5 haploid cucumber genomes. To facilitate chromosome engineering and anchor the cucumber genetic linkage map to its chromosomes, 15 sequence-characterized amplified regions (SCAR) and seven simple sequence repeats (SSR) markers from each linkage group of cucumber were used to screen an ordered array of pooled BAC DNA with polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Fifteen markers gave at least two positive clones. As a result, 22 BAC clones representing 7 linkage groups of cucumber were identified, which further validated the genome coverage and utility of the library. This BAC library and linkage group specific clones provide essential resources for future research of the cucumber genome.  相似文献

建立了测定黄瓜中涕灭威残留量的方法,即采用乙腈萃取黄瓜,涕灭威及其代谢物通过过氧化氢化转化为涕灭威,再用二氯甲烷提取去除干扰,然后用配备热离子火焰光度检测器的气相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。黄瓜中涕灭威残留量回收率研究,平均回收率为84.2%~96.1%,相对标准偏差为1.40%~3.42%,方法的检测限为0.01 mg。该方法快速、简捷、精密。  相似文献

探讨了新鲜番茄汁、西瓜汁、黄瓜汁、橘子汁、菠萝汁及胡萝卜汁的稳定性及稳定时间.通过分析各种果蔬汁的色泽、滋味、香气、酸值、澄清度在放置期间的变化.实验发现:各种果蔬汁在制备30 min后其色泽有较大变化,尤其是西瓜汁、桔子汁及黄瓜汁;在制备10 min后各种果蔬汁的滋味、香气持续下降,放置3 h后,黄瓜汁、菠萝汁、胡萝卜汁、桔子汁及番茄汁出现异味,放置1 h后西瓜汁出现异味;放置10 min后,各种果蔬汁的澄清度随时间增加持续下降;果蔬汁放置后期的实验显示,7 h后出现肉眼可见变质现象.实验表明,新鲜西瓜汁、黄瓜汁、番茄汁、胡萝卜汁、黄瓜汁及西瓜汁应在制作后30 min内饮用,以最大程度保留其风味和滋味,而不宜1 h后饮用.  相似文献

初步研究了用多效唑、烯效唑、水杨酸、脱落酸等几种植物生长调节剂浸种对黄瓜(Cucunis Sutivus L.)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,四种生长调节剂浸种都不影响簧瓜种子的发芽率和出苗率,但对黄瓜幼苗的生长却有不同的影响。  相似文献

1.GA_3外理可使Pchlide含量增加,且在一定范围内其含量与GA_3浓度呈正相关.同时,GA_3可减缓光下Pchlide骤减的速度,并使其在一定时间内维持较高的水平,GA_3亦使Chla含量提高,并具有缩短叶绿素a合成停滞期的作用.免疫分析表明,GA_3处理后NPR蛋白含量略高于对照.2.PP333处理后其效果与GA_3相反,Pchlide、Chla和NPR含量均低于对照,并使Chla合成停滞期延长.  相似文献
