催化极谱法测定水和人发中痕量钒   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文提出一个测定钒的新极谱催化波体系.通过实验确定测定钒的最佳底液组成为:1.0×10~(-5)M 3,5-cl_2-DMPAP-0.03M NaBrO_3-0.001M H_2SO_4(pH=2.50±0.10),线性范围为0.04~12ppb,对20多种常见离子的干扰进行了试验,将该体系应用于水和人发中痕量钒的测定,结果令人满意.该法具有灵敏度高、简便快速的特点.  相似文献

钴(Ⅱ)-2-羟基-1-萘醛肟(HNA)—羟胺体系的极谱波具有吸附和动力性质,此波可用于测定人发中的痕量钴。于Co(Ⅱ)-HNA-NH_2OH的氨性介质中观察到钴有一灵敏的极谱催化波,其波高与钴浓度在0.1~2.5ppb范围内呈线性关系,检测限为0.05ppb。本文考察了用该体系极谱催化波测定痕量钴的条件,应用此方法测定了人发试样中的钴,并对该体系极谱催化波的性质和机理作了初步讨论。  相似文献

微量?的极谱测定,我们曾用NaCl;NH_4OH—NH_4Cl及EDTA分别作为底液进行了一系列实验工作,发现以NaCl为底液时,描绘出来的波形不好,不能适应微量?的测定要求,以0.1M NH_4OH—NH_4Cl为底液时波形比用NaCl的情况较好,但有如下缺憾。P.Valenta指出Ge~( 4)在0.1M NH_4OH—NN_4Cl底液中还原,显二个波。前波为Ge~( 4)还原成金属的波(E_(1/2)=-1.72伏),波高与浓度成比例,后波是氢接触波(E_(1/2)=-1.9伏)不与浓度成正比,  相似文献

在1,8M H2SO4-0.5M NaBr-2.9×10-4M TPAC支持电解质溶液中,镉(Ⅱ)-NaBr-TPAC产生一个尖锐灵敏的吸附还原波,其峰电位为-0.71V(vs.SCE)。镉浓度在 7.1×10-8—8.5×10-8M范围内与峰高呈线性关系,检测下限为7.1×10-8M。本文用2.5次微分电分析法对底液条件进行选择,对极谱波的性质进行了初步探讨,并用本方法测定了铝合金和电镀工业废水中微量镉的含量,结果较满意。  相似文献

本文研究了Te(Ⅳ)在盐酸-结晶紫底液中的极谱波特性,结果表明:当Te(Ⅳ)浓度小于80ppb时,为氢催化波;而当其浓度约高于80ppb时,其还原波还叠加了Te(0)与结晶紫在汞电极表面上生成的电活性配合物之吸附波.  相似文献

锰(Ⅶ)的还原电势太正,在极谱上要用铂电极,而锰(Ⅱ)在氨一氯化铵底液中还原为金属(E(1/2)=-1.65伏,对饱和甘汞电极)灵敏度不到10~(-4)M.Mojzis、Riha、Issa和Nightingale先后在碱性三乙醇胺中得到锰(Ⅲ)络离子还原为锰(Ⅱ)的可逆极谱波(E(1/2)=-0.50伏),浓度可测至2·10~(-4)M,本文利用这可逆波在高碘酸盐存在下的催化波,提高测定锰的灵敏度达10~(-5)M.方法应用于纯物质中微量锰的测定,并讨论了催化波的机理.  相似文献

本文用单扫描示波极谱法研究了铜一双硫腙络合物吸附波。在1.2×10~(-5)M双硫腙—0.5M NaOH—0.01M EDTA底液中,铜浓度在0.01—0.2ug/ml范围内与波高有线性关系,检出下限0.005ug/ml。大多数常见离子无干扰,Fe~(+3)的干扰可用0.01M酒石酸盐来消除。应用本体系测定人发及铝合金中微量铜,结果良好。  相似文献

用催化极谱波测定了人参、茶叶中的锗含量,确定了测定的最佳条件,当底液成分为0.25%邻苯三酚,0.04mol/L钒(V1),4×10~(-4)mol/L EDTA二钠盐,0.04%抗坏血酸,pH2的硫酸溶液时,在-0.52V(VS.SCE)处得到了锗的催化波,锗浓度在15~100ppb范围内与峰电流呈线性关系。  相似文献

本文讨论了0.1NHCl——0.5MKI的溶液中加入2.5%的N—235二甲苯溶液萃取镉,使与干扰离子铁、镍、锡、汞等分离.然后用1.5NNaOH—0.025M酒石酸钾钠反萃取,萃取镉的总回收率大于95%。将反萃取后溶液在PH=3—6的0.04MNH_2OH.HCl—0.01M酒石酸钾钠—0.06MKI的底液中,用导数示波极谱测定.检出最低浓度为10ppb.工作曲线法定量,在20ppb—1ppm具有良好的线性关系.本法干扰少,适合于纯镍及金属镍产品中痕量、微量镉的分析.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
