本文讨论转杯纺纱(即气流纺)杯内纱的曲线形态和张力变化,从力学分析的角度来看,在有空气阻力并有足够大的阻捻盘作用下才能使纱形成稳定的正向剥取的曲线形态。如无空气阻力并无阻捻盘存在时,那就将形成反向剥取方式的曲线形态。否则是不能满足力学平衡和功能平衡的要求的。  相似文献

为了对变形纱的外观形态和膨松性进行更好的评价,利用EIB对几种线密度较接近的棉纱、毛纱、低弹丝和空变纱分别进行测试,可以获得纱线的毛羽、丝圈或丝弧的数据、分布情况、形态图及纱线的直径;根据测试得到的数据,利用新建立的表征变形纱膨松性的指标进行比较和评价,得出用这种方法来评价是可行的,且低弹丝的膨松性较高。  相似文献

论述了纱团的特点,阐述了原先下料的特征。运用Pro/E软件对原有纱团工件的下料工艺进行了自动化仿真设计,利用软件的强大功能进行了优化设计,缩短了设计周期并大大提高了设计的正确性。通过实际论证,明显提高了纱团的下料效率。  相似文献

At present, we have succeeded in producing silk noil yarn by rotor spinning, and obtained good economic benefits. In this paper, through combining with the recent producing practice, systematically discussing and analysing the technology in the process of producing silk noil yarn by rotor spinning, we develop the new technology which is suited to produce silk noil yarn by rotor spinning, and address several noticable problems. This experiment devised and optimized the process of indirect yarn steaming.Properties of FM 50/50 yarn treated by indirect yarn steaming were measured.By using different yarn steaming parameters and gray system theory,we got the best parameter setting on the yarn steaming apparatus.By studying and comparing the problems in knitting process,effects of yarn steaming were further studied on yarn and blended knitted fabrics.  相似文献

在对赛络纺复合纱线工艺、组分特点以及结构分析的基础上,从复合纱线组分纤维的拉伸性能着手,结合有关短纤维纱和股线的结构力学经典理论,计算并建立了非对称复合纱线的理论拉伸方程,并用几种组分纤维及其复合纱线性能参数的实验结果与理论拉伸方程进行了验证,两者的结果相符,利用此模型很容易计算并预测在既定成纱参数下的赛络纱线力学性能,并进一步揭示了赛络纺复合纱线的结构机理和拉伸性能之间的内在联系.  相似文献

In this paper,the difference of the twist insertion levels of the compact and ring span yarns of the same count is analyzed based on the relationship of the yarn twist factor to the twist angle and the bulk density.It is proposed that the relationship of the twist angle,twist level,and the yarn diameter should be synthetically considered when evaluating the twist insertion level of the compact yarn.The twist angle of the compact yarn is smaller than that of the ring yarn with the same twist insertion level.This results from the ordered fiber arrangement and compact structure of the compact yarn.Experiment was conducted to verify the conclusions.It is also discovered that the selection of the twist factor of the compact yarn,which can be usually lower than that of the ring yarn by 10%-15%,can be determined based on the yarn tensile strength.  相似文献

纱线卷绕中,不当的卷绕参数会导致纱线间距过小以致重叠,造成容纱量低、卷绕振动、退绕断头及混纱等问题。采用几何及数学方法,分析了纱线排布规律及其与卷绕比的关系,发现适宜的卷绕比可以实现纱线规律性的错开排布,进而有效防止纱线间距过小而产生重叠。提出了适应不同工艺要求的卷绕比确定方法,分析了卷绕过程中纱线夹角及最小纱线间距的细微变化及其对卷绕比选取的影响,给出了优化卷绕比防止纱线重叠的完整方法并进行了示例说明。  相似文献

针对毛羽检测的问题,搭建了一套纱线毛羽的数字化图像采集系统,提出了一种新型的基于图像处理算法的纱线毛羽检测方法,可对连续采集的纱线图像序列进行特征分析,提取出可用于纱线毛羽质量评估的特征指标。通过对纱线图像进行预处理,包括灰度变换、背景处理、图像增强、动态阈值分割、倾斜纠正、图像去噪、图像分割,得到纱线的毛羽图像,并对毛羽图像进行细化处理,从而得到细化后的毛羽图像,以纱线轴线和主干边缘作为参考,选择合适的基准线,对毛羽像素点进行识别判断,统计得到不同长度毛羽的根数。实验表明,图像法测试的结果与目测法的结果最大偏差在5%以内,具有很好的一致性,该方法能够提高纱线毛羽检测的效率和精度。  相似文献

In order to find the relations between the production performonce of interlacer and its cross-sectional Shapcs of yarn duct,radial yarnsd movement in varions yarn ducts of interlacer and its effect on performance of interlaced yarn were studied in this paper. Seven interlacers,which were diffcrent in the cross- sectional shape of yarn duct,were made. Yarn motion in yarn duct of interlace was observed with optical fibers and photo- sensors. Performance of the interlaced yarn was evaluated by the number and the strength of tangles. Experfmental results disclose the relations between the yarn motions and the properties of the interlaced yarn. The interlacer with round yarn duct is capable of producing an interlaced yarn with bigger number of tangles,since It can make yarn transverse frequently the axis of air jet issuing from air jet nozzle. The interlacer with cornered shape of yarn duct makes yarn subjected to the action of compressed air for a longer time,which results in larger strength of tangles.  相似文献

毛羽是衡量纱线的重要指标之一,它产生于细纱工序,主要增长干络筒工序。本文通过对棉纱、腈纶和两种不同捻度的毛纱进行反复的络筒实验,摸索络筒次数和络筒方向对筒子纱线毛羽的影响,发现了一定的变化规律,研究结果对有效地控制纱线毛羽有一定的借鉴作用。  相似文献

By the study of electromagnetic shielding principle, we have designed some new style fabrics for antielectromagnetic radiation through the research of raw materials and fabric texture, and solved the key technical problems such as the manufacture of composite yarn which composed of stainless steel filament and cotton yarn. As a newly developed high technology material, the new style anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric was woven by the special yarn composed of stainless filament and nature fiber. The new fabric overcomes the defect in the production and service of the shielding fabrics at present and satisfies the people's requirement the routine job and life. 亚麻织物以其优良的服装性能,深受广大消费者青睐.但传统的煮练工艺对亚麻纱的强力损伤大,纱线柔软性差.本文首先在理论上分析研究了传统煮练工艺对亚麻纱强力损伤的机理及用柔软剂和螯合分散剂保护纱线强力的机理.然后采用实验对比分析的方法,研究探讨了上述两种助剂的用量对亚麻纱性能的影响.实验结果表明,在亚麻粗纱煮练工艺中使用柔软剂和螯合分散剂,可以提高亚麻纱的柔软性和可纺性,进而使其强力得到提高,但若加入过多的柔软剂,反而使细纱平均强度下降,强度不匀情况恶化.  相似文献

用圆柱坐标系建立纱线微段的微分方程,用数值方法求解可获得气圈形态及其纱线受力的精确解。用解析方法建立气圈形态及其纱线受力的近似解析表达式,可反映气圈各参数对形态或受力的影响,其分析过程清晰、简捷的特点显著。两种计算结果的相对误差甚微。  相似文献
