现有的矿用气相色谱仪在分析速度和精度方面存在着不足。通过对矿用气相色谱仪气路系统的分析研究,引用色谱柱塔板理论以及速率理论,结合在实际工作中积累的经验,首次提出一种新型的气路系统——采用毛细管色谱柱与双柱箱结合的研究方案。该方案通过实验分析,给出各通道色谱图以及精确度的相对标准偏差。结果表明:采用毛细管色谱柱与双柱箱结合的气路系统,其相对标准偏差最大为为0.98%,分析时间为7.5 min,与国内现有矿用气相色谱仪的相对标准偏差1.2%、分析时间12 min相比,在分析精度与分析速度方面有较大提高,能够应用于煤炭自燃火灾的防治中,可以为煤炭自燃的防治提供快速精确的气体分析数据。  相似文献

用XAD-2型树脂采集荷叶天然香气。以双柱毛细管GC/MS/DS联用法和三柱毛细管保留指数法分离鉴定了87种组分,占总峰面积的93.26%,其中50种组分是用上述两种方法共同确证的,占总峰面积的81.31%。含量较大的组分有顺-3-己烯醇(40.41%);二苯胺(8.35%);长叶烯(5.6%);正己醇(3.65%),苯(3.12%)。  相似文献

为了适当控制环境水中的脂肪酸含量,必须对各污染源和水系中的脂肪酸进行测定。本文研究了水中痕量低级脂肪酸的富集和测定方法。采用调水样至碱性并过GDX—502柱净化后减压蒸发浓缩步骤,模拟水样回收率为90%左右。气相色谱测定中,采用国产GDX—401树脂 (参考北京石油化工总厂和北京化工研究院内部交流资料)和美国产Porapak(QS树脂涂渍磷酸的双柱定性,GDX—401柱外标法定量。C_2—C_6脂肪酸均在6分钟内出峰,  相似文献

将表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)直接溶解在硼酸—硼酸盐缓冲溶液中作为胶束,应用动电色谱法分离了巴比妥盐混合物。研究了不同的SDS浓度、缓冲剂浓度和体系的pH值对毛细管色谱柱的柱效能、选择性以及巴比妥盐在毛细管柱中的电泳行为的影响.结果表明:SDS胶束可在不降低柱效能的情况下,提高毛细詈柱对巴比妥盐的选择性,而在较高的SDS浓度下,各巴比妥盐的电泳行为及其在毛细管色谱柱中的分离效果,取决于它们在胶束和水溶液两相中的不同分配比。  相似文献

计算了浮力要克服毛细管压力所需的连续油柱的高度和长度,发现计算的克服毛细管压力所需油相连续长度远大于目前延长组已发现油藏含油带宽度.因此,浮力无法克服毛细管压力,不能成为研究区长3—长6油层组油气进行二次运移的主要动力.根据平衡深度法,计算了各个层位的孔隙剩余压力.发现自长3油层组之下,各套地层均存在孔隙剩余压力,且在长7油层组达到最大值.源储压力远大于毛细管压力,可以克服毛细管压力而使油气运移.因此孔隙剩余压力是研究区长3—长6油层组油气进行二次运移的主要动力.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
