在ADS仿真环境下构建了功率放大器的物理模型,用不同间隔的双音频信号仿真的方法定量分析出功率放大器失真产物与输入信号幅度和包络频率之间的关系,验证了功放模型电记忆效应和热记忆效应,仿真结果与理论推导结果一致,并提出了通过优化功放设计来减小记忆效应的方法.  相似文献

为了减小射频功率放大器的记忆效应,进一步提高功率放大器的线性度,采用漏极静态偏置电阻优化的方法消除电记忆效应,并利用PN结温度升高使导通电压下降的特性进行温度补偿以抵消电热记忆效应.高级电子设计系统(Advanced Design System,ADS)仿真结果表明,放大器三阶互调的高低频谱分量的差值从6.88 d B降低到0.214 d B,显著地消除了电记忆效应,同时也在一定程度上改善了电热记忆效应.  相似文献

研究功率放大器的非线性行为模型建模问题.功率放大器既呈现非线性,又呈现记忆效应,为了对具有记忆效应的非线性功率放大器进行精确的行为模型建模,提出了基于粒子群优化的RBF神经网络射频功放行为模型.利用freescale半导体晶体管MRF6S21140器件模型及设计的电路从ADS中导出输入输出数据,对射频功率放大器模型进行了仿真实现,得出了输出电压幅度的拟合曲线以及误差曲线.仿真结果表明:PSO-RBF射频功放模型能够获得较好的精度,能够很好的描述射频功率放大器的非线性和记忆效应,为有效解决精确建立射频功放行为建模的问题提供了参考方法.  相似文献

针对传统电磁轴承开关功放采用两路独立的H桥控制结构存在的体积庞大、功率损耗高等缺点,以空间电压矢量分布(space voltage pulse-width modulation,SVPWM)控制理论为基础,结合H桥三电平控制的优点,提出一种三电平三桥臂功率放大器的实现方法。该方法通过对不同结构载波的选择分别设计了基于对称结构、非对称结构下SVPWM主动电磁轴承开关功放的控制算法,对比分析了在不同载波结构下纹波电流的特性,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下构建出两种原理性仿真模型。在dSPACE实时仿真系统下搭建出一个三桥臂功放电路控制平台,并对两种不同结构下功率系统的频率特性进行了测试。理论与实验结果表明,基于对称结构的三态SVPWM控制算法,不仅可有效地提高电流响应速度,而且还能够使纹波电流频率加倍、纹波幅值显著减小,当频率为1 750rad/s时,其系统增益仅为-3dB。因此,该方法在满足电磁轴承系统低纹波电流和良好动态特性要求的同时也提高了主动电磁轴承系统的可靠性性能。  相似文献

为了提高主轴箱的静刚度,并减少其变形以及振动对整机加工精度的影响,该文对某大型旋风铣床主轴箱进行了动/静/热态特性仿真分析和综合优化。基于主轴箱模态分析识别出结构的薄弱环节,采用方案对比法对薄弱环节进行了改进研究;并基于热-结构耦合方法对主轴箱进行仿真,得到了力热耦合条件下主轴箱的温度、位移和应力分布云图,并提出相应的改进方案;最终获得主轴箱综合优化方案。优化后的主轴箱一阶固有频率提高了5.02%,最大变形量减小了约80%,最大等效应力减小了76.5%,且质量减小了5.6%。主轴箱的动静刚度得到了提高,热变形与应力也得到了改善,同时为其它关键件的综合特性分析优化提供了借鉴。  相似文献

为了同时实现磁悬浮磨床电主轴系统高刚度和高转速这两个主要性能指标 ,通过理论分析、计算机仿真和实验 ,研究了功率放大器环节的电流响应速度、电磁铁的力响应速度对磁轴承系统性能的影响。结果表明 ,功放的电流响应速度、电磁铁的力响应速度直接影响系统的闭环控制性能。通过提高功放的电流响应速度、电磁铁的力响应速度 ,实现了磁轴承系统在刚度为 39.3N /μm ,转速为 46 .32 0 kr/min情况下的稳定运转。研究结果对于磁悬浮系统的设计具有参考价值  相似文献

为了改善功放系统的非线性特性,采用了基带数字预失真技术,其中功放系统的建模是其关键技术.由于功放系统是一个复杂的带记忆效应的非线性时变系统,为了能够实现实时校正,采用级联相关算法进行在线神经网络建模.首先选用残差相关性判别方法来确定神经网络功放模型的结构和初始参数,然后使用带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法对神经网络模型参数进行在线自适应调整.对实测数据的验证表明,建立的神经网络模型完全能达到给定的性能指标要求.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
