本文（1）用透视对应给出了平同代沙格定量的证明。（2）用代数方法给出了构形（73 37）不存在的证明，两处证明都较简单、优美。

本文是据不等式（１）证明不等式（２），使用的方法是积分估值和三角形边长的估值．不等式（１）是Ｂｅｒｓ为证明Ｉ．Ｉ．Ｐｒｉｖａｌｏｆｆ定理（见本文后的附录）建立的［１］。但在［１］中未见其证明．作者在这里补充之．

一个不等式的证明方法探讨

针对一道不等式的证明题,进行探讨,提出3种证明方法,即可以利用泰勒（Taylor）公式、拉格朗日（Lagrange）中值定理证明和反证法证明,进而培养学员的发散思维.     

一组重要不等式的微分证明

一组重要的平均值不等式：构造辅助函数f（x）=2x2－2（a＋b）x＋2（a2＋b2－ab）可证明不等式，受此启发，本文采用构造辅助函数，以微分为工具，来证明这组重要不等式。这里用高等数学方法证明初等数学问题，可能对师范院校学生和中学数学教师均有所启示。先证明不等式为函数的极小值点。下面用数学归纳法证明函数f（x）≥0（X＞0）n。l时，f（）一x’一Zalx＋ZaZ－aZ一（x－al）’＞0假设n一及时，f（）＞0，即有：将x—a。。；代入上式得由（2）式知当n—k＋1时，函数的最小值为非负数，故n—k＋l时，f（）＞0所以．对一切自然数n均有…

有界变差数列空间的某些性质

本文首先给出有界变差数列空间ＢＶ（Ｓ）的两个等价范数，接着证明ＢＶ（Ｓ）与Ｕ等距同构，进一步指出ＢＶ（Ｓ）是收敛数列空间Ｃ的共轭空间，最后证明ＢＶ（Ｓ）在自然乘法运算下构成具有单位元的Ｂａｎａｃｈ代数。     

有返回轨道的区间连续映射的周期问题

设ｆ∈Ｃ０（Ｉ），若存在Ｘ∈Ｉ及正偶数ｎ，小于ｎ的正奇数ｄ以及不大于ｎ的非负偶数ｐ，使得ｆｎ（ｘ）≥ｘ＜ｆ（ｘ）且ｆｄ（ｘ）≤ｆｐ（ｘ）或者有ｆｎ（ｘ）≤ｘ＞ｆ（ｘ）且ｆｄ（ｘ）≥ｆｐ（ｘ），则ｆ含有周期点，其周期为中的那个奇数．该结论是文献［２］和文献［３］的关键结论，本文在重新证明文献［２］的结论２．２（即本文定理１）的基础上，给出该结论的另一种证法．该证明方法不必引用文献［２］的引理２．３和引理３．３．证明简洁、详尽．     

关于Negoitǎ-Ralescu表现定理的改进与扩充一文的注记

研究了Ｌ模糊幂集ＬＬ（Ｕ）分别与四种Ｌ晕集集合ＬｉＬ（Ｕ）（ｉ＝１，２，３，４）之间的一一对应关系．给出了ｉ＝３，４情况的新的证明．改进了已有的证明．     

关于恒等式e^x=∑n≥0LnJn（2x）的证明

关于恒等式e^x=∑n≥0LnJn（2x）已有组合证明，本文将用微积分的方法证明该恒等式，其中L0=1,L1=1,L2=3,Ln＋1=Ln＋Ln-1（n≥2）,Jn（2x）=∑k≥0（-1）^kx^n＋2k/k!（n＋k）!.     

携带p53和p21基因腺病毒转移载体的构建

构建携带p53和p21基因的重组腺病毒转移载体以研究p53和p21联合基因治疗效果.将p53cDNA克隆到转移载体pCMV5GFP替代gfp,得到pCMVp53,使其受到CMV启动子的调控;同时将p21基因克隆到pCMVp53,得到重组腺病毒转移载体pCMVp53/p21.得到携带p53和p21基因的重组腺病毒转移载体.

Splicing factor Sub2p is required for nuclear mRNA export through its interaction with Yra1p.

The yeast nuclear protein Yra1p is an essential export factor for mRNA. Yra1p interacts directly with the mRNA transport factor Mex67p/Mtr2p, which is associated with the nuclear pore. Here, we report a genetic interaction between YRA1 and SUB2, the gene for a DEAD box helicase involved in splicing. Mutation of SUB2 as well as its overexpression leads to a defect in mRNA export. Moreover, Yra1p and Sub2p bind directly to each other both in vivo and in vitro. Significantly, Sub2p and Mex67p/Mtr2p bind to the same domains of Yra1p, and the proteins compete for binding to Yra1p. Together, these data indicate that the spliceosomal component Sub2p is also important in mRNA export and may function to recruit Yra1p to the mRNA. Sub2p may then be displaced from Yra1p by the binding of Mex67p/Mtr2p, which participates in the export of mRNA through the nuclear pores.     

p73 is regulated by tyrosine kinase c-Abl in the apoptotic response to DNA damage.

The protein p73 is a structural and functional homologue of the p53 tumour-suppressor protein but, unlike p53, it is not induced in response to DNA damage. The tyrosine kinase c-Abl is activated by certain DNA-damaging agents and contributes to the induction of programmed cell death (apoptosis) by p53-dependent and p53-independent mechanisms. Here we show that c-Abl binds to p73 in cells, interacting through its SH3 domain with the carboxy-terminal homo-oligomerization domain of p73. c-Abl phosphorylates p73 on a tyrosine residue at position 99 both in vitro and in cells that have been exposed to ionizing radiation. Our results show that c-Abl stimulates p73-mediated transactivation and apoptosis. This regulation of p73 by c-Abl in response to DNA damage is also demonstrated by a failure of ionizing-radiation-induced apoptosis after disruption of the c-Abl-p73 interaction. These findings show that p73 is regulated by a c-Abl-dependent mechanism and that p73 participates in the apoptotic response to DNA damage.     

关于Dickson多项式的不动点问题

设,p>3是素数,证明了,当p(?)±1(mod5)或p(?)±1(mod7),且p(?)±1(mod8)或p≡11(mod30),等等,均存在有限域F_p上的d次置换多项式g_d(x,1),使其恰有5个不动点0,±1,±2,并由此提出一个猜想.此结果在运用置换多项式g_d(x,1)构造RSA公开密钥码体制的研究中,有重要意义.
