本文对40Cr钢详细测量、分析了其二维和三维的表面粗糙度,随注入能量和剂量不同各评定参数的变化趋势也不同.离子注入使粗糙度高度参数值普遍下降,间距参数值有时增大,有时减小,通过溅射作用有时使糙峰数减少,有时又产生新峰;形状参数上峰态也发生变化.对不同参数的注入表面尚进行了自相关函数和功率谱函数分析.  相似文献

通过多种表面测试手段对氮离子注入GCr15钢的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究.结果表明,由于离子注入引起注入层显微硬度提高,表面残余压应力增大,表面粗糙度降低,以及注入层形成了大量细小弥散分布的硬质析出相ε-Fe2-3N,使摩擦磨损机理发生了变化,从而改善了材料的摩擦学性能.在本实验条件下,所得最佳参数为注入剂量4×1017ions/cm2,注入能量100 keV  相似文献

在Cr4Mo4V轴承钢表面等离子体浸没注入(PIII)了氮离子(N+)、类金刚石(DLC)、碳化钛(TiC),测量了处理前后试样表面的显微硬度,在干摩擦条件下进行了与Si3N4陶瓷球对磨的摩擦学实验,通过光学显微镜观察了磨损表面形貌,分析了磨损机理。结果表明:离子注入后显微硬度明显增大,注入TiC的试样增幅最大,达到54.7%;注入TiC的试样摩擦系数下降到约0.2,最小磨痕宽度减小了50%;未处理和注入N+试样的磨损机理主要以粘着磨损为主,但注入N+试样磨损程度有所减轻;注入DLC和TiC的试样主要磨损机理以疲劳磨损为主;离子注入TiC表面改性的表面综合性能最好,其次为注入DLC、注入N+。  相似文献

文章在改进的MLD-10型冲击腐蚀磨损试验机上对W6Mo5Cr4V2进行了冲击磨损实验,通过对冲击磨损实验后试样的失重、SEM分析,得出淬火态W6Mo5Cr4V2具有较高的抗冲击磨损性能。SEM照片显示裂纹扩展方向平行于表面,W6Mo5Cr4V2冲击磨损机制为疲劳断裂。  相似文献

选用一株ATCC 700400马链球菌亚种,通过离子注入法对链球菌代谢产物透明质酸的影响来找寻透明质酸低耗高产的可能和路径。注入离子选用N+,注入能量分别为15 ke V和20 ke V,范围是0(对照)、(20×1014~100×1014N+/cm2(不同氮离子注入参数以对比)。透明质酸测定选用CTAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)比浊法,通过对比来筛选HA高产型链球菌。结果表明,在注入能量为20 ke V,剂量为20×1014N+/cm2时,产出透明质酸浓度明显高于其他菌株,诱变效果最好,为今后进一步诱变筛选及发酵条件优化奠定了良好的基础。  相似文献

传统研究一般通过测试织物表面的几何粗糙度和摩擦性能来预测粗糙感,而认知科学家发现,栅栏粗糙性的辨别取决于表面纹理波动曲线的谐波成分及纹理间距.为深入揭示织物粗糙感的形成机制,基于织物的表面形貌曲线,计算平均粗糙度,统计不同波动高度下的纹理间距,并采用傅里叶方法提取频域内谐波特征,比较分析这些特征值与粗糙感之间的关系.研究表明,织物的粗糙感差异取决于表面波动曲线频域内谐波的最高峰高度,而粗糙感不仅与平均粗糙度有关,也与表面纹理间距有关.  相似文献

为得到粗糙接触表面接触模型的计算参数,开展了典型机械加工表面的统计参数分析与研究.采用表面轮廓仪测量了典型加工方法下得到的不同粗糙值的表面形貌数据,根据ISO 11562标准,使用零相移高斯滤波对表面轮廓进行处理得到表面粗糙度数据;基于三次样条曲线拟合的方法和凸峰独立的原则,提出一种新的凸峰定义方法,分析拟合后的数据得到表面凸点的高度分布函数、凸点平均半径和密度等接触模型计算参数.分析结果表明:粗糙度参数对高度分布函数、凸点平均半径和密度均有显著的影响,而加工方法对平均曲率半径影响较小,对高度分布函数和密度影响较大.  相似文献

利用新开发设计的三维非接触式激光表面形状测定仪,在精确测定岩体不连续面的表面形状的基础上,建立了新的岩体不连续面的分形几何模型,模型中的两个分形参数定量表述了岩体不连续表面形状的几何特性(一级倾斜度和高级次起伏度),并进一步提出了由这两个分形参数组合出的代表岩体不连续面表面粗糙特性的平均粗糙角U的概念和计算方法。最后,结合岩体不连续的剪切强度实验,建立了剪切强度与分形参数有及平均粗糙角U间的定量关  相似文献

To reduce friction and improve clarity of steel surfaces, laser texturing was used to produce known surface roughness profile on rolled surfaces using a Nd:YAG laser. Laser texturing process was analyzed to select the laser parameters. The surface roughness hardness and abrasion resistance were then measured and analyzed. The results show that the surface roughness is harder than the matrix, which fits for the requirements of laser texturing. The surface roughness also has good abrasion resistance. The intensity and distribution of the single pulse are the key points affecting the surface roughness profile.  相似文献

为探究一种三维定量描述岩石表面粗糙程度的方法,通过非接触式超景深三维显微设备获取岩石表面三维彩色等高图,提取并计算三维彩色等高图上各像素点的坐标信息,提出"表面轮廓体积均方根"Vp描述岩石表面粗糙程度。研究结果表明:Vp值与标准轮廓曲线的JRC值、节理剖面系数Rp值均存在指数函数正相关,Vp值越大,粗糙度越大;Vp用于对比粗糙度差异性更直观,克服了粗糙度各向异性及不同方向上存在随机性的理论缺陷,设备及像素点统计方法具有较好的经济性、高效性。  相似文献

Friction and wear properties of nitrogen-implanted GCrI5 bearing steel and 40Cr structuralsteel were studied under different implantation conditions. It is found that physical and mechani-cal properties, as well as chemical properties of the surface layer are greatly changed by ionirradiation, such as the decrease of surface roughness, the increase of hardness accompanied withthe occurrence of compressive stress, etc.. The results of SEM and Ferro-spectroscopy show thatthese variations in surface properties closely associated with changes in the microstructure causegreat variations in friction and wear conditions, and mechanisms between implanted andunimplanted specimens. Changes in the surface microstructure with iron implantation were identi-fied by Auger electron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectronspectroscopy. By means of the orthogonal experiment method, test results for each differentimplantation condition and original hardness of the materials under the same wear test conditionwere comprehensively analysed and discussed.  相似文献

Surface roughness and shape play an important role on the behavior of particles in various processes such as flotation. In this research, the influence of different grinding methods on the surface roughness and shape characteristics of quartz particles as well as the effect of these parameters on the flotation of the particles was investigated. The surface roughness of the particles was determined by measuring their specific surface area via the gas adsorption method. The shape characteristics of the particles were measured and calculated by images obtained by scanning electron microscopy via an image analysis system. The flotation kinetics was determined using a laboratory flotation cell. The results showed that the particles of rod mill products have higher roughness and elongation ratio and lower roundness than the particles of ball mill products. The flotation kinetics constant of the particles increased with their surface roughness increasing. Particles with higher elongation and lower roundness indicated higher floatability. In addition, the influence of the surface roughness on the flotation kinetics was greater than that of shape parameters.  相似文献
