研究了铝板阳极电絮凝法处理纸业废水过程中,电流密度、通电量、废水的pH值及添加电解质NaCl对废水CODCr和色度去除效果的影响,研究结果表明,影响废水色度和CODCr去除率的主要因素是通电量和废水的pH值。  相似文献

采用Fenton试剂氧化法、NaClO氧化法、KAl(SO4)2混凝沉淀法分别对新乡市某印染厂和某造纸厂的二级生化出水进行深度处理.考察了废水初始pH,3种试剂投加量对废水COD和色度的影响.研究结果表明:室温下,反应时间30min,3种方法对印染废水、造纸废水的深度处理均具有明显效果.Fenton试剂氧化法对两种废水的处理效果明显优于另外两种方法,其对印染废水深度处理的最适条件为:pH 4,H2O20.8mg·L-1、FeSO4150mg·L-1,COD、色度去除率分别达到81.5%、75.0%,COD和色度分别从243mg·L-1、128降至45mg·L-1、32;其对造纸废水深度处理的最适条件为pH 4,H2O20.6mL·L-1、FeSO4200mg·L-1,COD、色度去除率分别达到73.8%、75.0%,COD和色度分别从351mg·L-1、128降至92mg·L-1、32.两种废水经过Fenton试剂氧化法处理后完全可以达到地方工业行业废水排放标准.  相似文献

目的研究微波辅助类Fenton体系降解活性艳红X-3B染料废水的处理效果及p H值、催化剂投加量、H_2O_2投加量、微波辐照时间、功率等因素对废水色度和COD去除率的影响.方法制备催化剂,在微波辅助的条件下,控制pH值、H_2O_2投加量、微波功率及辐照时间、催化剂投加量,比对活性艳红X-3B的处理效果.结果初始色度为1 897倍的活性艳红X-3B废水,在催化剂投加质量浓度为10 g/L、初始pH值为3、H_2O_2投加浓度为17.5 mmol/L、微波功率为400 W,辐照时间为8 min的最优条件下,色度去除率最高可以达到99.08%,COD最大去除率达到89.12%.结论微波辅助类Fenton体系能有效处理活性艳红X-3B废水,提高废水的色度去除率和COD去除率,且该类Fenton体系投药量低,适用的pH范围也更广.  相似文献

该文采用纳米催化电解技术,对印染废水的COD及色度去除率影响因素进行了研究,考察了电解时间、电流密度、电导率及pH等因素对去除率的影响.结果表明,COD和色度的去除率随电解时间的增加和电流密度的增大而增加,且对色度的去除效果要优于COD.增加电导率对废水的色度和COD的去除效果不明显,适当降低废水的pH值有利于增强电解效果.  相似文献

采用Fe为阳极,石墨为阴极,利用TiO2膜光催化电-Fenton法对印染废水进行了降解,讨论了协同作用的机理并考察了溶液pH值对降解率的影响.研究结果表明:光催化电-Fenton法降解率高于电-Fenton法,证明光催化和电-Fenton法在反应过程中具有协同作用.在pH值为3,电流密度为12mA/cm2的反应条件下,可使印染废水的COD去除率达到90.3%,色度去除率98.2%  相似文献

目的研究三维电极-电Fenton法降解孔雀石绿废水的处理效果及各因素对废水色度和COD去除率的影响.方法控制反应时间、初始pH值、电解质种类和质量浓度、电解电压、极板间距和曝气强度,分析色度和COD去除效果.结果单因素试验结果表明:色度为500~600倍,COD质量浓度为500~600 mg/L的孔雀石绿废水在pH为3,电解质Na2SO4质量浓度为5 g/L,电压16 V,极板间距9 cm,曝气强度为0.8 L/min的条件下反应120 min,脱色率和COD去除率分别达到了91.97%和70.61%,出水色度为40.67倍,出水COD质量浓度为149.69 mg/L.满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287—2012)间接排放标准.结论三维电极-电Fenton法能够有效处理孔雀石绿染料废水,对废水的色度和COD均有较高的去除率.  相似文献

为解决杨木活性染料染色废水达标排放的问题,采用Fenton法对杨木活性染料染色废水进行氧化处理。通过正交实验考察了30%H_2O_2投加量、FeSO_4·7H_2O浓度、反应温度、反应时间以及初始pH值对废水COD和色度去除率的影响。结果表明:Fenton氧化处理方法对该废水处理效果显著,优化工艺条件为30%H_2O_2投加量7.5 ml/L、FeSO_4·7H_2O浓度0.9 g/L、pH值2.5、反应温度50℃、反应时间80 min,处理后废水的COD和色度去除率分别达到92.27%和99.99%。Fenton法处理染色废水时对反应初始pH值要求较高,但具有处理时间短、污染物去除率高等优点。  相似文献

采用水解酸化—Fenton试剂组合工艺对某牛仔制衣厂洗水废水进行处理。确定了水解酸化最佳反应时间为8h,考察了硫酸亚铁投加量、双氧水投加量、反应时间及pH值对洗水废水的色度及COD去除率的影响,通过正交实验确定了Fenton试剂处理该废水的最佳操作条件为:反应时间30min、双氧水(30%)投加量4mL/L、硫酸亚铁投加量300mg/L、pH值为4左右。在最佳条件下,色度与COD去除率分别达到95%和88%以上,出水COD值为145mg/L左右,水质澄清,符合GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的二级标准,可达标排放。  相似文献

用光催化剂TiO2对西清河废水进行了废水处理研究.实验结果表明,随着催化剂用量的增加,COD、色度的去除率逐渐增大, 但当其用量超过0.5g时,COD、色度的去除率增加缓慢,超过0.6g时开始下降;当pH<6.5时,随着pH值降低,当pH>6.5时,随着pH值升高,COD、色度去除率均降低;随着光照时间延长,COD、色度去除率逐渐升高,但当光照时间超过 10h 后, COD、色度去除率升高幅度非常缓慢.当催化剂用量为0.6g、 pH =6.5、光照12 h时,西清河废水的COD、色度去除率分别达到75.0%、78.5%.  相似文献

实验采用超声-Fenton法处理甲硝唑废水.通过测定COD值的变化得到处理的效果,通过静态实验研究Fe~(2+)投加量、H_2O_2投加量、pH值和超声反应时间对COD去除率的影响.正交实验结果表明,各因素影响显著性的先后顺序为H_2O_2投加量Fe~(2+)投加量pH值超声反应时间.研究结果表明,对于COD为1 010.5 mg/L的甲硝唑制药废水,在Fe~(2+)的投加量为0.06 mol/L,H_2O_2投加量0.25 mol/L,pH值为3,超声时间为60 min的条件下,COD去除率可达到95%,处理后COD质量浓度为50.5 mg/L,达到国家一级排放标准.说明超声-Fenton法对甲硝唑制药废水有良好的处理效果.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
