高效液相色谱—质谱法鉴定葛根有效成分及测定小儿腹泻宁泡腾片中葛根素的

应用反相高效液相色谱－电喷雾－质谱－质谱（Ｒ－ＨＰＬＣ－ＥＳＩ－ＭＳ－ＭＳ）方法对中药葛根提取物的化学成分进行分析，分离并鉴定出葛根中的葛根素、大豆甙元、大豆甙、葛甙Ｃ等４种有效成分，应用ＨＰＬＣ紫外和质谱检测方法测定了一种改剂型四类新药“小儿腹泻宁泡腾片”中葛根素的含量分别为２．２７ｍｇ．ｇ＾－１和２．２６ｍｇ．＾－１，结果表明ＨＰＬＣ－ＭＳ可以作为葛根及其相关制剂的指纹临别和质量控制的一种方法。     

不同产地香附中α-香附酮含量测定

采用高效液相色谱法测定山东、浙江、河南、广东、海南、湖北6个不同产地香附药材中α-香附酮的含量,分别为0.171 5％,0.137 2％,0.106 7％,0.102 5％,0.135 3％,0.089 3％;通过对不同产地香附药材所含α-香附酮含量的比较,进而评价其质量,并以此筛选优质合格的原料;为香附药材多指标质量控制方法的建立提供科学、可靠的依据.     

香附化学成分的研究

分离鉴定香附的化学成分,为后期的体内活性筛选提供样品.应用硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析、薄层制备等方法分离香附中的化学成分,并通过核磁共振等手段对化合物进行结构解析.从香附中分离得到3个化合物,分别为α-香附酮(1)、cyperotundone(2),oxyphyllenones C(3).Oxyphyllenones C为oxyphyllenones B的一种构型异构体,是未见文献报道新化合物.     

星骨海绵Stelletta tenuis Lindgren中的甾类化合物

报道从星骨海绵Stelletta tenuis Lindgren中分离及鉴定的甾类化合物,其中甾酮3β－羟基－豆甾－5－烯－7－酮、3β－羟基－胆甾－5－烯－7酮是第1次林该种海绵中由高效液相色谱分离得到,根据IR、MS、NMR、^2D－NMR等波数据确定其结构。其它11个甾类化合物由GC－MS结合质谱裂解规律鉴定。     

N-乙酰基-DL-2-甲基-色氨酸的合成

以丁烯－2－酮，乙酰氨基丙二酸二乙酯以及苯肼为原料合成了非天然的N－乙酰基－DL－2－甲基－色氨酰，产物经核磁、质谱鉴定。     

转杯竹节纱竹节形态的理论分析

从转杯纺的凝聚和并合机理出发,对三次喂给罗拉速度变化情况下转杯竹节纱竹节形态进行了深入分析.得到了竹节纱竹节段线密度分布的两种情况:一种情况下竹节形态是普通转杯竹节纱的简单组合,竹节形态与喂给罗拉速度变化两次的情况一致;另一种情况下竹节形态较为复杂,并研究了其线密度的分布规律.     

双氯乙酰基二苯并—18—冠—6的合成

以多聚磷酸（PPA）为催化剂和反应溶剂,氯乙酸为酰化剂,对二苯并－18－冠－6进行酰化,成功地合成了双氯乙酰取代二苯并－18－冠－6,产物由IR,MS和元素分析鉴定了其结构。     

竹节秋海棠离体快繁技术研究

以竹节秋海棠的幼嫩叶作外植体进行了组织培养 .结果表明：（ 1）在不同激素组合的培养基上均能诱导产生丛生芽,在 MS＋ BA2mg/L＋ 2.4－ D0.2mg/L中分化率高,芽质优;（ 2） MS＋ BA0.5mg/L＋ NAA0.2mg/L和 MS＋ BA0.5mg/L＋ 2.4－ D0.05mg/L培养基中有效苗获得率高,长势好;（ 3）再生植株在 1/2MS＋ IBA0.2mg/L＋ NAA0.2mg/L培养基中的生根率达 96％ .     

Al—Zr合金中的竹节晶界峰

用低频倒摆测量了Ａｌ－０．０７３％Ｚｒ（质量分数）合金的高温内耗，实验中观察到两种类型的内耗峰，即传统的晶界峰和竹节峰，对竹节峰进行了系统的实验研究，当竹节晶料与细晶粒共存时，竹节峰的峰温为６９０Ｋ（ｆｐ＝０．２９Ｈｚ），相应的激活能为３．２０ｅＶ；在完整的竹节结构的试样中，竹节峰的峰温为６３５Ｋ，相应的激活能为２．７４ｅＶ，结合晶界内第二相粒子的电镜观察认为，竹节峰起源于荷粒子晶界的应力驰豫。     

2-乙氧基-5-乙酰氨基苯甲酸乙酯的氯甲基化反应

考察2－乙氧基－5－乙酰氨基苯甲酸乙酯（6）的氯甲基化反应，结果表明，N－氯甲基化反应的产物是主要产物。关键中间体及最终化合物的结构经元素分析、质谱、核磁共振氢谱及碳谱得到确证，总产率为47％。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
