BL天体X射线辐射研究

收集了91个BL Lac天体样本的X射线资料,其中62个高峰频BL天体—HBLs,29个低峰频BL天体—LBLs.计算了它们的X波段光度,研究了它们的X射线谱指数αX与光度LX的关系.结果表明:HBLs的谱指数αX与光度值LX无相关,而LBLs的谱指数αX与光度值LX有较弱相关性.     

NSRL光电子能谱实验控制软件设计及其应用

介绍一种同步辐射光电子能谱实验的软件．软件对光束线的控制由罗兰圆模式改为ＤＲＡＧＯＮ模式［１］，光通过率提高２～３倍．软件不仅可以做以Ｘ射线枪为激发源的Ｘ射线激发谱（ＸＰＳ），还可以做以同步辐射光为激发源的能量分布曲线谱（ＥＤＣ）、固定终态谱（ＣＦＳ）和固定初态谱（ＣＩＳ）．软件使用图形的菜单界面，可视化操作，运行稳定，满足科学实验的要求     

形成多角体家蚕重组病毒通用转移载体构建

从家蚕核型多角体病毒（ＢｍＮＰＶ）通用转称载体ｐＢＫ２８３和粉纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒（ＴｎＮＰＶ）转移载体ｐＳＸＩＶＶＩ＋Ｘ３系列出发，构建了一个７．２ｋｂ能形成多角体且可以用于克隆含不同读码框外源基因的ＢｍＮＰＶ通用转移载体系列ｐＢＭＸ３．ｐＢＭＸ３系列以ＢｍＮＰＶ多角体结构基因上游的１．９ｋｂ和下游１．３ｋｂ的片段作为与ＢｍＮＰＶ基因组进行体内同源重组的同源序列；ｐＳＸＩＶＶＩ＋Ｘ３系列的ＳＸＩＶ双启动子用于外源基因的表达；ＡｃＮＰＶ的多角体基因作为重组病毒形成多角体的基因．以ＢｍＮＰＶ－ＬａｃＺ（ｏｃｃ－ｇａｌ＋）为出发株病毒，ｐＢＭＸ３系列的重组病毒筛选有ｏｃｃ＋和ｇａｌ－两个遗传标记     

电生I2自动光度滴定药片中Vc的含量

用绿色发光二极管和硅光电二极管制成光度探头，监测电生Ｉ２滴药片中Ｖｃ时淀偻指示剂的颜色变化，通过ＭＸ２１Ｂ型光度探头式数字自动光度滴定仪实现了自动光度滴定，无需标准溶液。     

费米伽玛射线空间望远镜最初3个月观测Blazar的射电和伽玛射线辐射研究

磁控溅射制备的氧化钒薄膜的结构研究

用Ｘ射线光电子谱（ＸＰＳ）,原子力显微镜（ＡＦＭ）和Ｘ射线衍射（ＸＲＤ）研究了磁控溅射制备的氧化钒薄膜的宏观、微观和电子学结构。建立了薄膜的相结构与ＸＰＳ谱中Ｖ２ｐ３／２特征峰的结合能之间的定量关系。给出了二氧化钒薄膜的ＡＦＭ像。所得到的二氧化钒热致变色薄膜的结构特性与光电特性相一致。     

在大肠杆菌中利用反义RNA抑制乙肝病毒（HBV）X基因的表达

将乙肝病毒（ＨＢＶ）ａｙｗ株完整的Ｘ基因正向重组到原核表达质粒ｐＢＶ－２２１的ＰＬ启动子下游，得到能表达Ｘ蛋白的重组质粒ｐＢＶ－ＨＢＶ（＋）；同时将Ｘ基因反向重组到原核表达质粒ｐＢＶ－２２０的ＰＬ启动子下游，得到能转录Ｘ基因反义ＲＮＡ的重组质粒ｐＢＶ－ＨＢＸ（－）。利用这两个质粒，构建出能同时转录Ｘ基因ｍＲＮＡ和反义ＲＮＡ的重组质粒ｐＥＸ。ＡＮ－ＨＢＸ，并在原核水平上，证实了反义ＲＮＡ对Ｘ基因的表

用XPS测量ZnS0.8Te0.2／GaP半导体异质结的价带偏移

应用Ｘ射线光电子能谱(ＸＰＳ）对分子束外延生长的ＺｎＳ(０．８)Ｔｅ(０．２)／ＧａＰ半导体异质结进行直接法测量，得其价带偏移值为１．５ｅＶ；采用芯态能级技术法测量，得其价带偏移值为１．４５ｅＶ在测量误差范围内，两种方法测得的结果相一致．     

SiC－TiB_2复合粉的制备及特性

研究了稻壳灰与ＴｉＯ２和Ｂ２Ｏ３的反应．阐明了复合粉的反应机理和微观结构．Ｘ射线衍射分析表明复合粉为βＳｉＣ和ＴｉＢ２用Ｘ射线萤光分析，Ｘ射线能谱分析和化学成份分析不同的粉末颗粒，发现βＳｉＣ和ＴｉＢ２的含量有明显差别，说明βＳｉＣ和ＴｉＢ２在颗粒中呈非均匀分布．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
