选煤厂自动化控制技术的应用与实践

随着市场对煤矿资源需求量的不断增加,依托现代科学技术,煤矿生产与选煤的自动化水平与智能化水平不断提高。以现代自动化控制技术为基础,构建选煤厂集中控制系统,结合实际,合理选择应用电气设备,对设备运行状态进行自动化采集,逐步实现无人值班化操作,应用视频监控及调度设备,实现远程汽运装车控制。实践证明,在选煤厂中应用自动化控制技术,有助于提高生产效率与质量,其实践效益突出。     

选煤厂集中控制系统的分析及应用

西铭矿选煤厂通过把集中控制系统与生产工艺流程相结合,对生产现场的实际情况进行实时监控跟踪,对系统进行控制优化,实现了选煤厂自动化;通过对上位机监控系统、调度电视墙系统及信息管理系统进行构架,实现了选煤设备的单机和连接作业;通过自动保护、监视信息上传、现场实际数据自动分析、报警预警等技术的投入与应用,保证了设备的安全运转,提高了设备的利用率。     

基于STM32的选煤厂压滤机安全运行监测装置的研发

为确保选煤厂压滤机电机设备的安全、高效运行,电机相关参数的在线监测装置的研发意义重大.本文阐述了基于STM32的选煤厂压滤机安全运行监测装置的研发,结合目前煤矿洗选厂压滤机设备故障监测方面智能化、自动化、信息化水平较低的现状,开发了基于FreeRTOS操作系统,利用多任务机制实现对压滤机电机温度信息、振动信息及电流信号...     

选煤工艺中煤泥水浓缩处理系统的效率浅析

在选煤行业,随着原煤处理量的加大,增加了煤泥水的处理量,在原煤洗选工艺中对煤泥水处理是利用冶金行业衍变而来的普通型浓缩机进行浓缩处理,煤泥水的处理效率低下,系统事故率高,不能满足正常的生产需求;新型高效的耙式浓缩机的产生,将以效率高、处理量大的特点,应用在自动化程度高的大型选煤厂中,将替代普通型煤泥水浓缩系统。

本文介绍了OPC SERVER技术在大连港矿石码头计算机管理系统中的应用。该系统通过OPC SERVER实时在线采集．分析和处理数据,实现生产、设备运行、企业管理等生产活动自动化,提高码头的通过能力,从而提高生产效率和经济效益等。

以太原选煤厂增设的无压三产品旋流器进行重介工艺洗选原煤为例,介绍了洗选原煤过程中严把介质质量关、降低介质损耗的措施,通过加强脱介系统的管理,提高了产品脱介效果。     

三网合一在生产集中控制中的应用

新庄洗选厂集控系统改造方案采用了变传统远程I/O为具有独立运行功能的分站控制方式,并利用分站与主站进行IP访问的创新方案,减少了分站的独立调试与试运行时间,实现了不停产改造。同时首次在洗选厂集中控制系统中将生产控制信号、语音信号与视频信号同时走在光纤环网中,实现了"三网合一"目的。实际应用表明,改造后的生产集中控制系统实现了自动化控制,达到了高产高效、促进安全生产的目的。     

新洗选工艺的探索及TBS/3000干扰床分选机在田庄选煤厂的应用

针对田庄选煤厂选煤工艺存在的问题,提出采用新的洗选工艺,通过对粗煤泥分选工艺的探索及TBS/3000干扰床分选机的应用,优化了洗选工艺,提高了精煤产率,降低了介质消耗,提高了经济效益。

为实现水利水电工程基础处理施工中有关浆液制备设备自动化,提高制浆站制浆效率,一体式智能制浆系统能够很好地完成制浆站全自动化制浆工作。该系统主要由集中入料口、制浆、储浆、送浆、计量以及PLC控制系统等多部件通过在一个集装箱内的合理布局组装而成的,具有高度集成和高自动化程度的完整制浆和送浆设备。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
