This paper studies the general decay synchronization(GDS) of a class of recurrent neural networks(RNNs) with general activation functions and mixed time delays. By constructing suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and employing useful inequality techniques, some sufficient conditions on the GDS of considered RNNs are established via a type of nonlinear control. In addition, one example with numerical simulations is presented to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper considers a class of quaternion-valued Hopfield neural networks with mixed time-varying delays and leakage delays. By utilizing the exponential dichotomy of linear differential equations, Banach's fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques, the authors obtain some sufficient conditions to ensure the existence and global exponential stability of almost automorphic solutions for this class of quaternion-valued neural networks. The results are completely new. Finally,the authors give an example to illustrate the feasibility of the results.  相似文献

研究一类离散和分布时变时滞的混沌神经网络的广义投影同步问题.利用非线性观测器方法实现同步十分简单,且利用极点配置技术,可通过调整特征值来调节同步速率的快慢.与一般混沌神经网络模型相比,带有离散和分布时变时滞的混沌神经网络模型更为一般,同时反同步和完全同步是广义投影同步的特例.最后,提出基于广义投影同步的离散和分布时变时滞混沌神经网络的保密通信方案,给出两个数值仿真例子验证结果的有效性.  相似文献

This paper investigates pinning synchronization of discrete-time complex networks with different time-varying delays. An important lemma is presented and proved, then detailed analysis is given to yield some synchronization criteria for this kind of networks. The results provide an effective way to synchronize discrete-time complex networks by reducing control cost. Furthermore, these theoretical results are illustrated by a complex network via two kinds of pinning schemes. Numerical simulations verify the feasibility of the proposed methods.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors are concerned with global asymptotic synchronization for a class of BAM neural networks with time delays. Instead of using Lyapunov functional method, LMI method and matrix measure method which are recently widely applied to investigating global exponential/asymptotic synchronization for neural networks, two novel sufficient conditions on global asymptotic synchronization of above BAM neural networks are established by using a kind of new study method of global synchronization: Integrating inequality techniques. This paper investigates the fixed-time synchronization problem of complex networks. A novel switching controller is proposed to solve the problem. The designed controller in this paper only needs intermittently to pin a few of nodes, which could reduce the control time and save the system’s energy. 时滞神经网络是解空间为无穷维的非线性动力系统,这样的系统可产生具有多个正的Lyapunov指数的超混沌行为。复杂的时间序列使得这类系统特别适用于保密通信中。针对一类时滞超混沌神经网络系统,利用单向耦合同步概念,设计了一个非线性控制器,并通过Lyapunov-Krasovskii方法和Halanay不等式引理分别给出了系统渐进同步和指数同步的与时滞无关的充分条件。通过引入控制矩阵正定的条件,避免了繁复的LMI计算,简化了控制过程。数值仿真验证了该方法的有效性,数值计算给出了指数同步率和控制参数的关系。  相似文献

This paper investigates the finite-time synchronization for a class of linearly coupled dynamical complex networks with both nonidentical nodes and uncertain disturbance. A set of controllers are designed such that the considered system can be finite-timely synchronized onto the target node.Based on the stability of the error equation, the Lyapunov function method and the linear matrix inequality technique, several sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the finite-time synchronization,and applied to the case of identical nodes and the one without uncertain disturbance. Also the adaptive finite-time synchronization is discussed. A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the main results obtained.  相似文献

基于驱动-响应混沌同步原理,在同时考虑系统内部参数不确定性和系统外部随机干扰的情况下,研究了一类混沌神经网络的同步控制问题.利用随机微分方程理论,Lyapunov稳定性理论和线性矩阵不等式(LMI)方法,得出了混沌神经网络全局渐近同步的充分条件和控制器设计方法.所得的充分条件以线性矩阵不等式的形式给出,容易被已有的LMI工具箱所以验证,而且所设计的控制器结构简单,易于实现.最后,仿真实例验证了文中方法的有效性.  相似文献

同步现象广泛存在于脑神经活动中.本文构造了一个具有小世界连接特性的生物神经网络,数值模拟研究了外加刺激频率引起的放电同步现象.同时考虑网络结构对同步的影响,取网络耦合强度作为参量来研究它对网络同步的影响.研究发现,在某一个特定的共同外加刺激频率下,生物神经网络会出现尖峰同步放电现象.当网络的耦合强度增大时,使网络产生同步现象的频率点将会逐步增多.仿真结果表明不同的生物神经网络结构对输入信号的频率具有不同的选择性.  相似文献

论述了小波分析和神经网络在惯性导航系统初始对准中的重要作用,给出了惯导系统初始对准的线性和非线性模型.基于小波变换,运用小波神经网络对目前该问题进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明,对于不同的误差模型,小波神经网络采用不同的基函数可以很好地对非线性系统进行逼近,近似精度高,而且网络规模比BP、RBF等神经网络规模要小,计算量少,收敛速度快.  相似文献

The problem of exponential module-phase synchronization of complex-valued neural networks (CVNNs) with time-varying delay and stochastic perturbations was investigated. The model of CVNNs with time-varying delay and stochastic perturbations was considered. The error system was deduced and the module-phase synchronization was defined. Based on the principle of Lyapunov stability theory, the appropriate controller was designed to control the CVNNs. Finally, the effectiveness and reliability of the method were verified by the numerical simulations.

This paper deals with the finite-time guaranteed cost control problem for positive system with multiple time delays and bounded disturbance. By using Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method,some new sufficient conditions for the design of a state feedback controller which makes the closedloop system finite-time stable and guarantees an adequate cost level of performance are derived. 针对一类具有不同吸引子的时滞递归神经网络间的同步问题,提出了一个自适应同步控制策略,建立了具有不同吸引子的两个神经网络间全局鲁棒同步的一个新判据。所提出的自适应同步控制策略不仅适用于结构已知的神经网络,而且也适用于不同结构和部分参数已知的神经网络,且对未知参数部分,由自适应更新律来辨识其参数。所提出的同步判据容易验证和控制律容易实现,数值仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

This paper further investigates the stability of the n-dimensional linear systems with multiple delays. Using Laplace transform, we introduce a definition of characteristic equation for the n-dimensional linear systems with multiple delays. Moreover, one sufficient condition is attained for the Lyapunov globally asymptotical stability of the general multi-delay linear systems. In particular, our result shows that some uncommensurate linear delays systems have the similar stability criterion as that of the commensurate linear delays systems. This result also generalizes that of Chen and Moore (2002). Finally, this theorem is applied to chaos synchronization of the multi-delay coupled Chua's systems.  相似文献
