猪链球菌2型是在世界范围内影响养猪业和人类健康的一种重要的人兽共患传染病。猪链球菌2型毒力因子在致病过程中发挥了重要的作用。但是对猪链球菌2型的致病机制和关键毒力因子仍然不确定,使有效的防治该病成为一个难题。本研究对猪链球菌2型已发现的毒力因子和新发现的毒力因子进行综述,为防治该病提供科学依据和参考。  相似文献

从病死猪体内分离到3株链球菌,并进行了病原学鉴定。细菌在形态上呈链球菌的特征,β或α溶血,分离株的生化试验结果相似,且都不与A~G链球菌群特异性血清发生凝集。经PCR鉴定,结果表明,3株均为猪链球菌2型。动物试验结果表明,3分离株对小鼠的毒力较低,但能在接种细菌12~15 d后使小鼠发病致死。  相似文献

溴氰菊酯降解菌Pseudomonas sp.P1-1-B3产酶条件的优化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
农药降解酶对去除农药残留污染具有良好的应用前景.从海洋沉积物中筛选到一株高产溴氰菊酯降解酶的菌株Pseudomonas sp.P1-1-B3,研究了碳源、氮源、pH值、培养温度、培养时间、接种量及溴氰菊酯对菌株产酶的影响.结果表明,降解菌产酶的最适条件为:以可溶性淀粉作为碳源,m(蛋白胨):m(酵母浸膏)=2:1为氮源,pH 7.5,温度30℃,培养时间2 d,接种量3%,溴氰菊酯含量15μmol/L.在此条件下,菌株产酶的比活力最大为113.3 U/mg.该降解酶对溴氰菊酯的降解,在12 h内降解率达54.6%.  相似文献

Two recombinant plasmids, pUTA2P1 and pUTAL3CP1, were constructed by inserting structural protein precursor P1-2A and proteinase 3C of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) into fowl-pox virus (FPV) recombinant vectors pUTA-2 and pUTA-16-LacZ respectively, and two recombinant FPVs (vUTA2P1 and vUTAL3CP1) screened by the RT-PCR, IFA assay and Western blotting assay were obtained successfully. Mice injected respectively with rFPVs were induced high level specific anti-FMDV antibodies, increasing of T subtypes, and higher cytotoxicities of splenocytes than those of control groups. These results indicated that a new method was used to construct a potential candidate vaccine of FMDV.  相似文献

This paper examines the effects of shrink - resist treatment, washing cycle and fabric tightness on the shrinkage properties of plain knitted fabrics made from 100% wool, acrylic/wool (50/50) and acrylic/wool (70/30). It was found that shrinkages of both treated and untreated wool fabrics were negatively correlated to fabric tightness and exceeded the IWS shrinkage limits (5% in length and 8 % in area) after 2 - 5A washing cycle. The effect of tightness was not as obvious with acrylic/wool (A/W) fabrics, but the shrinkage was seen to increase with stages of washing cycle for untreated A/W fabrics with some exceeding IWS standard. By applying the DC 109 shrink - resist solvent treatment, it was identified that by with higher percentage of acrylic fibre blended with wool, shrinkage could be reduced considerably and within acceptable limits.  相似文献

Human nuclear receptor hB1F is a novel member of the fushi tarazu factor Ⅰ subfamily of nuclear receptor superfamily. The studies about its homologous genes indicate that hB1F may play a key role in regulating the metabolic homeostasis of cholesterol. After obtaining the founder mice carrying the trausgeue of hblf by microiujectiou, each founder was mated to normal C57 mouse and the positive F1 by PCR identification of the same founder were iutercrossed within sisters and brothers to establish the trausgeuic mouse lineage. The results of F1, F2 and offspring of test cross identification showed that the widely expressed hb1f trausgeuic mouse lineage was established successfully in this study. The tissue morphology of the trausgeuic lineage was also analyzed preliminarily.  相似文献

采用H6P2W18O62/SiO2为催化剂,以对羟基苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯、尿素为原料合成5-乙氧羰基-4-(4-羟基苯基)-6-甲基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮.探讨H6P2W18O62/SiO2对本反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了反应物物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度四因素对产物收率的影响.实验表明:H6P2W18O62/SiO2是合成5-乙氧羰基-4-(4-羟基苯基)-6-甲基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮的良好催化剂;在n(对羟基苯甲醛)∶n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(尿素)=1∶1.5∶1.5,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的1.5%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为60 min的最佳条件下,其收率可达94.4%.  相似文献
