在滚子试验机上,对硫磷型极压添加剂进行丁试验。试验结果表明,滑滚比与胶合极限应力近似成反比关系。而且,极压添加剂量越高,胶合承载能力越高。通常,极压添加剂的抗胶合作用依赖于金属表面形成的反应膜。从试件表面的显微照片上可以明显地看出,反应膜的覆盖率与滑滚比有关,随滑滚比增加,表面反应膜的覆盖率减少。  相似文献

介绍在摆线传动的胶合模拟试验中接触温度和摩擦系数的测量方法,找出了接触温度、摩擦系数随载荷、速度、摩擦表面处理及润滑剂的变化规律。摩擦系数随载荷的增加而降低。采用特制摆线油承载能力的下限与上限分别是50~#油的2.43~4.25倍;稳定运转时摩擦系数为0.04~0.048略高于50~#机械油;油温最高时为100℃.试件表面磷化处理,胶合承载能力的上下限较不磷化可分别提高80~180%,摩擦系数由0.035降为0.029,油温最高为70℃.  相似文献

循环水透平泵减速箱因润滑油原因,多次发生严重胶合磨损,为改变这一情况,试验使用新型润滑油,并通过对新工况下高速级传动齿轮的胶合能力的校核,计算得出积分温度远低于胶合温度与胶合承载能力最小安全系数之比,从而证明胶合强度完全满足使用要求,并且透平泵工作效果较好。  相似文献

在双滚子试验机上进行模拟齿轮试验。结果表明,随润滑油中极压添加剂含量的增加,金属表面抗胶合能力提高,这是由于添加剂量的增加,使反应膜面积增加的缘故。对试件表面进行显微分析看出,载荷不同时,添加剂中不同元素在起主要作用,故添加剂多为复合型。文中还讨论了反应膜的生成与破坏原因。  相似文献

为了解抽油机减速器润滑油在使用中渗入一定水分后的性能,研究了在抽油机专用润滑剂J-320B产品中加入不同含量的水分并放置一定时间后,水分含量与产品低温流动性等基本使用性能之间的关系。重点采用旋转氧弹试验法考察了产品的氧化安定性,采用四球机试验法考察了产品的极压、抗磨性能。结果表明,当含水率小于5.0%时,水分对产品的低温流动性、防腐性、防锈性、氧化安定性等使用性能没有明显影响,但随着含水率的增加,产品的极压、抗磨性能下降,当含水率控制在5.0%以内时,产品极压、抗磨性能可满足质量指标要求。  相似文献

以精制菜子油为基础油,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上考察了几种硫化脂肪对菜子油摩擦化学性能的影响·实验结果表明,几种硫化脂肪均能明显改善菜子油的减摩耐磨性及其极压性能·当添加剂含量较少时,其磨斑直径随添加剂含量的增加而减小,继续增加添加剂的含量,磨斑直径会明显增大·润滑油的PB值和PD值随添加剂含量的增加而提高·特别是添加剂RC2540的加入对烧结负荷影响非常明显,加入3%的RC2540,即可使PD达到7845N·扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析表明,硫化脂肪在摩擦过程中发生了摩擦化学反应,形成了一种含有活性硫元素的极压保护膜,从而起到减摩耐磨作用·  相似文献

通过四球机试验和双圆盘胶合试验机试验,考察了极压润滑剂的基础油分子结构对边界润滑的影响。试验结果表明,石蜡基极压润滑剂比环烷基极压润滑剂的承载能力高;基础油的分子与极压添加剂有协同效应,不同分子结构的油性膜和极压反应膜相互影响,形成不同的边界膜;以极压反应膜为主,油性膜为辅的润滑则化学磨损严重且表面易涂抹;以油性膜为主,极压反应膜为辅的润滑则边界膜强度高且摩擦表面基本保持原始形貌;完全是油性膜润滑则边界膜强度低;极压添加剂的含量增加则边界润滑的承载能力显著提高,但它对部分弹性流体动力润滑的承载能力提高得不显著。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
