研究了SiCp粒子尺寸、质量分数及热处理工艺对铸造SiCp/ZL201复合材料的室温和高温力学性能的影响.随SiC粒子质量分数的提高和粒子尺寸的增大,复合材料的室温抗拉强度呈下降趋势.随温度升高,基体合金的抗拉强度急剧下降,而复合材料的抗拉强度则下降较小.当温度大于240℃时复合材料的抗拉强度高于基体合金,这表明SiC粒子的加入提高了基体合金的高温抗拉强度.  相似文献

利用半固态熔铸法制备SiCp/Al复合材料,探讨了在空气中将SiCp加入(纯Al+添加剂)合金中时,SiCp的加入量、搅拌温度、浇注温度等因素对复合材料制备工艺的影响。结果表明,叶片在三层以上的搅拌器,以适当速度搅拌熔体时,可增加SiCp在熔体中的熔入量,且浸润性较好,分布均匀。  相似文献

挤压铸造颗粒增强金属基复合材料(MMCs)过程中,挤压压力、熔体的预热温度、预制件的体积分数、颗粒的半径等都将对压力浸渗效果乃至最终复合材料的力学性能产生深刻的影响.分析了挤压铸造MMCs过程中液态金属浸渗和传热行为,推导出挤压铸造MMCs过程中,液态金属浸渗规定深度所需要的时间,随着无量纲压力Φ的增大,浸渗所需的时间τ*缩短;但当Φ值很大时,Φ的升高使τ*的减少不明显.建立了挤压铸造MMCs过程中液态金属浸渗区和未浸渗区的温度平衡方程,并求出了差分解.  相似文献

研究了合金熔体的固相率、搅拌速度、合金元素加入量、粒子预处理和搅拌时间等因素对Al基复合材料中SiC粒子分散行为的影响和SiC粒子在Al合金熔体中的混合过程.实验结果表明,40%~50%的熔体固相率最适宜粒子在熔体中混入,由于Li极易氧化不利于SiC粒子在熔体中的均匀分散.而且随搅拌时间的延长和Mg量的增多,SiC粒子的分散更趋向均匀化.  相似文献

通过拉伸和两种缺口断裂韧性试验(4PB和3PB)及断口和卸载试样金相观察分析,对SiC粒子增强铝基复合材料的断裂行为进行了研究.结果表明:SiC粒子与基体界面发生脱粘开裂形成微裂纹并扩展进入基体是其主要断裂过程.在SiC粒子加入量相同,并进行T6处理的条件下,大尺寸SiC粒子的复合材料具有较高的断裂强度和断裂韧性.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
