相空间重构和支持向量机参数联合优化研究

在混沌时间序列预测过程中,相空间重构和支持向量机参数是影响混沌时间序列预测性能的两个重要方面,传统上两者是分开单独进行的.利用相空间重构和支持向量机参数之间的互相依赖关系,提出了一种基于粒子群算法的相空间重构和支持向量机参数联合优化方法.参数联合优化核心思想是在相空间重构的同时选择最优支持向量机参数,通过粒子群算法对参数联合优化来实现.通过采用参数联合优化算法对混沌时间序列Mackey-Glass和太阳黑子年平均数时间序列进行了仿真实验,结果表明,相对于传统的分开单独优化方法,参数联合优化方法提高了混沌时间序列模型的预测精度,泛化能力更好.     

太阳黑子数平滑月均值的混合预测模型

提出一种太阳黑子数平滑月均值的混合预测模型.通过最大Lyapunov指数得到太阳黑子数平滑月均值时间序列的最大可预测周期,结果表明太阳黑子数平滑月均值序列的最大可预测周期为42个月.太阳黑子数平滑月均值时间序列中包含着线性与非线性的成分,利用自回归滑动平均模型对线性成分进行预测,将太阳黑子数平滑月均值的实际值与自回归滑动平均模型的预测值作差值得到仅含有非线性成分的残差序列,利用具有良好非线性预测能力的回声状态网络预测残差序列,并通过人工蜂群算法来确定回声状态网络预测模型的最佳参数.将自回归滑动平均模型预测值与回声状态网络预测的残差相加,得到太阳黑子数平滑月均值的最终预测值.通过第23太阳活动周的太阳黑子数平滑月均值的预测表明提出的预测模型具有较高的预测精度.同时,对第24太阳活动周的太阳黑子数平滑月均值进行了预测,结果表明第24太阳活动周将在2020年2月结束.     

基于多变量相重构的混沌时间序列预测

提出了一种基于多变量相重构的混沌时间序列预测方法.该预测方法从非线性动力学系统中获取与待预测时间序列相关的信息组成多变量时间序列,首先进行多变量相空间重构,然后利用局域多元线性回归模型在相空间中进行预测,最后从预测出的高维相点中分离出时间序列的预测值.由于考虑了动力学系统中多个变量之间相互耦合的关系,从而增加了重构相空间的系统信息量,使得相空间的相点轨迹更加逼近原系统的动力学行为.与采用单变量进行预测的方法相比,基于多变量相重构的预测方法无论是单步预测还是多步预测,都能有效地提高预测精度,且具有嵌入维数的选择对预测精度影响较小的优点.通过对Lorenz混沌信号进行预测,实验结果验证了方法的有效性.     

基于奇异谱分析的上证指数预测模型

该文应用奇异谱分析(SSA)的方法,对一维时间序列--证券指数,构造延迟矩阵,运用时间经验正交函数(EOF),对原序列进行重构,有效地提取序列中隐含的波形信号;利用自回归移动平均模型(ARMA模型)对原序列和重构结果分别进行预测,并进行比较.     

基于小波多分辨分析的线性预测

提出了一种对非平稳时间序列预测的新方法.通过小波多分辨分析把某些非平稳间序列分解若干层近似意义上的平稳时间序列,然后再用自回归模型对每层的单支重构信号进行预测,最后综合每层的预测值可得到原时间序列的预测值.仿真实验表明了该方法的优越性.     

小波在金融时序预测中的应用

利用小波函数的局部化性质,对非平稳时间序列股票开盘价数据进行分解,然后再进行M allat重构。这样就得到了原始数据的近似信号,再应用传统时间序列预测方法ARMA（p,q）模型对重构后的数据进行预测,将预测结果与实际值进行比较,可得小波分析方法预测效果比较理想。     

激光水下目标探测中混沌背景信号重构的研究

对激光水下目标探测中混沌背景信号的重构问题进行了研究．讨论了混沌时间序列的动态特性，并实际计算了激光水下目标探测中混沌背景信号的时延、混沌维数等有关特征参量．在阐述神经网络重构时间序列模型机理的基础上，提出用神经网络局部预测法重构水下目标探测中混沌背景信号，最后在成功地重构出混沌背景信号的条件下，利用预测误差检测到水下目标探测中的有用弱信号．实验结果表明这种方法是比较有效的．     

基于R/S分析的异值时刻预测

利用R/S分析的原理和方法,根据异值时刻序列的特殊性,通过计算H指数,建立了平均值y-n与Rn/Sn和n的关系式,最后以太阳黑子极大年为例,预测2003年为一个太阳黑子极大年,证明R/S分析方法是异值时刻预测的一种可行方法.

研究基于最大Lypunov指数的预测方法在太阳黑子数时间序列预测中的应用,并在原方法中运用Wolf算法对原方法进行了改进.预测结果表明,改进后的方法比原方法和用回归模型预测的方法有更高的精度.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
