超临界CO2配合萃取中药广霍香中的重金属   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
以二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(NaDDTC)为配合剂,用超临界CO2配合萃取法降低中药广霍香中的重金属含量,并用正交试验法对萃取压力、温度、配合剂用量等因素进行了优化.结果表明:对Cu,Pb和Zn的萃取存在最佳争件,即萃取压力为25MPa,萃取温度为70℃,配合剂用量(质量分数)为15.79%;在此条件下Cu,Pb和Zn的去除率分别为55.2%,59.2%和53.3%.该法为降低中药中重金属元素的含量提供了新途径.  相似文献

建立测定川芎中药配方颗拉中咖啡酸的高效液相色谱电化学分析法,并用该方法测定2种不同批号的川芎中药配方颗拉。采用反相高效液相色谱电化学检测法,以Zorbax SB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5.0m)为色谱柱;甲醇-4%醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL.min-1:检测电压为0.7V,柱温为30℃。结果:咖啡酸浓度在2.4-8.4μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)为98.9%(RSD=2.1%)。该法是一种快速,灵敏,准确的分析方法,可以为川芎中药配方颗拉的质量控制提供科学依据。  相似文献

探讨了一种快捷有效的样品预处理方法,即采用聚四氟乙烯高压罐微波消化法处理样品。通过正交试验分析得到较优的消化条件,并在此条件下做锌、铁、锰的添加回收试验,回收率分别为97.05%、94.3%、90.6%,相对标准偏差分别为1.2%、4.1%、3.4%。另外,还做了扩展试验,与国标法对照的试验。通过试验和比较,证实该消化方法具有安全、省时、方便等优点  相似文献

目的探讨针灸配合中药熏洗治疗髌腱腱病的疗效。方法39例髌腱腱病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组20例,采用针灸配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组19例予超短波治疗,比较两种治法的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为65.0%,总显效率为90.0%;对照组痊愈率为21.1%,总显效率为52.6%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论针灸配合中药熏洗治疗髌腱腱病疗效确切、优于单纯超短波治疗。  相似文献

目的:比较不同修复方法对猪肝脏HBsAg/HBcAg免疫组化结果的影响。方法:选取15例血清HBV阳性猪肝脏组织,分别予以不修复、单纯加热高压修复和柠檬酸加热高压修复,进行免疫组化,分别检测结果。结果:免疫组化结果,不修复组阳性2例(13.3%),单纯加热高压组阳性9例(60%),柠檬酸加热高压组阳性12例(80%)。各组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),修复组与不修复组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),单纯修复组和柠檬酸修复组差异无统计学意义(p〉0.05)。结论:应用抗原修复能使猪肝脏HBsAg/HBcAg抗原得到较好暴露,且只需简单的加热高压即可。  相似文献

应用AFS—2202a型双道原子荧光分光光度计和断续流动的氢化物发生技术,采用HNO3-H2O2酸性体系和高压釜消解样品,对样品中的铅含量进行了测定。同时,研究了光电管负高压、灯电流、屏蔽气和载气流量、载流的选择、酸度等对实验的影响。在选定实验条件下,铅的检出限为0.08μg/L,标准物质桃叶(GBW08501)的验证结果与推荐值一致,相对标准偏差为1.9%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,对于实际中药样品的测定得到了满意的结果。  相似文献

目的 研究芪归花宁心冲剂的最佳提取工艺。方法 以黄芪甲甙质量分数为指标,采用正交试验法考查提取溶媒、溶媒浓度、剂量、提取时间等因素对黄芪甲甙提取效率的影响。结果 黄芪的最佳提取工艺条件为:用60%乙醇提取3次,每次提取液为中药生药的5,4,3倍,每次提取时间为2,1.5,1.5h最好。结论 用正交试验法能检测出黄芪的最佳提取工艺条件。  相似文献

目的:为血站筛查ALT选择较准确可靠的试验方法提供试验依据.方法:由内蒙古通辽市中心血站提供的63份ALT含量不同的血浆标本进行速率法(简称S法)、丙酮酸氧化酶法(简称B法)与微板赖氏法(简称L法)比较.结果:L法、S法、B法的中值定值血清(接近血站的判断标准),板内变异系数依次为7.03%、3.98%、2.47%;L法、S法、B法的中值定值血清板间变异系数依次为7.86%、5.75%、5.50%.结论:微板丙酮酸氧化酶法可以作为血站筛查ALT的方法.  相似文献

用重量法和柱层析法从苦茶Camellia assamica var.kucha Chang et Wang的嫩梢中分离出3种嘌呤生物碱,经薄层层析、熔点测定、元素分析、核磁共振和质谱等对其结构的测定,鉴定为咖啡碱、1,3,7,9-四甲基尿酸和可可碱,其百分含量分别为0.88%,0.84%和0.29%。样品水提物经氢仿萃取后直接由高压液相色谱分析,测得苦茶含咖啡碱1.9329%,四甲基尿酸1.294  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
