染料脱色菌群的初筛及脱色条件的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
从印染厂池的污泥中筛选到对染料有脱色作用的脱色菌群,研究了脱菌群在不同温度、不同P不培养时间等不同培养条件下对染料脱色的情况。试验结果表明,脱色菌对外界条件无严格要求,适应范围广,但在PH偏碱,温度为30℃,培养时间为72h时可达最佳脱色效果,脱色率在90%以上。  相似文献

研究以活性炭、纤维挂条为载体的固定脱色菌处理废水的工艺条件,结果表明,两者处理效果较好。活性炭为固定载体的适宜流量小于6.7mL.min^-1,处理38h,只需对载体上的脱色菌采用循环新鲜营养液,使其繁殖再生,又可继续可处理废水约104h,脱色率可达85%。此方法比无菌体等量活性炭处理废水的有效寿命长,以纤维挂条为载体固定脱色菌,以相同接种量无载体的游离菌液处理废水作对比,经一定时间培养,处理相同  相似文献

文章从印染厂污水处理系统的活性污泥中筛选分离3株对孔雀石绿有脱色能力的菌株,编号分别为MG-2、MG-6和MG-7.根据其形态学特征以及16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定为肠杆菌属(Enterobactersp.)和埃希氏菌属(Escherichia sp.).3株菌的最适脱色条件为:pH=7.0,温度为30℃,厌氧和兼氧.在最适脱色条件下,3株菌对质量浓度为60 mg/L的孔雀石绿脱色率都在94%以上,其中菌株MG-2所需脱色时间最短,菌株MG-6次之,菌株MG-7脱色时间最长;3株菌对盐度有一定的耐适性,属于耐盐菌;3株菌的脱色都是因为胞外酶的作用.  相似文献

从温州印染厂废水池污泥中分离出三株染料脱色优势菌,其中A1对活性桃红KD-8B脱色率为87.5%,A2对活性桃红KD-8B脱色率为90.2%,A3对弱酸猩红FG的脱色率为86.4%,并根据各菌株的个体、群体形态和生理化实验对细菌进行鉴定,三株细菌分别定名为:A1为睾丸酮假单胞菌,A2为嗜麦芽黄单胞菌,A3为恶臭假单胞菌。  相似文献

 研究了霉菌菌丝球WY对酸性棕染料PR的脱色性能及对实际印染废水的脱色作用。WY的脱色温度范围较宽,在25~50 ℃范围内,其脱色率均在92%以上。菌球WY的最佳脱色温度为45℃,在此温度时,PR的脱色率达97.92%。菌球WY的最佳脱色pH值为5.0、最佳摇速为90 r/min,PR的相应脱色率分别达93.73%和92.45%。染料浓度在100~300mg/L范围内,WY对PR具有明显的去除活性,300 mg/L时,其去除率达88.71%。菌球WY对染料PR的脱色需要一定的营养。WY对PR脱色所需碳源和氮源范围都较宽。废牛奶可作为WY的良好营养,在省去碳源和氮源的培养基中按2%和10%加入废牛奶制备的菌丝球,对PR的脱色率分别达75.94%和98.06%。WY对实际印染废水有较好的脱色作用,脱色率为86.24%。甲醇对PR具有很好的解吸效果,其解吸率达97.17%。解吸后的菌球对染料仍有很好的脱色作用,其脱色率达93.78%,菌球可重复利用。  相似文献

对茶籽油的脱色过程中,吸附剂、吸附剂用量、脱色温度、脱色时间和搅拌速度等因素影响茶籽油脱色效果的问题进行了研究,从中得出了茶籽油脱色的较佳条件.即:活性白土用量为2.5%~3.O%,脱色温度为110℃,脱色时间为25min.  相似文献

以餐饮业废油脂为原料,研究探讨了废油脂脱色和皂化生产油脂皂基的最佳工艺路线和参数,为废油脂的综合利用提供一条新途径.最佳脱色条件是:活性白土用量5%;脱色温度控制在80-120℃;脱色时间25min.废油脂脱色后皂化的最佳工艺条件:皂化时间4h,皂化温度100℃,碱液用量m(NaOH):m(废油脂)=1:2,皂化用NaOH碱液质量分数为30%.  相似文献

利用白腐菌Pleurotus ostreatus324粗漆酶和纯漆酶进行蒽醌染料SN4R的脱色研究.粗漆酶可使蒽醌染料SN4R脱色,最适脱色pH、温度和漆酶酶活分别为4.0、40℃和30IU/mL,12h染料脱色率为55%,纯漆酶不能使SN4R脱色,但小分子介体物质可介导纯漆酶对染料SN4R的氧化脱色.在最适条件下4h染料脱色率可达80.6%.粗漆酶添加适当浓度的介体物质,可使染料完全脱色。因此,小分子还原介体物质的存在有助于染料废水的降解和脱色。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
