石英缝管火焰原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中的痕量铅   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
设计并自制了石英缝管装置,用以辅助火焰原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中的痕量铅。对铅的测量灵敏度较常规火焰原子吸收法提高了9倍以上,检出限低达0.02μg/mL。装置简单,方法简便,有效地降低了对测量灵敏度较低的组分的富集要求,提高了分析结果的可靠性。  相似文献

研究了用不锈钢罩和石英缝菅增强火焰原子吸收测定金属元素灵敏度的条件。结果表明,不锈钢罩和石英缝管使常规火焰法的分析灵敏度提高3~9倍,精密度得到改善,应用于GSD水系沉积物中Pb和尿中Cu等的测定,获得满意的结果。  相似文献

利用原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱分析技术,建立了锌和锰的测定方法,考察了捕集管位置、火焰条件、冷却水流量等实验条件对方法灵敏度的影响,优选出了测定锌、锰的最佳实验条件.在最佳实验条件下,捕集5 min,锌的特征质量浓度为0.69μg/L;捕集4 min,锰的特征质量浓度为2.32μg/L,分别比常规火焰原子吸收光谱法提高78和27倍.  相似文献

建立了导数-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱技术测定中草药中痕量银的新方法,主要研究了捕集管位置、捕集时间、火焰性质、导数仪灵敏度档等因素对方法灵敏度的影响.结果表明,在10 mV/min导数灵敏度档下,捕集时间为1 min,银的特征质量浓度为0.822 μg/L,灵敏度较常规火焰原子吸收提高1~2个数量级.利用本方法成功地测定了麻黄、柴胡、升麻和甘草中的痕量银,回收率为92.2%~108.6%.  相似文献

对常规原子捕集装置进行改进,通过在捕集管的上方安装1个拱形不锈钢捕集罩,研制出罩式原子捕集装置,并对捕集罩的位置和尺寸进行最佳化选择.分别采用常规原子吸收法,普通原子捕集法以及罩式原子捕集法对酒中的微量元素Pb进行测定,Pb的特征质量浓度分别为0.643,0.067和0.012 mg/L;检出限分别为0.035 6,0.013 8和0.006 4 mg/L;相对标准偏差分别为2.1%,2.7%,2.2%.罩式原子捕集法测定酒中Pb的回收率为94%~106%.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
