由于冷连轧厚度控制系统具有非线性、大时滞的特点,在冷连轧厚度的常规 PID 控制中,PID 控制器的参数往往针对某一种情况进行整定,很难控制冷连轧厚度始终处于一个好的状态.为此,在分析了厚度控制原理的基础上,设计了用一个2-5-1结构的 BP 网络实现的模糊神经网络控制器(FNNC),并将该 FNNC 控制器与积分作用相结合构成一个 FNNC-I 控制器.仿真结果表明,该 FNNC-I 控制器提高了系统的动态和稳态性能、抗干扰性以及鲁棒性,其控制效果优于常规 PID 控制器.  相似文献

在实验室对SUS430不锈钢进行了冷轧润滑实验研究,建立了变形区油膜厚度数学模型.根据统计学原理,利用回归拟合方法给出了热滑伤变形区临界油膜厚度模型,进而提出了基于比厚度法的热滑伤缺陷判定准则.在VisualC++60环境下,通过SQLServer2005实现数据存储和调用,采用MFC技术开发了不锈钢冷连轧表面热滑伤预报与控制软件,并实现了软件的在线应用.统计结果表明:在线使用该软件的热滑伤命中率达到8774%,现场不锈钢卷热滑伤发生率下降8381%,不锈钢卷轧制速度提高93%.该软件对不锈带钢表面质量控制、分析和解决冷连轧热滑伤缺陷问题具有重要意义.  相似文献

在冷连轧轧制过程中,综合考虑轧件、轧辊的弹性变形和轧件的塑性变形,将轧件的受力变形区分为:入口弹性变形区、塑性变形区和出口弹性变形区·采用数值积分法,迭代计算入口弹性变形区和塑性变形区的轧制力,用出口区单位压力分布曲线围成的面积和轧件宽度的乘积近似计算出口弹性变形区的轧制力,两者求和即得到第5机架轧制力计算模型·用现场记录的不同钢种和规格的多组数据进行仿真计算,结果表明,该模型满足冷连轧生产轧制力预计算所需的精度要求·  相似文献

在不干扰冷轧AGC控制系统工作状态的情况下,研究了冷连轧焊缝过机架时的辊缝进行自适应控制的方法,建立焊缝过机架时各个机架的辊缝调节自适应模型以及单个机架的辊缝自适应调节模型.现场使用效果表明该模型改进了非稳定状态下轧制过程的稳定性和控制精度,减小了各机架在带头通过时出口厚度的波动,从而减少产品的超差长度,提高成材率.  相似文献

针对不锈钢冷连轧生产工艺的特点,在引入转印率和遗传因子概念的基础上,通过深入的理论分析,推导出带钢表面粗糙度理论模型.首先通过SUS430不锈钢冷轧润滑实验进行表面粗糙度研究,定量分析压下率、来料厚度、带钢变形抗力和乳化液工艺参数等对转印率和遗传因子的影响,给出了轧辊粗糙度衰减函数方程,并对末机架入口带钢表面粗糙度进行近似求解,最终建立了不锈钢冷连轧成品板面粗糙度数学模型,并将其应用到冷连轧生产实践中.统计结果表明,粗糙度模型计算值与实测值的相对误差小于634%,该模型具有较高的精度和较好的泛化能力.  相似文献

采用贝叶斯统计学原理改进传统神经网络算法,通过在神经网络的目标函数中引入表示网络结构复杂性的约束项,避免网络的过拟合以提高网络的泛化能力.将改进的神经网络应用于济钢1700mm热连轧机带钢厚度预测中,其预报精度、训练时间和网络稳定性均优于传统神经网络预测;然后应用贝叶斯神经网络预测带钢塑性系数;最后将出口带钢厚度和带钢塑性系数的实时预测值综合应用于带钢热连轧厚度控制系统,改进了传统的厚度控制方式,进一步提高带钢质量.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
