生化反应系统的二项矩和属性因子

化学主方程对生化反应系统提供了一个建模框架,但它的分析与模拟一直是计算系统生物学的一个挑战.另一方面,矩封闭方法对化学主方程提供了一种逼近,但普通的矩当其阶趋于无穷时并不趋于0,因此具有局限性.这里,对概率密度函数引进二项矩,它具有2个突出的特点:1)当二项矩的阶充分大时二项矩趋于0; 2)二项矩能够方便地用来重构相应的概率密度函数.基于二项矩,进一步引进反应物种的属性因子,它比普通的统计指标(如噪声强度、Fano因子)具有某些优势.此外,还给出了用二项矩来表示噪声强度和Fano因子的显式公式,并用简单的生物例子来说明二项矩的优势与3种统计指标的特征.     

生化反应系统的高维矩阵方程

化学主方程对生化反应系统提供了一个建模框架,但它的分析与模拟一直是计算系统生物学的一个难题,到目前为止并没有得到解决.这里,通过引进高维矩阵及其运算规则,首先把化学主方程表示为高维矩阵方程,然后给出了其分析解的形式表示,此外还介绍了一种求解高维矩阵方程的高效数值方法.研究表明:高维矩阵方法似乎解决了化学主方程的分析求解和数值求解问题.     

生化反应系统的建模与分析

很多细胞行为受细胞内基因表达和蛋白质相互作用等生物化学反应的调控.这些细胞内的生化反应表现出明显的随机性,它成为描述细胞行为的可计算建模中不可忽略的因素.该文是关于计算系统生物学中随机模拟的基本理论和新进展的自洽综述.本综述从生化反应系统的基本假设出发,介绍关于生化反应内部噪声、外部随机扰动和包含时间滞后的反应过程的各种数学描述,包括化学主方程、化学福克尔-普朗克方程、化学速率方程、化学郎之万方程等; 还介绍了相关的数值模拟方法,包括随机模拟算法和τ跳跃算法.     

非线性随机参数激励系统的矩稳定性研究

本文研究非线性随机参数激励系统的矩稳定性问题,文中首先采用随机平均法将非线性振动方程变换为伊藤微分方程,然后再利用伊藤微分法则得到各阶矩方程.从而得到一类非线性随机振动系统的矩稳定性条件.作为本文结果的特殊情说与文献[7]中使用矩截断法所得到的结果完全一致.     

两种积分方程法求解均匀介质体散射问题的比较

针对均匀介质体散射问题,对比研究了基于2种积分方程的5种矩量法实施方案的求解精度和效率.分析了单积分方程和Poggio-Miller-Chang-Harrington-Wu (PMCHW)方程各种矩量法实施方案的特点和效率,通过数值计算进行验证,并对相应的数值现象作出解释.结果表明:基于单积分方程的矩量法与PMCHW方程矩量法一样精确,迭代收敛速度更快;基于单积分方程的磁场积分方程,矩量法生成矩阵和迭代求解的效率最高,但存在谐振点.     

随机时滞微分方程的数值算法实现

主要研究了一类随机时滞微分方程数值模拟的算法及实现问题.在一类常见的随机时滞微分系统中,对系统的确定项采用四阶Rounge-Kutta法进行离散,对系统的随机项应用Milsteins方法进行离散,并对时滞项采用等比例估算其数值,运用Mathematica系统编写程序,实现此类随机时滞系统的数值模拟.最后将该程序应用于某...     

随机Chaplygin系统平衡状态流形的矩不稳定性

目的 研究Ｃｈａｐｌｙｇｉｎ系统平衡状态流形在随机扰动下的不稳定性。方法 首先,建立随机Ｃｈａｐｌｙｇｉｎ系统的运动微分方程;其次,给出与扰动方程对应的一次矩和二次矩方程并将其线性化;最后,利用Ｌｉａｐｕｎｏｖ第一近似理论,判断系统的矩不稳定性。结果与结论 给出判断随机Ｃｈａｐｌｙｇｉｎ系统不稳定性的判据,并举例说明其应用。     

煤矿配电系统电压衰减的概率评估方法

提出了一种用于煤矿配电系统电压衰减的概率评估方法.该方法的研究基础是对在配电网发生故障时,母线上的残余电压进行解析分析,并以线路的故障率为基础,应用概率方法估计母线电压在给定时间内下降至指定阈值以下的次数,从而为煤矿供电系统的供电安全和供电质量的分析提供依据.对所给实例进行仿真研究,并与常用方法(如故障位置法)进行比较.分析表明,该方法能使用于各种类型的配电网络、故障模式以及沿线路的不同故障分布.图4,表4,参9.     

脉动风速平方项对结构顺风向随机响应的影响

在作用于结构的非定常力中加入脉动风速平方项，运用随机微积分理论和矩方程理论，得到结构顺风向运动的矩方程．通过累积量截断法和微分方程数值方法，分析了几种地形条件下，顺风向脉动风速平方项对结构随机响应的影响．结果表明，在某些地形条件下，脉动风速平方项对结构的影响不可忽略．     

考虑SSI效应的输电塔-线耦合系统抗震可靠度分析

为研究输电塔在土结相互作用（Soil Structure Interactions， SSI）和塔-线耦合作用影响下的抗震可靠度，提出了考虑SSI效应的输电塔-线耦合系统抗震可靠度分析方法. 建立考虑SSI效应的输电塔-线耦合系统简化力学模型，推导其在随机地震作用下的运动方程. 基于随机函数-谱表示方法模拟随机地震动加速度时程，对耦合系统进行随机地震动力响应分析. 以基于GF-偏差点集的样本分数矩最大熵法估计随机地震响应极值分布，并求解耦合系统抗震可靠度. 选取工程中某特高压输电塔-线体系作为研究对象，对本文方法的有效性进行验证. 结果表明，当塔底地基土为软弱土时，考虑SSI效应后，塔顶位移响应极值增大约46.59%，加速度响应极值增大约17.43%，结构失效概率增加约70.32%. 考虑塔-线耦合作用后，塔顶位移响应极值减小约0.51%，加速度响应极值增大约1.74%，结构失效概率减小约15.71%. 对于考虑SSI效应的输电塔-线耦合系统，塔底地基土越软，塔顶位移与加速度响应极值越大. 与蒙特卡洛法相比，本文方法求解的结构失效概率最大误差仅为9.97%，具有较高的精度和计算效率.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
