农业产业化与农村城镇化的互动互进

在促进农村经济发展，解决“三农”问题的各种方略中，农业产业化与农村城镇化是相互影响、相互作用的两个方面。农业产业化推动农村城镇化，农村城镇化反过来又服务农业产业化，农村城镇化与农业产业化的协调发展需要我们建立农业产业化利益分配机制，选择一条适合我国农村现状的产业化发展道路；强化城镇综合功能，建立科学合理的城镇体系；强化农民教育，培育适应农业产业化和农村城镇化化的人力资本等等。     

南京农村城镇化制度创新的设想

迄今为止已出台的农村城镇化政策的基本取向可以概括为“两个转变” ,即从以前的限制农村人口向城镇迁移转变为鼓励和提倡农村人口向小城镇迁移 ,促进农村城镇化 ;从传统的计划经济城镇建设模式转变为实行市场经济的原则和做法 ,因而是历史性的进步。已出台的农村城镇化政策反映着过去 2 0年间先进地区小城镇建设的基本经验 ,也反映着长期以来政府部门和学术界的研究成果。这些政策应当在南京农村城镇化的实践中充分用好、用足 ,也构成了本课题研究的基础。然而另一方面 ,我们在课题调查中也发现 ,农村城镇化的制度创新才刚刚开始 ,一些制约…     

农村城镇化建设展望

在当前社会建设的大背景下,对农村城镇化建设进行分析和展望具有重要意义。本文在分析了当前我国农村城镇化存在的农业生产落后、缺乏有效的规划等问题后,提出了对农村城镇化建设的展望,认为要编制合理城镇化发展规划、大力提高与发展城镇化建设的发展步伐,完善城镇管理体制的建设。

河南省城镇化水平合理比率浅析

河南省农村人口转移压力较大,城镇化目标应建立在实现农村充分就业、提高农村地区容纳人口数量的基础之上.应根据我国居民对粮食和食物需求的增长趋势,预测粮食和耕地需求量,以及农业所能承载的最大人口数量,计算农村剩余劳动力以及可以向城市转移的人口数,依此科学地确定全省城镇化水平的合理比率.     

城镇网络化:我国西部地区城镇化的新途径

城镇网络化,是以网络的方式联接和实现的新型城镇化的一种推进方式,强调通过各种网络的链接,使各个城市之间互相协作,形成产业分工和功能互补,在发展中相互扶持、相互依赖,实现区域经济的整合.我国西部地区网络化程度较低,很大程度上制约着城市与区域发展.针对西部地区城镇与区域发展的现实状况,探索了适合西部地域特色的城镇化新途径.结论为:依据走廊型和城市群城镇网络化发展模式,重点围绕侧"M"型战略支点网络骨架,加大力度建设"四大经济走廊、三大城市群"城镇网络体系,带动整个西部地区城镇群体的网络化发展,走出西部城镇化的新途径.     

从国外经验看我国农村城镇化的模式

加快农业、农村和农民的发展,缩小城乡差距,其根本有效的办法是加快农村城镇化进程.本文通过分析国外农村城镇化模式,结合我国的农村城镇化进程及发展模式,提出了进一步推动城镇化发展的措施.     

城镇化过程中的金融变革

中国城镇化趋势不可避免 "城镇化"一词是中国学者近年来创造的一个新词汇,1991年,辜胜阻在《非农化与城镇化研究》中使用并拓展了"城镇化"的概念,与城市化的概念一样,"城镇化"概念也是一片百家争鸣的景象,至今尚无统一的概念.笔者以为,所谓城镇化,就是指农村人口不断向城镇转移,第二、三产业不断向城镇聚集,从而使城镇数量增加,城镇规模扩大的一种历史过程. 城镇化作为一种社会历史现象,既是物质文明进步的体现,又是精神文明前进的动力.城镇化作为一种历史过程,不仅是一个城镇数量与规模扩大的过程,同时也是一种城镇结构和功能转变的过程.这一历史过程包括四个方面:第一,城镇化是农村人口和劳动力向城镇转移的过程;第二,城镇化是第二、三产业向城镇聚集发展的过程;第三,城镇化是地域性质和景观转化的过程;第四,城镇化包括城市文明、城市意识在内的城市生活方式的扩散和传播过程.     

龙岩市人口城镇化路径分析

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
