采用文献资料、走访调查和逻辑分析等方法,从体育课程指导思想不够明确,学校体育的功能没有充分挖掘;体育课程的目标不明确;体育课程教学内容人文价值缺失,课程结构不合理,脱离学生实际需要;体育课程教学效果的评价不科学,过于注重甄别与选拔功能等4个方面对我国高师院校体育课程的现状进行分析.在此基础上,提出要树立"健康第一"的思想、根据社会发展的需要来设置体育课程、科学制定高师院校的体育课程目标、科学选择与组织体育课程教学内容、更新教学方法与教学手段、加强体育教师队伍建设、科学的评价"教"与"学"等8个方面的改革举措.  相似文献

基于中产阶层理论,采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对中产阶层与大学生身体健康状况、体育行为特征进行了比较分析,指出两者间的高度相似性,从中得到以下启示:(1)大学体育课程在构建大学生科学健身理念方面存在局限性;(2)生活化、个性化的大学体育课程亟待构建;(3)大学体育课程应着眼于长远,着眼于学生的终身体育。研究提出以下高校体育课程内容体系改革思路:(1)加强体育健身理论与方法知识的传授,提高大学生的体育认知水平;(2)打破以竞技体育项目为主、形成功能模块化内容体系;(3)注重网络教学资源互动平台,加强学生课外锻炼的运动处方指导;(4)高校体育教学内容多元化项目设置与时尚项目并重;(5)构建符合大学生需求的生活化体育课程;(6)高校体育课程设置既顾及大学生在校期间体质健康,又着眼于其终身体育,两者必须兼顾。  相似文献

通过对1 250名大学生为期1年的公共体育"1+2"与"1+1+X"课程教学模式改革的实验,分析了2种不同教学模式对大学生身体形态、机能、身体素质以及心理健康水平的影响.研究表明:1)两种教学模式均能提高学生的体质健康水平;2)"1+1+X"课程教学模式较"1+2"课程教学模式效果更佳;3)有效锻炼次数多少直接影响大学生的体质健康水平.建议:1)进一步研究建立"1+1+X"课程教学模式中"X"的数量和标准;2)探索建立常态化体育俱乐部教学锻炼模式.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
