40Cr与QCr0.5的恒温超塑性固态焊接   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
基于对40Cr表面激光淬火后与QCr0.5恒温超塑性固态焊接可行性的分析,在非真空、无保护气氛下,进行了40Cr/ QCr0.5的异材焊接工艺试验.试验结果表明,40Cr钢待焊接面经激光淬火预处理后与QCr0.5在预压应力56.6~84.9MPa、焊接温度750~800℃、初始应变速率(2.5~7.5)×10-4s-1的条件下,经120~180s短时压接,即可实现固态焊接,接头强度可达QCr0.5母材强度,胀大率不超过6%.焊接过程中QCr0.5发生了超塑性流变,40Cr变形甚微.  相似文献

研究了1.4%C超高碳钢的压缩超塑性及其与40Cr钢之间的超塑性焊接,分析了接头组织与性能,讨论了焊接机理。结果表明,1.4%C超高碳钢在800℃、初始应变速率(0.75~3.75)×10^-4s^-1条件下压缩呈现超塑性,应变速率敏感性指数0.31;40Cr钢组织越细,接头强度越高;经表面激光淬火的40Cr与1.4%C超高碳钢在800℃、预压应力56.6MPa、初始应变速率2,5×10^-4s^-1的条件下压接3.5min,接头强度最高达460MPa,为40Cr钢母材强度的85%,接头胀大率小于4.5%,可实现较精密固态焊接。  相似文献

探讨了结构钢与工具钢待焊接区表面高频淬火后超塑焊接的可行性及影响因素,并对接头组织进行了观察和分析。试验表明,焊接区局部高频淬火后的结构钢与工具钢,在t0=10min、σ0=56.6MPa、 ε0=1.5×10-2min-1、θ=800℃、t=3.5min的压接条件下可实现良好的固态焊接,其接头强度达到40Cr母材强度。  相似文献

进行了 4 0Cr T10A钢激光表面淬火预处理后实施等温固相焊接的工艺优化试验。结果表明 ,4 0Cr T10A钢待焊接面经激光淬火预处理后 ,在 75 0~ 780℃、预压应力 2 0~ 5 6 .6MPa的条件下 ,仅需 2 .5~ 7.5min短时保温就可实现两种钢的异材固相焊接 ,接头强度达母材强度 ,且焊接变形很小。其中以 780℃、2 0MPa预压应力下保温7.5min为较适宜的固相焊接工艺参数 ,焊后接头强度达母材强度 ,试样轴向变形仅 1.2 %。  相似文献

以 4 0Cr/T10A恒温超塑性固相焊接工艺试验数据为样本 ,经正则化预处理 ,采用径向基函数网络 ,建立由恒温超塑性固相焊接焊接工艺参数预测其接头质量的人工神经网络模型。试验结果表明 ,训练出的网络模型具有收敛快、精度高等优点 ,其完全可以应用于恒温超塑性固相焊接接头质量控制设计中。  相似文献

藉助于Gleble1500热模拟试验机,采用模拟焊接热循环拘束位移的方法,测定了HT80钢模拟CGHAZ的膨胀曲线和拘束应力曲线,研究了CGHAZ的相变超塑性现象,并试验获得了静拉伸强度与塑性.试验结果表明:(1)在模拟焊接CGHAZ中确是存在着相变超塑性,其变形量随着拘束位移的增大而增大;(2)相变超塑性具有使CGHAZ晶粒细化、降低强度和提高塑性的作用,这些都是以往难以实现的问题;(3)焊接过程的强拘束导致CGHAZ发生相变超塑性,不仅降低了CGHAZ的残余应力,而且改善了显微组织与力学性能  相似文献

固态焊接加热过程中,受约束焊件因胀大变形不能进行而产生等效塑性压缩变形(EPCD)。本文以H62和QCr0.5铜合金为研究对象,对EPCD及相应的变形功进行了试验研究。结果表明:等效塑性应变ε和变形功W的大小主要与加热温度θ和预压应力σ0有关,σ0一定时,ε随θ升高而增大,其中H62黄铜当θ<550℃和θ>700℃时,ε随θ升高而线性增大,θ在550~700℃之间时,ε的增幅减小;QCr0.5铬青铜的ε随θ升高线性增大,但增幅较H62小;θ一定时,两种铜合金的ε均随σ0增加而近似线性增大;两种铜合金的W随θ的升高而减小,随σ0的增大而增大,且H62的增幅明显大于QCr1.5;当σ0和θ一定时,W随ε的增加呈指数关系增大。  相似文献

通过对 40Cr T10A钢恒温超塑性固相焊接过程中焊接面断口的观察与分析 ,认为超塑性固相焊接接头形成过程中焊接面各微区焊合状态是非均匀的 ,并呈现出不同的断口形貌特征 ;若按微观上断口形貌特征分类 ,整个断口可分为类原始界面区、准冶金结合区和冶金结合区 3个特征区域 ;接头形成过程可描述为冶金结合区增加、准冶金结合区逐渐增大而类原始界面区逐渐减小的过程。  相似文献

首次采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机进行了不同金属材料相变超塑性焊接过程及接头性能的探讨。试验证明低碳钢、铸铁及A3-T8异种钢接头利用相变诱发的超塑性状态来进行固相焊接是可行的。作为介于一般压力焊与扩散焊之间的一种新焊接方法,相变超塑性焊接对很多金属材料的连接具有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

在航天、化工等领域经常需要对钛合金和不锈钢进行焊接.不锈钢和钛合金的复合构件能充分发挥2种材料的优点,并能节约宝贵的钛资源.利用相变超塑性扩散焊接方法,在Gleeble-1500D型热模拟试验机上对TA17钛合金与0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢进行了焊接试验,并对热循环上限温度的影响、接头拉伸强度、断口形貌、显微组织、物相组成和元素成分分布等进行了分析.结果发现,焊接接头中形成了TiFe、TiFe2、固溶体等物相,而且随着上限温度的升高,断口上金属间化合物所占面积比例增大,从而造成接头强度降低.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
