加大宣传力度 积极开展专利保护工作

遵义市知识产权局自2001年成立以来，在市委、市政府的领导下，在省知识产权局的指导下，按照机构职能，努力贯彻执行党和国家的知识产权方针、政策、法律和法规，市知识产权局局党组认真研究全市知识产权工作现状，统一思想认识，团结一致，求真务实，开拓进取，带领全局职工积极开展工作，在体系建设、宣传执法、知识产权保护等方面有了良好的开端，取得了一定成绩，主要体现在以下几个方面：     

解放思想求实效真抓实干谋发展

解放思想既是理论问题，更是实践问题。解放思想大讨论不能坐而论道，不能停留在口头上，必须落实在工作中，落实在发展上，落实在发展的效果上。近年来，郴州市安全生产工作虽然取得了一定成绩，但对照市委、市政府提出的“打基础，创环境，反腐败，促发展”的要求，我们的安全生产监管工作也还有许多不尽人意的地方，主要体现在思想观念、精神状态、工作作风、服务质量、办事效率等方面还有待于不断改进。     

热烈祝贺《重庆邮电大学学报（自然科学版）》创刊20周年

20年来，在各界领导的关心支持下，在国内外院士、教授、专家、科技工作者的无私帮助下，在历届编委和出版工作者的共同努力下，在国家和地方行业学会、各期刊同行的关心指导下，学报从一本默默无闻的内部期刊发展成为在电子、通信、自动控制、计算机技术领域有较大影响的专业性学术期刊，在中国文献领域占有重要的学术地位，在推动我国邮电通信事业发展做出了积极的贡献。

在语文教学中正确运用多媒体

多媒体教学，具有图文并茂、视听结合的特点，这在创设教学情境、激发学生兴趣、丰富教学内容、提高教学效果等方面，显示了传统教学所不具备的魅力。但是，如果运用不好，也会妨碍师生交流，埋没教师个性、特长，扼杀学生能力。在此，笔者谈几点在语文教学中正确运用多媒体的方法，与大家商榷。     

陈菊生：老骥伏枥 志在千里

1936年出生的陈菊生毕业于上海交通大学船舶专业，毕，业后进了上海汽轮机厂设计科做技术员。1966年10月，在那个特殊的年代里，陈菊生和许多人一样，怀揣着一个梦想，到最艰苦的环境中去磨练自己的意志，他主动申请调到航天部3257厂(贵州)任研究员，并且在那里一干就是26年，那是一个与世隔绝的小天地，陈菊生在那里当过技术员、工程师、研究员高工，担任过车间主任、科长、副厂长、厂长，并且在任厂长的第一个年头里，步使这个厂扭亏增盈，连续十年以二位数字增长。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
