速度传感器是永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的重要组成部分,当其出现故障时会严重影响系统的性能。设计永磁同步电机矢量控制系统和滑模观测器,并在此基础上实现了在速度传感器出故障后的容错控制。为使速度传感器出现故障后,系统由带速度传感器矢量控制方式可以平滑地切换到无速度传感器矢量控制,提出一种基于数据融合技术的容错控制方案。Matlab仿真验证了所提出的控制方法的有效性。  相似文献

提出一种基于滑模观测器与分数阶锁相环(FO-PLL)的无传感器永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)矢量控制算法.首先用滑模观测器估计出反电势,然后设计FO-PLL对转子位置和速度进行估计.切换函数采用饱和函数代替开关函数,有效地削弱了滑模观测器存在的抖振.所提出的FO-PLL包含一个可调的分数阶次r,因此与传统锁相环(PLL)相比,该FO-PLL具有一个额外的自由度,传统PLL也可以看成是FO-PLL的一个特例.通过选择合适的分数阶次r,能够获得更好的转子位置和速度观测性能.仿真结果证明了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

考虑到内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)滑模观测器易受d、q轴电感差异的影响,提出了一种IPMSM的Lq模型,并构造了IPMSM在Lq模型下的合成反电动势,设计了基于合成反电动势的滑模状态观测器,同时采用两级滤波器串联的方式来提取反电动势信息,并采用变截止频率调节的方法实现恒相位补偿,采用锁相环技术实现系统的高速运行.然后在电机起动时采用相应的控制方法以满足不同的应用要求,并在低、中速切换时采用了一种新的切换策略以实现系统的平稳切换.在一台IPMSM上的实验结果表明,文中提出的滑模无位置传感器控制算法、起动控制选择及主动切换策略能实现IPMSM在宽速阈范围内的无位置传感器高性能控制,从而验证文中所提控制算法的有效性.  相似文献

针对永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的高性能要求,提出一种基于二阶super-twisting滑模理论的永磁同步电机转子反电动势观测器.对电机反电动势观测值进行运算处理得到电机转子位置与转速,并采用矢量控制对电机转速进行控制,从而实现永磁同步电机的无传感器控制.根据Lyapunov稳定性理论,该观测器的收敛特性,super-twisting算法相比于传统一阶滑模算法极大地削弱了系统的抖振,降低系统超调的同时减小了系统调整时间.仿真和实验结果均表明该方案可有效实现转子位置与转速的估算,且系统具有良好的鲁棒性和动态响应能力.  相似文献

设计了一种新型的滑模观测器(SMO)的IPMSM转速及转子位置观测器,通过电机电流的滑模观测模块对扩展反电动势进行观测,采用转速参数辨识和转子位置角度的锁相环(PLL),分别得到电机转速及转子位置信息,以减小转速和转子位置的观测误差,使用S型函数取代传统的离散控制率减少系统抖动.开发了基于STM32F103嵌入式微控制器的滑模观测矢量控制系统,设计全数字化永磁同步电机无位置传感器矢量控制调速系统的软硬件.实验结果证明:该新型无传感器矢量控制系统结构合理,稳态精度和动态性能良好,能够满足实际应用要求.  相似文献

针对永磁同步直线电机无传感器控制直线驱动系统中,速度和磁极位置难以快速准确估计的问题,提出了一种结合滑模观测器与模糊控制各自优点的模糊滑模观测器速度位置估计新方法。仿真结果表明,模糊滑模观测器能够在柔滑抖振和稳态误差之间找到平衡,保持系统的鲁棒性和控制精度,提高系统的响应速度。该观测器能够高速、精确地估计电机速度和磁极位置,实现高性能的永磁同步直线电机无速度传感器控制。  相似文献

为了提高永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制系统的转子位置估算精度,研究一种以反电动势信息作为扩展变量的扩展滑模观测器(ESMO)。根据李雅普诺夫稳定性定理设计了一种简化的滑模系数的设计方法,并着重分析了系统的抖振现象与反馈增益之间的关系。不同于传统的滑模观测器,本文采用一种新型的切换函数,通过合理的设计切换函数的参数,可以有效的减少稳态误差和抑制抖振现象。最后利用软件锁相环结构来提取电机位置信息和转速。经仿真验证,设计的观测器能够获得满意的跟踪性能。  相似文献

针对混合动力汽车感应电机驱动系统可能存在的传感器故障模式,设计了一个主动容错重构控制系统.该系统能充分利用无故障的传感器信息,最大限度地维持驱动系统的控制性能,并在重构切换过程中,考虑电机转矩和转速的平滑过渡问题.此外,为提高车用感应电机驱动系统的性能,基于传统磁场定向控制(FOC)思想设计出一种新型鲁棒性PI控制器来实现电机转矩跟踪;利用滑模控制技术,设计了转子磁链-速度自适应观测器.为进一步提高交流电流传感器故障状态下电机驱动系统的容错能力,提出了用直流电流重构交流相电流的新思路.仿真研究表明,在发生传感器故障时,所设计的电机驱动系统仍能有效地保证车辆行驶过程中的转矩和速度跟踪性能以及系统的稳定性.  相似文献

针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)实际运行时定子电阻和电感常发生随机变化的情况,提出了一种可进行永磁同步电机无传感器控制的定子电阻和电感在线辨识的改进型滑模观测器。为了削弱系统高频抖振,用近似饱和函数代替开关函数;基于Lyapunov稳定性理论,在保证观测器稳定性的同时,进行定子电阻和电感参数辨识,并将其反馈到观测器模型,实时修正观测器模型参数,从而提高估算精度;采用锁相环技术计算出转子位置和速度信息,将其反馈到电机控制系统。数值仿真结果表明,改进型滑模观测器能够快速、准确地跟踪转子位置,估算转子速度,且能辨识定子电阻和电感值并进行反馈,实现永磁同步电机无传感器控制。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
