葡萄糖的含量检测在诸多领域都有着不可取代的作用,传感器技术也在日常生活中普遍使用,因此葡萄糖传感器成为了生物传感器研究中的热点.使用4种纳米过渡金属氧化物材料修饰的碳糊电极进行葡萄糖检测,并研究电解液浓度和修饰材料中Ni O含量的影响.研究表明,高电位处理提高了无酶电化学葡萄糖传感器的性能,为无酶电化学葡萄糖传感器的进一步应用奠定了基础.  相似文献

石墨烯纳米复合材料由于其优异的电化学性质和生物相容性被广泛的应用于制备超灵敏的电化学免疫传感器.通过与其他纳米材料复合,石墨烯的良好导电性等优点被放大,而易聚集、堆叠、生物相容性较差等缺点被克服.因而,对石墨烯的改性工作成为当下研究的热点.本文综述了石墨烯纳米复合材料在构建电化学免疫传感器中应用,包括石墨烯与金属、金属氧化物、高分子聚合物等的纳米复合材料,并对石墨烯纳米复合材料在电化学免疫传感领域的发展方向和前景做出了展望.  相似文献

在玻碳电极表面通过三步电沉积法制备了石墨烯/普鲁士蓝/壳聚糖复合薄膜葡萄糖生物传感器.通过循环伏安法将氧化石墨烯电化学还原,在电极表面直接得到石墨烯纳米层,在石墨烯纳米层上成功电沉积得到普鲁士蓝纳米粒子和葡萄糖氧化酶-壳聚糖复合薄膜,制备的修饰电极通过电化学方法以及扫描电镜分析了其性能与结构.在最优条件下,该生物传感器表现出了灵敏度高(50.29 mA·L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-2))、检测限低(12μmol·L~(-1))、响应时间短(3 s)等特点.电极响应电流与葡萄糖溶液浓度在0.02~10 mmol·L~(-1)范围内具有较好的线性关系.此外,在对人体血清样本的检测中,该传感器同样表现出优异的性能,对血清中常见物质具有较强的抗干扰能力.  相似文献

无机介孔材料是一种孔直径在2,50nm的多孔材料。这种材料具有结构规则,机械性能高、化学和热能稳定性好等特点。近年来,随着材料合成技术的提高,不断有新型高负载能力和生物相容性好的介孔材料被开发出来。同时,实验表明,无机介孔材料是固载生物大分子的良好载体。利用无机介孔材料固载氧化还原蛋白质并结合其的直接电子转移,为我们提供了一种新的构建第三代生物传感器的方法。基于无机介孔材料的特点及氧化还原蛋白质的直接电子转移,所构建的第三代电化学生物传感器有望具有较传统电化学传感器更好的性能。将介孔材料分为二氧化硅基和非二氧化硅基2大类,描述了无机介孔材料在第三代电化学生物传感器中的应用。  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
