沈阳工业大学测控中心独立开发研制的高压内反馈调速电机系统,是一种新型的大功率电机调速系统,它是在绕线式内反馈电机的基础上研制成的高性能调速系统。这套系统采用P比控制,操作简便,自动化程度高,便于联网使用,以实现集中控制。同时由于最大限度地采用新器件、新技术,使系统的电气性能有了质的提高。运行试验表明新型绕线式高压电机交流调速系统质量稳定、可靠,节能显著,性能价格比高,适合我国国情。  相似文献

介绍了一种用于人工心脏叶轮血泵的无传感器无刷直流电机闭环调速系统,该系统借助于先进的电机驱动专用集成电路ML4428,实现了电机自起动,反电势检测和闭环速度调节等功能。这不仅使系统控制特性及可靠性均得到提高,并且所用元件减少,体积减小。文中还详细了系统的基本设计原理及元器件的理论计算公式。最后还给出系统闭环调速实验结果。该结果表明系统调速特性良好。  相似文献

变频电机-多输出泵调速回路速度特性分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对普通电机多输出泵调速回路存在功率损失、变频电机定量单泵调速回路动态特性差及流量输出范围受泵转速范围的限制等问题,提出一种新型变频电机-多输出泵调速回路。该新型回路可以通过变频电机进行无级调速,节省了普通电机多输出泵调速回路中的功率损失;通过多输出泵的多级容积调速,在不改变泵的允许转速范围的情况下,扩大了变频电机定量单泵调速回路的流量输出范围,并且能够得到多条速度特性线。理论分析表明,新型回路没有功率损失,最小输出流量随排量比例系数的增加而减小,最大输出流量随排量比例系数和多输出泵作用数的增加而增加。AMEsim仿真结果表明,通过选择不同的速度特性线,新型回路可以满足不同工况对动态响应的要求,提高了回路的适应性。  相似文献

针对海下航行器运行时易产生侧滚现象,结合内置式永磁电机、表贴式永磁电机及双转子电机的特点,提出一种新型内置-表贴式异向旋转永磁电机,运用磁路法分析此类电机的运行机理及磁路关系。在此基础上,建立新型电机的有限元分析模型,分析其空载反电势及齿槽转矩。研究结果表明,随着内外转子相对位置的改变,内外电机的磁路呈现串联-并联-串并联的变化关系,电机的空载反电势正弦度较好、幅值较高,采用转子斜极结构大大削弱了此类电机的齿槽转矩、降低了振动及噪声,设计出的新型电机满足水下航行器用电机的要求。  相似文献

该文以提高单相异步电机调速系统控制性能为目标进行研究。针对传统单相电容运转异步电机调速范围窄的问题,提出采用三相逆变器替代电容,设计一种新型无级调速控制系统来提升电机动态调速范围。引入矢量控制模型实现单相异步电机的定向磁场和转矩解耦控制,算法根据转矩调节电压/频率(Voltage/Frequency, V/F),优化调速控制从而提高效率。当电压合成矢量超过正弦调制点时,基于电压交替畸变法原理,通过计算正副绕组交变畸值对调制分量进行补偿,再计算输出调制比例,实现电机的无级调速,提高异步电机的效率。样机试验结果表明,与传统调速策略相比,该算法能有效改善电机进行无级调速的性能。在系统调节电流脉动时,输出功率、转矩波动减小,电机效率提高。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
